As many of you know, I have suggested resetting the resource world because of it's lack of resources. It takes forever to find many resources that I need to supply my shop and it's been forcing me to use the main world which I really dislike doing. So I'm wondering if we could reset the resource world soon to preserve the main world.

Reason for your ban: I am a new player to minecraft , I started playing yesterday. Today I joined HomeTown server and I didn't know that destroying someone's house can ban me. I went to a big house I found in the woods and I started destroying it cause I wanted to build my own. I really didn't know that this would ban me. While I was destroying the house , I guess it's owner came and said he's gonna ban me. Then the server said You've been banned. 

Who banned you: Someone called NUKE or something.

Why should you be unbanned: Cause I really LOVE HomeTown & minecraft. This server is one of the best and I can buy/sell things, craft things and build my own world with/without friends.

Why do you want to come back: So I can apologyze to the person I damaged his house & start over a new life. Build houses, sell stuff, buy stuff, HAVE FUN ! 

I recently finished building Warp Court, and got Frost’s approval on it! Warp Court will be Hometown’s court to settle all minor disputes! If it is a major dispute and should result in a consequence such as a ban, it CANNOT go through warp court, and must go to a staff member instead. Warp Court is only for events like when Nuked buys diamonds at my shop for $50.10 each, and he thought it was 50 diamonds for $1. If Nuked wants a refund but I don’t wanna give him one, we can both agree to go to court at warp Court. At Warp Court, Reprive would be judging our trial, but Reprive hates Nuked because Nuked sold him a dc of diamonds yesterday and now Reprive has just $11.43 left. Then Reprive would choose me instantly, right? WRONG. Nuked could tell the court that his trial cannot be judged by Reprive as it would not be a fair trial due to a conflict between Reprive and Nuked. If Nuked failed to report this, and someone found out about it later, Reprive would INSTANTLY lose his position as judge. Due to a rule he broke, “If you think there may be a conflict of interest between you and someone, do NOT judge that trial.” If we found a new judge, There would still be one problem with this. How do you get me to agree to go to warp Court? Well, there would be a fee, $50 per trial. If I win, I get to keep the $50.10 Nuked paid for the diamond, and $50 extra that Nuked has to give me for using my time at trial. If Nuked wins, he gets his $50.10 back, and I pay him an extra $50 on top if it. The amount of money this fee is, can be changed if the two sides going to court agree on the new amount, or if the judges change the fee. (Side note: Frost also said that if Nuked would refuse to pay the money, the court would be able to ask staff to step in and make Nuked pay me.)
I am looking for volunteers to be judges right now. In order to be a judge, you must fill one of the qualifications:

1. You must be Adept+
   
2. You must be a VIP
   

1. Adept+ players are chosen first, with elites being of highest priority, and adepts being of the lowest priority in this category
   
2. VIPs are chosen next, with VIP3s being given a higher ranking than VIP1s
   

In other words, when it comes to picking judges, the highest ranking 3 people online are chose, where elites rank higher than adepts who rank higher than VIP3s who rank higher than VIP1s. I hope that makes sense to y’all. There are a few exceptions to these ranks. For example, while Uber isn’t adept yet, he’s only 13 votes away from becoming one, so I allowed him to have the priority of adept if he became a judge. Also, certain people are prioritized within each rank, based on who I see online most often and who talks the most. I don’t know if this counts, but an example of this might be me making myself a higher priority than the other adepts . There are 3 chairs for the judges in warp court, but each trial can be held with 1 judge or 3 judges. The highest ranking judge sits in the middle, while the other two sit on both sides of the main judge.

well, wow. this is kind of weird haha. as some of you all may have noticed, i've been absent from the server recently. this was for many reasons, mainly because i was going through a rough patch with my mental health, and i was beginning to fall back into old drug habits that i had during high school. i lost the motivation to play minecraft, and just do anything in general. i pushed a lot of you guys away when you tried to help me, and i'm very sorry about that. i wish i could apologise to you. the last couple of months i've been focusing all my time on trying to make a better life for myself, and trying to become healthier- both physically and mentally. between my recovery, my job, a new relationship, and so many other things, i just don't have the time to play on this server anymore. although a lot of players on this server who i consider myself friends with already know this, i just wanted to make a thread explaining where i have been. 

i was a member of this amazing community for a bit over a year, and i strongly believe that it is one of the best minecraft communities out there. i've met some of my best friends through this server and i hope to continue talking to them for years to come. as great as this server is, though, i will not be returning. i'd like to thank all of you guys for making this last year one of the best ones of my life, and helping me through so many hard decisions and rough patches in my life. you guys were here for me when no one else in my life was. i know that the majority of my friends on this server are very inactive and won't see this, but you guys are great, and i love all of you dearly. the memories we have made will be held in my heart forever. 

i hate to say goodbye, but i need to move on with my life. thank you all so much. <3

I've been on the server for about a week and a half as of today and I've decided I want to make a new home here. I've been playing Minecraft off and on for over 6 years now (joined in beta 1.5) so I know a thing or two about Minecraft (doesn't make me any better of a builder, trust me). I will be a senior in High School come this fall so if I show any lack of wisdom, don't disparage me too heavily.
This game is the longest game I've played without a year going by where I didn't play it. I used to play with a different account, but that one was hacked last year. I attempted to salvage it, but I registered with only an email and password rather than a Mojang account and the receipt for the purchase was no longer accessible, so I was shit out of luck. I stopped playing Minecraft and thought I would move on to other games on my PS4. The games are still fun, but playing them as much as I do and as often as I do tends to cause burnout.
I can't say I'll be on Minecraft forever as I do play this game in waves, but I can assure you that when I am on it I'll be having a good time. This game holds a special place in my heart because it's the first true computer game I've played (Poptropica and others don't count to me) and it's the first place I learned to type, albeit incorrectly. There are other games that have a lot of meaning to me and may have some meaning to you: Mario Kart Double Dash, Super Smash Bros Melee, Mario Kart Wii, Crackdown, Little Big Planet 1 & 2, Modnation Racers, Destiny.

So i have notice an increase in the usage of xp/gold farms moop and pigman. Both are owned by the same person so the same rules apply to both farms. Pigman does display the rules of the farm as moop does not. The problem i see is that no one will listen or follow these rules. 

Rule 1: Don't steal XP or drops: I have seen this a few times. i have been afking and someone stoops by and rather pushes me out of the way or just stands there. Sometime they stop by for a little to repair an item. I don't care this is counted as theft. I or the current user was there first and as a result gets first dibs on everything that is generated there. Twice i have also had gold nuggs stolen from me(one time i was able to get them returned). There are plenty more XP farms that you can go and stop by to get XP. to repair your pick. Also if the current user is there and spots you using it and ask you to leave you should leave. you were not there first and you can wait your turn. Also DO NOT turn off the grinder when someone is using it. That is just flat out wrong and is prohibiting the current user from getting the item that they wanted in the first place. 

Rule 2: Dont AFK forever(1-2 hours max): Now this rule seems to be followed but i hate when people accuse me of having been at the farm for a long time. I time myself so i know when i am breaking this rule. i have never stayed at one too long anyway. and it also takes longer when people do steal as they are getting the items and not me since i was there first. 

Some people will reply to this cause they are ones who do this to me and tell me to chill. I am chill its just you are breaking the rules and must follow them. Im trying to teach them and as a result makes me steam when they do not listen.
