Why should you be unbanned: I didn't really understand what you wanted me to give you. So I gave you what I thought you wanted. I promise if I get unbanned I will give an admin all the beacons I have.

Why do you want to come back: I've been missing this server so much lately. And during the time I've been banned, I met some new people and I think they might wanna play on this server.

Reason for your ban: Mining hacks

Why should you be unbanned: For starters, I dont have xray or anything of that sort. Second, the only way I was mining is with shaders other players were using. If I couldn't use specific shaders while minding, I feel like staff would have picked it out of chat and told me and others not to use them. I have had conversations with illogical about shaders. If the suspicion comes from me finding diamonds fast, i have a explanation. Simply working and luck. I go down to 5Y or 10Y and mine. I used beacons at my homes to get the beacon benefits, then id /back to the mine and im able to mine fast with haste 2 and efficiency 5. For about 15 seconds. Anyone can do this, especially theres a public beacon warp. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because the server is actually nice, a good fresh air. I paid for VIP3 and worked up to a reasonable level. Clear my name with the server if i am in taint. Simply, to go back to talking with the community and playing to game, like I was doing.

Reason for your ban: Failure to replant wheat seeds at /warp wheat

Why should you be unbanned: I understand what I did, and know why it is bad. I am truly sorry for not prioritizing replanting seeds and creating an inconvenience for other players. I understand that /warp farm is a public resource and should not be exploited. I have made a mistake and will do my best to avoid making it again. I promise that I will prioritize replanting seeds before going to another warp to avoid forgetting this responsibility in the future.

Why do you want to come back: I am an avid player of Hometown and enjoy spending time on the server. I don't want my accidental and unfortunate negligence of not replanting to cost me the entertainment that the Hometown server and community bring me.

the event goes as follows: if you want to enter, submit your FULL username ( no nicknames! ) in a reply below this post. your name will then be entered into a pool, and around oct. 11th i will close this thread and churn these names through a random generator. you will be given a name, and you must prepare a gift for that user. when the warp is open (/warp spookysanta) find the chest with THEIR username ( not yours !!) and put their gift in the chest. 

voila ! you're done.

you MUST put a gift in your persons chest by the morning of the october 28th (give or take! official dates will be decided closer to the event. and dont nag me about it. i havent forgotten). if i log on that night and their chest is empty, your gift is taken away and will be given to them instead.

please be generous and creative with your gifts. it's really hard going around seeing people give shulkers or chests full of very valuable items and then get 1-2 lower valued items in return. if you are going to sign up, please put in the effort!!  please gift a minimum of 7-9 different types of items (and not something like 7-9 different types of stones lmao. go out of the box please). and please dont just give 7 TOTAL items and call it a day. thats just not fair to others lol. if you are unsure about your gift PLEASE come to me for suggestions. i saw a player get 2 shulkers AND a chest full of gifts and in return they got ONE type of each ore in return (YES! I am calling you out lol). try your absolute best to fill up the chest completely.

this time around if i deem your gift insufficient it will be thrown into a pile of other bad gifts and swapped out. dont give out gifts you dont want to receive.

that being said, things are getting better. most of yall go above and beyond and its good to see.

Why should you be unbanned: this is the best survival server I have ever been on, no other server even compares in my opinion and this is where I am able to play with my close friends. I am so sorry for griefing the builds I did. I know I should not have done this and I will NEVER do this again. 

Why do you want to come back: I would like to come back because this is one of the only ways I get to play and mess around with my friends since the pandemics stay at home orders, I also really do love this server in general and I have some great builds with friends on here along with a warp. I am truly ashamed of what I have done, and I apologize

theres a moderator abusing power. i got banned because i'm too good at speedrunning. i had an x ray installed but not in use. also, checking users files is a major invasion of privacy.

Hi. 

I'm pretty new to the forum and even the server; so pardon if this has been touched upon in the past. 
It would be really nice to have some plugins with the option to for instance toggle global off & on, use local etc. I know that you have party chat and all but it's sometimes really hard to keep up with the party chat when the global chat is so active. I'm aware that it's some what customization to chat settings in OptiFine but I still find it very cluttered and hard to keep up with the party chat and global going on at the same time. 

When I played in 1.8 it used to be a bukkit plugin (?) on the server I played on during 1.8 that had the option to global, local chat & town and the feature of toggling between which chat channels you would wanna be in.

Hope it can be considered. 

Add on; hope it's not taken the wrong way, it's really nice with an active chat and the community is super nice, and I like having a chat in global with people now and then.

Why should you be unbanned: i did not use x ray when i was mining i have xray in a different personal world and i used that as a method to see where diamonds usually are and i just went in the general patterns of where diamonds can be 

Why do you want to come back: because me and some friends really like this server and we all play together we are also working on a big project that we would like to finish and also i will let anyone take anything they want back ie: diamonds netherite armour tools etc. and i will not use my knowledge of mining for diamonds like this again i will just use a strip mine

Why should you be unbanned:
I think I should be unbanned from the hometown server because I did fail to replant a tree at the oak farm, but that reason was only because it was my first time in the server, and I was so excited to start building and playing with my friends that I forgot to replant the tree that I mined for wood. I know that I broke a rule, but I promise if I am let back in the server I will replant any tree that I mine as well as, if any, the trees that other people mine and forget to replant.

Why do you want to come back:
I would really like to come back to the server because it was really fun for me to be able to play with other people and to make new friends with people in the server. In addition, I have Minecraft Java Edition, so I can only play with my friends if I go on a server with them, so when I found this server I was so excited to finally be able to play with my friends. Without it, we will have to find a new server and I'm sure they won't be as friendly as everybody in hometown, but if it is what I have to do, then I guess I will have to deal with it. But, I really do hope that you take my appeal in consideration to unban me from the server! Also, I hope everyone who takes the time to read this has a great day!!

Why should you be unbanned: 
I wasn’t using an x-ray client, I just use Optifine and shaders that allow me to see without placing torches, as the light comes from the torch just being in my hand. I like to mine in random directions when looking for diamonds, due to them not spawning within a certain proximity of each other, so I change directions after I find some to maximise my chances of getting more as they tend to only spawn 1 vein per chunk. I can understand that my method of mining can seem like someone x-raying, however I can provide screenshots of my Minecraft system folders which will show no evidence of it being there. As for when I was jailed, I’m new and didn’t know what to do. All I was told is that I had been jailed for x-raying and didn’t know how to respond so I left. I just wish I had been prompted to defend myself in that moment, as social situations are extremely difficult for me, as I have Autism Spectrum Disorder, type 2 class 2. If I am given a chance to return to the server, I will continue to follow the rules, as I just want to keep playing with my friends.

Why do you want to come back: 
I really enjoy Minecraft and playing with my friends. I don’t get to do a lot with them and they’re really my only friends, so if I cant play with them then I’ll be alone again,
