Why should you be unbanned: Let me set the scene for you on the day of my ban. At this point, I had been an active member on the server for many months now. I was first introduced to the server by a friend and as soon as I joined the server I instantly fell in love with it. It is such a wholesome, kind and genuinely nice server to be on, it is incredibly relaxing to play on and always fun. I always love interacting with chat, playing with my friends and meeting new people. I massively regret my actions, I shouldn't have used X-Ray, it was wrong of me. I was trying to accelerate my gathering of resources so I could get diamonds to buy gear and materials as quickly as possible but now in hindsight, I see the way I went about it was completely wrong. I should never have used X-Ray. 

Why do you want to come back: I full-heartedly regret my decision. I can only beg for your forgiveness to allow me back into this amazing community that I was blessed to be apart of. I feel like I was only just really settling into the server and I squandered my opportunities to grow in this wonderful group of people. I am just asking for the Ban not to be permanent as I really enjoy playing on the server and really hope to grow and become a more active member of the community.

I would once again like to deeply apologise for my actions, there were uncalled for, childish and just plain wrong. I should never have spoiled my reputation in such a way on any server, especially not this one which has a special place in my heart.

Greetings all, 
Murphdog2/Minerdeviant here former player and community member of HT SMP.
After a long period of inactivity I believed now would be a good time (after time has passed and any hot blood cooled) to voice my public complaints, grievances and other rants to the public:

I joined HT sometime before I moved over 4 years ago and Found a amazing server that consistently hit on top 10s on several server sites, filled with a active community and friendly staff the server was a perfect fit for most people looking for a SMP bulking experience... but as my time passed I noticed several things that are of have changed

1: censorship was rather concrete at first and allowed for clear enforcement of equality and respect... 
2: lots and I mean LOTS of staff cohesion and a successful system of staff promotion/merit and very checks and balances to provide unbiased enforcement 
3: fun plugins such as vehicles and other such things

Near the end of my time in HT I saw these things change and abandon what I enjoyed most on the server:

1: draconian enforcement of anything the mods disagreed with, even if in semi-private builds (no offense to Uberdeathbunny but I am still salty about the stairs, nothing but respect though) but the harshest came from newer staff with high bleeds into my second issue
2: staff drama began bleeding in, remembering derpedos and that whole debacle, promotion of people based on relationship and ignoring others... ____ being removed from  staff despite not being as inactive as other staff... bt other staff were great (ambulrD and Geckorian come to mind, as well as others who I can't quite remember) 
3: the promise of new vehicles and other such plugins... which as far as I am aware have not been reimplemented while the OTHER server that I shall not name managed it

Lastly personal gripes:
1: the server lost its "mature feel"
2: I got a DM about my image, fight me I'll defend Erwin Rommel as a good guy and I refuse to change
3: 2 map restarts in quick succession
4: somebody got pissed at me for making a iron cross
5: I find _____ really Fukien annoying
6: ya lost a lot of good staff
7: a undersea sea pickle swastika created a 2 page ban appeal after we couldn't find it
8: a staff jumping in got 3 users banned over _____ and litrally involved almost every level of staff because of the drama
9: I personally find this one hilarious, but I managed to build a concentration camp and didn't get in trouble, 3 secret nazi gold reserves and built 3-4 TOG II*s across the map, not a complaint I just thought it was funny
10: if the current ability to purchase ingame currency is still in effect doesn't that break Microsoft policy
11: litrally again somebody complained about my profile pic, if it's still a issue FIGHT ME
12. The server seems full of kids
14: I skipped my 13th complaint 
15 I still think nobody has responded to jackatax s bam appea (he was unbanned but it is funny there was no official response) (it's bearwares post btw)

Reason for your ban: anvil grief

Who banned you: Belgnbor

Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I guess I just got carried away. I really didn't think of the consequences too heavily and now I am facing them. All my friends are really mad at me now and I really want to make up for what I did. I could give the anvils back. If i get to get back on the server I would never do anything like that again. Me and my friends had already had a long discussion with me and it just so happens that they talked me out of stealing this week and then i get banned ( I can only play on the weekends). All in all I won't let any griefing happen between me or my friends and I heavily regret griefing. I really enjoy the server, the community is very nice, and I just hope for a second chance where I don't screw up.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because I feel like hometowmc is a good smp server that me and my friends enjoy playing very much. We have been playing since around a month ago and we have really been enjoying the community and the environment. My friends want me to come back because we don't have another smp server as good as this one. All in all im sorry and im willing to make it up by giving the anvils back. I really didn't think much of is before but now I see the toll it has done to me and my friends.

Reason for your ban: X-Ray

Who banned you: Penguin/Jeff/Bel

Why should you be unbanned: I feel I should be unban as I acknowledge that what I did was the wrong thing, I should've just mined normally instead of using X-Ray to save time. I've uninstalled the resource pack since then so I can't use it again and it can't tempt me. I also acknowledge the affect which this has on the server's economy/the unfair advantage of having it over other players who spend the time to go mining in search of the ores. I'm willing to do things to help give back to other players who I may have cheated out of getting diamonds by doing tasks for them or donating items. I'm sorry for my actions and whoever it may have affected.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back as the server has a good sense of community to it and I enjoyed my time there. You can reset my balance back down to zero and remove any resources I may have X-Rayed for from me. As well as this I've enjoyed building on an pretty much lag-free server with my friends, it's the first server I've played on with them and they're fairly new to Minecraft and I hope to help them learn on this server.

Reason for your ban: Beacon Theft

Who banned you: Illogical

Why should you be unbanned: It was my mistake, I RTp'ed  and landed on a villagers area. It was in rural area and no players.
As I have clarified in the chats before, members have told we can take from villagers if its unclaimed. I saw the beacon and took it thinking it was the villagers belonging. Not only new to server but also Minecraft. I used to watch Loverfella's youtube and really feel in love with it. So I joined the server after buying my account 2 days ago. 

Why do you want to come back: It was unintentional. I did not steal anyways but it was assumed that way which I misunderstood that it belongs to a villager. However it is a lesson for me. I'm new to Minecraft and never played on server before. Its a lesson for me. Do apologize for the misunderstanding. Please unban me. I enjoy in this server.

Message to Illogical: I'm really sorry I took your beacon. I did not know it belongs to you. I'm new to Minecraft and have a lot to learn. I have it with me. I was building a castle and was rtp'ing to find some resources, coincidently i landed on a villagers place and saw the beacon. i surveyed around and found no players's home or anything that is locked with magical spell. So i thought villager had it and i just took 1. I do have it with me and i can return back to you.

Why do you want to come back: I Enjoyed my time on the server and I lived at a cool little town and i also started progress Project . I also enjoy the server plugins and i think they are cool! another reason why i wish to return is i have removed my My greifer installer from minecraft and would appreciate another chance to change

Why should you be unbanned: I Have acknowledged that i was hacking and i admit it was using fly hacks & speed. i dont expect no consequences but im hopefully aiming to get my ban reduced. i did use kill aura once on the server to fight a stupid mob however i admit to any wrongdoings and if i return i will be sure to check /rules and re-read

Why do you want to come back: I Enjoyed my time on the server and i had a cool little island and a fishing dock and i also started progress on a bamboo farm a bit away from my base. I also enjoy the server plugins and i think they are cool! another reason why i wish to return is i have removed my hacks from minecraft and would appreciate another chance to change

Why should you be unbanned: i think i should be unbanned because i wont xray ever again i just wanted diamonds bcuz i was jealos of friedchair my bff so i just downloaded a xray texture pack to get more diamonds and also lapis cuz it was kinda hard to find so i pulled up the xray to get more diamonds and iron cuz everytime i get iron or diamonds i die in lava so i died over and over and over again so i just thought lemme just xray for some diamonds . and i did so then i lost track of time and i just afk ed at /warp xp  

Why do you want to come back: so i can play with my bff FriedChair cuz skyblock on hypixel was kind getting boring and he searched for a smp to play on , so can i please come back on the server

Reason for your ban: It says griefing.

Why should you be unbanned: I think i was probably banned by mistake. It's been a few months since I played, but i never griefed, i usually take things from the room with free items where you can either deposit or take from, or from the farm. It's true that o've taken more items than i've deposited, but is that reason for a ban? Also, Is it possible that i was banned due to innactivity? There was one time when i took the bone meal from the farm by mistake and i contacted an admin and apologized and he said no problem. Irony or not, i think it was illogical so he should remember it. If i broke any rules, i apologize, and i expect you to tell me what i did wrong so i won't do it again unware.

Why do you want to come back: I used to play with my friends, we have a happy little village that we built from scratch, and i intend to show it to my girlfriend and play it with her. I really enjoyed my time in this server, and i didnt want to start anew somewhere else.
