Server you were banned on (SMP): Survival server

Minecraft name: Used to be either CapnCrunchySpam or The ManicMagician and is currently BloodOathKeeper again.

Reason for your ban: "Being a nuisance" (I was being a downer and antagnoistic.)

Who banned you: Pretty sure it was a group decision.

Why should you be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because it's been quite a bit since I was banned. My behavior was inexcusable at the time, whether it be me spamming the forum, or just the way I was treating people at the time and for that I apologize to the staff and the people who may have fell victim to the way I was acting. I have no idea how long ago my ban was, but if I were to be unbanned I will be on my best behavior, to avoid being a nuisance to the players and staff as I was before. I can understand if this will be shot down or denied immediately, but I figured I'd give an appeal a shot again after it's been awhile. I can elaborate more if you guys so wish I do so, I am willing to apologize to specific individuals if they are still upset with me, and I will promise to behave in a more civil manner rather than the way I was acting before. 

Why do you want to come back: I put a lot of work into the server firstly, secondly, I still have some friends who play on here and I would like to be able to play on here with them again, and thirdly, the server, despite my negative attitude towards in the past, had always been a place for me to be able to take things easy and just chill out on. Again, I would very much appreciate a consideration and a possible unbanning but if you feel like it wouldn't be worth the risk, effort, etc to bring me back, I would understand.

Reason for your ban:trespassing

Who banned you: Kat

Why should you be unbanned: Because I did not know that you could be banned for walking through someones property, was just trying to get home with my horse and going through this property.  I didn't realize my mistake and i hope that i can be unbanned so i can learn from my mistake.    Everyone is supper nice on this server and i hope i can come back on cause i love playing with people that care about other things than themselves

Why do you want to come back: Because i love this server. It's the only server i play on that actually have staff on at almost all times.The staff are fair and the chat is good fun. I also love being able to swap materials/money with other people without having to collect it myself in order to purchase other materials.

Reason for your ban: Grief

Who banned you: Kat

Why should you be unbanned: I AM VERY SORRY AND I WON'T DO THIS AGAIN! I did grief. But only because I thought no-one would find out (I derped out a bit on that one). I understand this is wrong, selfish and stupid, and it makes others unhappy. I can replace the melon seeds and whatever else. I am sorry. Please apologize to my victims (I can't think of a better word) if you don't think I should be added back, if this is the case, I fully understand! Thank You for your time.

Why do you want to come back: I love this server and i play with a lot of friends (Jackal_, McTreevil, XpSpredators and others) and don't want to be left out of our awesome town and the great memories we have created in such a short time! I hope you consider me as it would make me respect your considerable work for the server further. This is one of the few SMP servers where I have a good time. I care so much and it would mean the world to me if i was unbanned

Reason for your ban: x-raying

Who banned you: Grimm_Wolfe

Why should you be unbanned:  I agree that i was x-raying and i am sorry for that. I only x-rayed because i wanted to look for diamonds for me and my friends so we can work on other things that mattered more than basic survival minecraft. I have realised my mistakes and from here on out i will take as long as it needs to get survival items without x-raying e.g. diamonds etc.

Why do you want to come back: Me and my friends have already built a great town of memories, creativity, and ultimately, fun. We wouldn't of made the jokes we did or retrieved the items we got without the server that you have so kindly made for all of us. If you don't let me back in, I understand. I did something that I shouldn't have done in any server in the first place. But this is the only PVE server which has such a lively and friendly community that still stands strong, and I really want to be part of it, without the cheats.

There is one thing that I cannot bear is the imprecision of redstone. Especially when hoppers counts down items by 3 which breaks ALL related mechanisms such as timers, crushers and sorters. I would rather take the extra lag of hoppers counting down item by item than having half of my grinders and machines broken. This effectively destroys all crusher based farms and makes building 1-hit blaze farms nearly impossible. We were promised a better server for the reset, and in some sense it worked. But we still get lags every day that warrants a reset manually for an auto-restart that is still broken after 2 weeks and redstone continues to get worse than before the reset. We didn't have these problems before the reset why should it happen now?

Yo, this this Akihiko_Kayaba (if this causes any trouble somewhere, feel free to use "Aki"), and it seems I'll be joining for a little while.  School starts up for me in about a month, but I hope to fit this into my schedule.  I tend to be connected, so if there's any questions I'll try to answer them.  That will be all for now, Akihiko_Kayaba signing out.

As some of you may know already, I recently finished creating warp ColdSlime, the server's first public Slime farm! Unlimited access costs only $500! ColdSlime is currently only one slime chunk, but I have just found a second slime chunk very close, and am now connecting that to the other so that it will be twice as fast!
