Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned becuase I do think this is just an honest mistake. I go on my usual route for about 1 - 2 hours. Go into /wild and start digging down until I am around layer 8 - 13. I do my 2 x 2 square pattern and just dig randomly. I have low sensitivity in my settings so it may have seen like I was looking for ores? I don't know. I also got a godly pickaxe from this random person who said he found it and didn't need it. Fortune IV , Unbreaking IV. By the time I got this pickaxe and went on my mining route I got lucky with my ores and racked up just below 2 stacks of diamonds, and around 30 emeralds. I sold most of my ores and had around 7000 in my bank account. I also got a lot of diamonds and money from /vote, which I did a couple hours prior my ban. I do mine weirdly, I don't follow the "minecraft guide to strip mining"  , I just mine in random locations.

Why do you want to come back: I would like to come back onto this server because I felt at home with the staff, and others. I I was having internet problems while I was looking for stones for my mansion at /illogical, (great shop by the way! will visit more!) , restarted my router, came back into the server and saw that I was banned for X-Ray mods. I have no texture packs / mods on my laptop, and neither would I ever consider downloading them! They make the game much more unfair for an economy server like hometown. I had big plans for my house, and my future in this server. I feel like I was accused of counting cards in blackjack even though I just got lucky with my cards.
I hope the moderators can understand that this was an honest mistake. Thanks.

Why should you be unbanned: 
-I was banned for X-Ray, and my computer contains no clients, nor texture packs for such thing. 
-I think in a 3 hours mining session, I came out with 3-4 stacks of redstone, 1-2 stacks of iron, 2-3 stacks of coal, 20-30 lapis-lazuli and 20-30 diamonds, wich for me is actually pretty poor compared to usual mining sessions. 
-I won't say you shouldn't believe the one(s) that banned me, I'll just say that errors make the human.

Why do you want to come back: 
-I like the format of this survival server since it let's me enjoy free time peacefully. 
-I also started building a little castle for myself since I always wanted to try building one and I'd want to try and finish it.

Why should you be unbanned: Hello, I should be unbanned as I did not lie my brother got banned for spaming heil hitler and when he got banned he was upset when I was told that I was trespassing I went to ask my brother and he said yes and then laughed and when I got back I was banned

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back as I liked the server and everyone was friendly and I was playing this everyday so it kinda upset me when I was banned im so sorry for his actions and will not happen again

I think FazL is using Derp Hacks Me and TheCatKing23 say it together and he though he was using it too as he was walking while his Derp Hacks was on at the same time.

Although Derp hacks are not malicious hacks they are still hacks and signs that FazL has a client because who would just install only Derp hacks?

Can the staff please watch him and check his homes and make sure nothing is suspicious like if you see tunnels by his house that look like Xray.

Hey, I have a problem, my friend hasn't been on for maybe a couple of months and I haven't visited because I didn't save a home warp to her, but now her place is grieved, some blocks are missing or badly replaced. 

My little bunker's also been grieved. My birch stairs and blocks have been taken or replaced with dirt. They also took a creative block, but I don't care of that.

This is my cousin's castle in progress, but some glass and blocks are missing. 

Not to mention, my friend's public nether portal, a glow stone is gone and there's been a terrible attempt at blocking the portal since the block level shouldn't be that high and uneven. 


Also her storage chest is claimed as their's; Lolan's their Minecraft name as it shows. They've claimed her land she's built on and claimed chests that she's filled with her items. This claim block also reaches up to her still in progress castle, so she can't even finish building it.



Please can an administrator or a moderator please help her get her things back. I know this is just a game, but it's really rude to do something like this in the middle of someone's hard work and progress.

Hi, I'm CallioCraft. Although I have been on this server for around a month and a half, (I think) I had never made an account on the forums until now. I really like Minecraft and playing on this server. Also I love trying to improve my building skills. Also I am a big bean.

Reason for your ban: Anti Semitic Jokes/Arguing With Staff/Rule 1 Violations

Why should you be unbanned: The first reason for my ban was anti Semitic jokes. I am so sorry about this. I was having a conversation with Callio about someone who was making anti Semitic jokes around him. During this, I decided to predict one of the jokes. This was my mistake. I have had a history on this server of saying something and then not giving any context. I should be more careful especially around a topic like this. I was kicked for this and honestly think that was the right thing for the staff member to do. Unfortunately, I made yet another mistake when I came back. Rather than just accepting that I should have been more clear/realizing that I shouldn't have tried to predict a joke like that in the first place, I argued. Again, I have come to realize that the kick was justified. Staff know what they are doing so arguing with them is pretty much pointless. They have ranked up to staff for a reason and I have learned not to doubt them. In the past, I've also had issues with multiple rule 1 violations. Annoying others for my own entertainment is something that I'm trying more and more not to do. Even if a joke about grief entertains me, I know that it can be a headache for staff and will stop doing it. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to be trying to stop actual grief and having to deal with someone who thinks that the whole situation is hilarious. I will make sure to stop doing things like this because they aren't fun to deal with and it makes me seem like a toxic person overall. 

Why do you want to come back: Over the past few months, I have had to much fun on this server. It's been so great being able to leave the stress of the real world and have some fun playing games for a few hours a day. This server means so much to me and I'm sorry for taking it for granted. I also have so many unfinished projects just sitting there. Though this server may seem like it has strict rules, it really doesn't. I'm so disappointed in myself for pushing them to the point of a ban. I hope you'll forgive me.

Reason for your ban: Stealing four diamond blocks/griefing

Who banned you: Illogical

Why should you be unbanned: I personally believe that I should be unbanned because, while I make poor choices some times, I don't do them out of malice and I can learn from my mistakes. While I have a previous ban on my record for stealing diamond blocks, my reasoning in this scenario is that I assumed that the wolf near the build belonged to the owner, and after checking /seen and their name it said they were banned. I made the wrong assumption in this situation, and I've learned to ask more questions.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because hometown is a genuinely fun and positive server. It gives me a chance to build and use an economy without dealing with griefers and other problems. This server has been a calming presence, and I'm willing to do anything to be allowed back. The joy it gives me is worth all the in-game cash in my account.
