recently and i didn't know the rules very much and my mom told me to get off right after i picked
those crops, because we had to go somewhere.

and spent so much time on this server, i have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and a horse that i need to take care of,
I have a house i need to finish decorating i need to settle in more so i can actually not stress
about whats happening in life.

Why should you be unbanned: I do not remember doing anything related to crop theft, but if I did then I apologize completely. I'll try to be more careful to and pay attention when such an event occurs.

Why do you want to come back: I've been working on a project, specifically the Vault located at "/warp AllieVault." I really am proud of it and I want to make sure it's finished. I really enjoy working on the server, it's my favorite SMP server I've ever been a part of. 

I was banned apparently for griefing, but I haven't griefed at all.

Greetings & Salutations from the old map.  I have been chipping away at some rock at my old build and I have managed to almost completely exhaust my stockpiled supply of prismarine.  My guardian destroyer machine and personal monument to me (pictured) still spawns a couple guardians at a time but at this rate I will get nothing accomplished.  

I was hoping to be able to successfully request guardian spawns get turned up?  Would this have an adverse fallout on the new current map?

Why should you be unbanned: I was being a lazy ignorant child and took and did not give back and I want to be able to fix my mistakes and enjoy this server ,but I understand if you do not see me fit to come back .

Why do you want to come back: I honestly do like this server and the people on it are so helpful and nice,i'm new and I ask some questions that are basically the basic 's , but that does not stop them from trying to help,and it is a over all good server I struggle find ones like this ,And I don't wanna lose it cause of my ignorance .

I think that adding a Skyblock world to the server would be very cool! Frost could perhaps add just an all air world and worldedit in the islands, or mods could even build them by hand. People could pay IG currency to be added to the skyblock world and given an island, and that would add a new and unique aspect to the server! (perhaps there could just be an airworld in general for building and people can bring blocks over). I am fairly certain maps like that already exist to download so they could be added to the server that way for extra ease. If you think that this idea is a good one please reply!

Reason for your ban: I did not replant 100% of the wheat I harvested at /warp HTfarm.

Why should you be unbanned: I am sorry for taking advantage of someone's free produce, and then being too lazy to finish replanting the crops for others to harvest. If it has not been done so already, I will replant all of the crops using the chest of seeds, which I left at the site. I will certainly replant on public farms in the future. I agree that this ban was completely justified, for if everyone harvested from public farms and didn't replant %100 of what they took, the farm would be barren within days, or even hours. This would be a great loss for the community, as a free public farm allows players to gain necessary food and items to sell without requiring them to have a large sum of money. I for one was thrilled to discover public farms existed, and am ashamed that I of all people would contribute to the threat against them.

Why do you want to come back: I really enjoyed the idea of having a public survival server, bound together by an economy and given free reign to build, explore, and play games with new friends. While due to technical issues I have not yet voted, I thoroughly enjoy the server and cannot wait to return (if permitted) and contribute. I also must admit to owning many items, some property, and a balance of over $2000 (which is a lot for me) and I would hate to see it all be lost solely due to one act of laziness. Additionally, I love to build on minecraft, and was about to start a small business and warp using the funds I received by selling the wheat I had been harvesting. Again, I am regretful for taking harmful shortcuts in order to achieve my own future goals. 

I used to practically live on forums when I was younger, and now I'm back again in a community that I feel welcomed in!

So as the thread subject suggests I would like to ask if there is any possibility of bringing this back.

I have found that while making any sort of farm or service it can sometimes be very difficult to have a warp name - that is both descriptive and precise to the service you are trying to offer - that is not already taken by another player. For instance there is only so many ways to think of a guardian farm related warp name where it might still be memorable and easy to find. (Just an example for all farms or shops).

I propose we bring back the Warp Reclamation process to allow warps where players have been inactive for a certain period of time to be resold.

That being said I would greatly appreciate peoples thoughts on the matter as I know this is likely to be a touchy subject with really everyone who doesn't wish their warp to be resold to another player if they can't get on for a while.

I propose a few rules thusly which I think are completely fair:

1. There must a strict period of inactivity of at least 6 months. This doesn't mean not building at that warp for that time, it would mean that the player has not logged in at all during that time and at that point is unlikely to return.

2. You should obviously pay the normal warp price if you use this process as obviously this is a new warp for yourself and you should be charged accordingly.

3. There should be a formal request on the forums if someone wishes to buy a warp that is already claimed with a format much like a ban appeal for example: 
Name of player: Steasaur 
Name of warp: PrismShop
Name of player who owns existing warp: Steasaur
I also think there should be a minimum time for it to be considered and for the existing owner to refuse this if they check the forums.

4. I think in all fairness that if a player buys a warp using this process and the old owner returns the new owner must agree to relinquish the warp to its original owner and perhaps be allowed to create a new warp name for no charge. This way everyone should be happy more or less.




Please let me know what you think, especially staff as we would be bothering you to do this for us which I completely appreciate is already adding to the work you do for us. I think this process will really come in handy for everyone in the long run and will, I hope, limit (even slightly) the amount of new warps being created and added to the list.
