Why should you be unbanned: I am a great player looking for a fun server I honestly accept that I exploited and I do not want to do it again to be fair to other players. It is my first time using X-ray so I am very sorry.

Why do you want to come back: HT is a very fun server, the community is cool (less toxic players), and the admins/staffs are very much approachable It is a very unique server and I do want to come back without using any exploits.

Hello, so I'm running into a problem when selling some of my enchanted books. On ones such as feather falling III, sharpness III, etc. it always says that I don't have enough items to sell despite me having that book in my inventory to sell. I've been running into this problem quite a few times and I feel that it's something worth noting.

Reason for ban: "Banned by Grimme_Wolf for Caps/Spam Fuck off"

Who banned you: Grimme_Wolf I assume.

Why should you be unbanned: Truth be told, I completely forgot about my Kode364 Minecraft account.  It's been atleast 2 or so years now, and it's time I clear my name. I don't know the policy for such a thing, but "Fuck off" doesn't seem rather inviting to want to come back, but I decided why not clear my name.  I know someone reported me for saying "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" or something like that, and while it probably happened I have no memory of doing such a thing. I kind of only realized I was banned when I was trying to get my Kode364 account back, and out of curiosity googled it to find my forum account banned. This prompted me to log in the game and also see that ban message. 

Why do you want to come back: I'd rather not be negligently ban evading, and want to make a decent return to hometown. Now, I don't play a lot, but this server still has sentimental value to me, and I'd like to experience it one more time.

Why should you be unbanned: Because this is a first offence and the person who reported me helped me do it. I have also made attempts to help the community by making an acacia farm oak farm and assisted in construction of an expansion in the town I griefed and assisted the locals financially.

Why do you want to come back: because I have many friends on there and they think I was unlawfully banned and wish to continue playing.

Reason for your ban: theft

Who banned you: Uber (I think uberbunny)

Why should you be unbanned: I do not believe I committed any theft other than when I first joined I harvested one wheat, two potatoes, a carrot, and a beet seed from an unclaimed plot of land. I apologize if that was the issue and I would compensate the individual greatly if that is what the theft is about. Other than that, I do not to my memory recall stealing from someone in any way. I have not been banned from any other servers in my lifetime, and I'm at a place in my play that I would not commit the same harvesting action again. Like I said, I would compensate the individual with the majority of my crops to make up for the theft if the harvesting above is what corresponded to my ban.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy the hometown server. The people are kind, and in all honesty this is the first server that I've consistently found myself joining and playing on. I've never really had that on any other server. Also, I've been working on an underwater build that would be disappointing if I couldn't complete. 

Hope that my ban is overturned but if not then I wish everyone the best of luck on the server.

Why should you be unbanned: I have learned my lesson and I understand what I did was wrong I used it and its unfair for the other ppl on the server who dont. I will not use it again and also this is the first rule I broke Iv never typed anything bad or said anyhting wrong to other ppl on the server Iv had respect for the staff and the ppl I play with. I wont break any more rules if you let me back.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back so I can play with my friends again. Also it is hard to find a server this good, and the staff and the people seems really helpfull too. I would really appreciate a second try on the server and I promise anything like this wont happen again. 

Well lads, here it is. Only a month or so ago I was on this forum requesting an appeal for a simple theft ban. I followed the absolutely ridiculous formatting rules for appealing bans (which frankly resemble something that a child would do in 8th grade detention) only because I wanted to get back on the server and try to fuck with the economy as much as possible. Through some technically legal chicanery I was able to make about 20,000$ just reselling bricks to the absolute imbeciles who don't know how the economy works and managed to run two people into the poor house just so that I could get more money. On the less legal end of things, I had my friend steal from the massively rich mods/VIPs and sell the items to purchase diamonds. He would then pass those diamonds on to me, completely clean and untraceable, for me to sell for thousands of dollars. In addition to this, we also stole a LARGE number of shulker boxes, which could be easily fenced by just recoloring and selling, and stole a number of beacons from people who were too rich to even care about claiming them. Once he was banned, the level of memes slowed down, and I was sitting on a healthy 32,000$ to start my business. I began buying up as much property in cities as I could, and warps for all of those properties (check any warps that start with DCC to see the bullshit I was up to) and set up a legitimate beacon mine to make money. So what made me want to go sicko mode on the server you may (probably not) ask? The people. The goddamn people on this server have got to be some of the most sensitive, easily-offended I've ever seen. From the overwhelming response of "Ew caps! xD" when someone leaves caps lock on to being told not to make jokes about wanting to kill yourself, it was just goddamn annoying. I'm sure this post will be deleted, go ahead, I don't really give a fuck because after this I'm boutta head out. Hope you all enjoyed your time on the HomeTown server, because I know I did!
