Why should you be unbanned: I AM VERY SORRY AND I WON'T DO THIS AGAIN! I did grief. But only because I thought no-one would find out (I derped out a bit on that one). I understand this is wrong, selfish and stupid, and it makes others unhappy. I can replace the melon seeds and whatever else. I am sorry. Please apologize to my victims (I can't think of a better word) if you don't think I should be added back, if this is the case, I fully understand! Thank You for your time.  

Why do you want to come back: I love this server and i play with a lot of friends (Jackal_, McTreevil, XpSpredators and others) and don't want to be left out of our awesome town and the great memories we have created in such a short time! I hope you consider me as it would make me respect your considerable work for the server further. This is one of the few SMP servers where I have a good time. I care so much and it would mean the world to me if i was unbanned  If there is a way we could have a conversation if you don't decide to let me back in that would be great!

i just realis'd yond i has't places this poste in 'off topic'. if 't be true this is not acceptable, couldst a staff memb'r moveth the thread to 'forum games' prithee?

I'm not certain who claims the warp "Potions" but this warp belonged to me before the reset. As i recall we had 30 days to claim our warps. so I would like to dispute the claim of whomever is currently using /warp Potions.

So some have noticed ocelots are pretty freakin' hard to come by on the server. I know this firsthand - I had to camp for hours to get even one ocelot to spawn! And since each tamed cat has a random color... those are pretty bad odds! But through perseverance, boredom, and Youtube, I obtained all three colors of cat, and with the new /givepet command I'm able to sell them and spread the joy of CAT across the land!

But... getting them was really, really, boring, you guys - some profit to show for that would be nice. But I also want more people to have CAT. So here's the idea I'm having. I'm selling all three colors of cat here, for $1000 a pack. Siamese, tabby, and tuxedo. But here's the condition - I'm not going to sell until I have TEN orders here. Once I've sold off ten sets of kitties, I'll start giving them away completely FREE. (whether I'm not too busy to bother breeding more is another story) and there'll be ten people out there with cats to distribute to everyone else! So what do you think, y'all? Who wants some CAT?

Reason for your ban: I grieved someones village by breaking one piece of glass.

Why should you be unbanned: I hope I get unbanned because I believe in second chances and for learning for the better because I will never do what I did again because it was unreasonable and rude and I should pay more attention to what is owned and isn't and I should've never grieved anything in the first place and I never will again. At the time I did not realize that the village was owned but that is no excuse and I should take responsibility for my actions and respect the server.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because it was a fun server filled with nice and friendly people and the server felt like home to me, its my favorite server and I love playing it. I also feel so bad for breaking glass in someones village and I already apologized to the owner myself. I would be happy to replace the damage I have done at Kiro's village.

Well currently I am a bit new to hometown but I am I am normally friendly. 

I like anime and manga and I often find myself drawing[posted an image below of my art though my friend made the traditional sketch[ http://aizonarose.deviantart.com/art/Col...-624187357 << crediting purpose only.] . I came to home town with a friend of mine because we wanted to play a game together other then GW2 which I can only play on occasion. I enjoy quietness and beach views hence why I built my MC house right by one XD small but looks nice to me   

I have 2 friends I brought to home town though honestly I owe it to man of the MC house for grouping us up and finding us a good server. 

In my spare time when I was young I did do designs for mc towns though they never got posted because I either delete it or it was on my brothers server but if you find my house and I am online you are welcome to ask for a look round fair warning it's not done lol.

okay so for the building basic's is here:
[i have the land claims it's a random person telling me to move or else he get the admins to move me.]

3: Build Etiquette – Punishment: Lv. 0 – 3
  A.     Do not build death traps to kill other players.
  B.     Do not build within 100 blocks of other people without their consent.  They maintain the right to ask you to leave their area.
  C.     If you use 1x1 towers, be sure to tear it down when you’re done; the same goes for temporary shelters.
  D.    If you build something of a sensitive nature, make sure it is hidden where others will not see it.  For example: Nazi swastikas; redstone-powered, jerking-off statues; racially stereotypical builds, etc.  (Yes, these have happened.)
  E.     Do not build near spawn.  This includes: homes, shops, or anything else.
 

Now I got a message telling me to move.
[We just finished the tops floor a few days ago took us literally a few hours to find a place and after living there for a few days with my friend (no issues) and adding another friend near by just the other day(just filling you in)] Currently I am NOT breaking any rules according to 3: Build Etiquette  << or any other I could find.

Why did this person asked me to move? Apparently there some kind of hollowing?? under our house??[I dug under and i only found a few hollowing but no mineshaft so far even if we did you get to bed rock and seal it off from the rest of the world making out home in the ground like it already is starting to be.)(We even made it to bedrock yesterday or the day before that roughly.) We were planning to hollow out under-half of our house or " land claims" To make room for a basements (or bottom floors).  So I don't see why they cannot just work around it considering the land claim is small as well as they did not own land 100 blocks away from us before hand. By the rules post above we shouldn't have to move if i am understanding them right 

The reason I am bringing this up is because the person said if we don't move they get the admins to move me. (but if they move they be doing an unnecessary thing as well as unfair because from what I understand I am not breaking any rules and i am trying my best to follow them. (Hence why i am making this to make sure i understand things)

So would we have to move even if this person is not there before us nor has any land claims with in the 100 blocks before us nor any  in the area at the moment that i can tell?  
I would also like to note that I will not be replying to messages on here I would like an admin response (Email).

Also I may not be able to reply until Monday [8/8th/2016] because I going on a short leave in real life where there is no Wifi.

Minecraft name: Used to be either CapnCrunchySpam or The ManicMagician and is currently BloodOathKeeper again.

Reason for your ban: "Being a nuisance" (I was being a downer and antagnoistic.)

Who banned you: Pretty sure it was a group decision.

Why should you be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because it's been quite a bit since I was banned. My behavior was inexcusable at the time, whether it be me spamming the forum, or just the way I was treating people at the time and for that I apologize to the staff and the people who may have fell victim to the way I was acting. I have no idea how long ago my ban was, but if I were to be unbanned I will be on my best behavior, to avoid being a nuisance to the players and staff as I was before. I can understand if this will be shot down or denied immediately, but I figured I'd give an appeal a shot again after it's been awhile. I can elaborate more if you guys so wish I do so, I am willing to apologize to specific individuals if they are still upset with me, and I will promise to behave in a more civil manner rather than the way I was acting before. 

Why do you want to come back: I put a lot of work into the server firstly, secondly, I still have some friends who play on here and I would like to be able to play on here with them again, and thirdly, the server, despite my negative attitude towards in the past, had always been a place for me to be able to take things easy and just chill out on. Again, I would very much appreciate a consideration and a possible unbanning but if you feel like it wouldn't be worth the risk, effort, etc to bring me back, I would understand.

Why should you be unbanned: Because I did not know that you could be banned for walking through someones property, was just trying to get home with my horse and going through this property.  I didn't realize my mistake and i hope that i can be unbanned so i can learn from my mistake.    Everyone is supper nice on this server and i hope i can come back on cause i love playing with people that care about other things than themselves

Why do you want to come back: Because i love this server. It's the only server i play on that actually have staff on at almost all times.The staff are fair and the chat is good fun. I also love being able to swap materials/money with other people without having to collect it myself in order to purchase other materials.
