I love the server and wish to continue to grow and develop my building and survival.
I want to say sorry to the person that I griefed and help them in any ways possible.

Why should you be unbanned: i think that everyone shud get a 2nd chance and if you [font=\Exo 2\, sans-serif]urban[/font] me i will never do anything like it again and i was with my friend and they told me not to but i did anyways  but i will never do it again.

Why do you want to come back: me and my friend play here but i got band so we can not play on a fun server so if i came back i and my friend can have fun again

Why do you want to come back: because ive done an incredible amount of work on this server and should definitely not be permanently banned for saying "want me to relieve some stress "

Why should you be unbanned: I have been accused for x-raying on the Hometown MC server. However, I don't have a reason to x-ray. First off, I had been invited by a friend of mine to play on this server who was using this account before me (Ataraxica). I had not played MC for months before I had been invited. In addition, I only play MC whenever my friend invites me to play, and on this server specifically. Today (08/20/16), I had just been extremely lucky when digging randomly around bedrock for diamond, red stone, iron, and coal. I did not x-ray nor do I have a reason to. I play fair.

I think the server might have thought that I had been x-raying because of a technique i use. Once I find a big vein, I strip either diagonally or straight right there instead of continuing my strip. In addition, I tend to dig around the area of coal/iron veins for random luck. I have found great success in doing this, and I have been doing this ever since I started on this server. 


Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because I want to spend time with my friend. This server was a great outlet for creativity, and has a nice community to back it up. I have been wrongly accused and I hope to get back soon.

Put this here because it does not belong in the ban appeals. I just want to know about me being banned for "x-raying"?
I was banned on multiple servers that day for the same reason and I do not remember being on them at that time earlier? Help?

I'm not making an appeal just yet. I just want to know why I don't remember being on the server lately? I got banned off four servers for x-raying after logging in at this time?

Reason for your ban: "Griefing"

Why should you be unbanned: I apparently "Griefed" someone else's (Julia1075) home and property. I was not aware that it was her property at the time, and I came across it when no one was on. I assumed it was abandoned. That was my first day on the server. Today, my second day, I came across Julia's name tag. I said hello and dug down to where she was because I was curious, as to who it was. I said Hello and she told to me to leave, to which I obliged. I then carried on my proceedings from my first day, which was to collect dirt and sand to terraform an area. However, I was apprently too close to her area and was digging in her home. I apologized and moved back to my area. When she told me to leave and go farther away from her area, I obliged and moved behind my wall. Then she got upset because I had put a wall up, separating my area from her's. To which she responded angrily because she wouldn't be able to use the dessert behind my wall. I made an opening in that wall, under staff's request. I assumed we would have no more problems. But then, she wanted me to tear down my wall simply because she wanted to use the dessert to herself. I said no, and that she would be able to use the dessert. She still had a problem with me, and called in another staff member AKA Grimm_Wolfe. Julia said the same thing she had said before, and Grimm banned me while I was explaining. The grief was unintentional. I thought I wouldn't be able to break that block because it was in her territory, and i wanted to make sure. However, I ended up breaking the block and not being able to replace it. In conclusion, I was wrongly banned, as all acts of grief were accidental. I apologize, yet I am still confused as to why I was banned in the first place.   Thank you, and that is all.

Why do you want to come back: I was wrongly banned, and I should be allowed to build. I obliged to the majority of Julia's terms, and I did not mean grief her area. I am currently trying to set up a community for my friends and I. I am new to the server, and I feel wrongly judged. I am terribly sorry about the misunderstanding, wished to build. It was accidental. Once again, I am very sorry.
