Can you expand the border pls i want to build stuff but there is hardly anymore room. Everytime i do /rand there is someone near or i am in someones base.
Hi all, Not sure if this is the right place to ask. I own a furniture shop here in Toronto, started 5 months ago. I’m worried because the sales are not doing so good, may be because it’s just new. But still, I think it’s high time for the sales to catch up because it’s been 5 long months. So, I was thinking of advertising my shop to promote the sales. I didn’t want the old traditional way, but something new and different, like outdoor advertising? So, I was looking for some trends in outdoor marketing, and I found this blog by Grassroots Advertising, and I just loved the ideas. Billboards are so cool and I’m sure will attract people’s attention faster. What I wanted to ensure from you all is that is a good idea right? Because I personally have never seen any such bill boards for a furniture shop. But maybe we can start off, right?? Any suggestions or ideas ? Please help. Thanks in advance. !!
i have voted countless times but im still not being premoted. its frustrating trying to help this server but to everyone else i look lazy. can anyone please help?
First all, I'd like to say I'm not going to be surprised if posting this gets me banned. I'm also expecting them to have next to no punishment, because of course any friends they may have on this server will come running to defend them. Also, I have very few screenshots because I didn't believe it would escalate to this. Here's how everything started:
I just joined the server today, after a couple of jokes, Lexachu decided I was trolling and told me to stop or else I would be muted/banned (don't remember exact words, happened about 2 hours ago). I made a few more jokes then stopped and didn't talk for about an hour and a half. I joined the Plug.Dj and had my song skipped, then read the rules and corrected it. Some kids decided that was enough to berate me, so of course I said things back to them, which got me a 24 hour ban from Plug.Dj. After messaging Lexachu demanding an explanation because it's ridiculous that I got punished for defending myself. Viloceraptor decided to intervene and message me, saying I was disrespecting staff because I said to Lexachu, "Are you ignoring me because you know I'm right?". Then I asked him how was I disrespecting staff, and he told me I needed to stop being disrespectful. I tried to understand how I was being disrespectful so I could maybe fix whatever I was doing wrong. He then told me I was "being annoying" and "pestering him". He then threatened to ban me for absolutely no reason. I think these staff members need to be either demoted or need to be trained and study whatever handbook you have in place for them.
I've edited the messages to hopefully make them easy to read. It was all I was able to screenshot. If he has any counter-evidence of me doing anything actually wrong I'd encourage him to post it here on this thread.

Edit - He either logged off or just decided to ignore me entirely after the last message, not sure which. Edit - I was told that the Plug.Dj is not run by the server, anything done/said in the Plug.Dj means nothing anymore since it's player owned. I apologize for the misunderstanding on my part.

Let me pull back the curtain a bit to the man behind the name. I am a 41 year old autistic guy with back and neck injuries from an accident several years ago. Doing things that are repetitive has a calming effect on me, especially after a day of dealing with normal people. Minecraft, and especially road building, is very repetitive.
If it weren't for the various servers I've been on, I'd probably be a pain-pill dope fiend. By putting my mind elsewhere for a time, I don't notice it. It's akin to meditation.
Last night, several things kinda snowballed into a mess, half of my own making.
Unnamed Mod, I'm genuinely hurt and insulted that you would take the word of some damned noobling over mine. If you clicked the footings of the bridge, you'd have seen that I was there 10 hours before said noob put his wooden shack up. I have a picture I can't seem to attach. Hrm.
Un-named player, I have only one word for you: Lazy. You “claimed” a chunk of plains by putting down cobblestone with no improvements to the area, no signs, and no buildings and you had two weeks to do something. As far as I knew, it was just a cobblestone marked path to the nearby large complex. When I claimed my village, I was told I had to claim it by building a fence. I made a large fence with many signs. Those were my instructions from a different unnamed mod than above.
The only claims that I knowingly got too close too were players who have been gone longer than 7 days. They only had a crappy wooden or dirt house, and simply stopped. This, I will admit, was wrong.
The final straw was arguing with a Mod regarding #2's claim. I was under instructions from an Admin who when I asked “How far do you want me to go?” they said to the world border. Now aforementioned Mod says in essence “Stop building roads”. I cursed and quit. With apologies, I did not mean to curse at said Mod.
I'm still angry. I don't know if I can continue with this server. I do this for relaxation purposes. To quote the old guys down the road “Dude, yer harshing my buzz”.
There's a road spur that I had started on the eastern road that might be able to get around the ocean and make it to the eastern world border. There was no claims out that way until the extreme hills area. If anyone wants to do that, go ahead.
For the claim I crossed by accident, pay someone to move it. I may or may not return.
For the violations, I hearby call for punishment. I need to be banned for not less than four weeks. If I'm still angry, I won't return.
Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because my cousin was using my account with out permission and i know its also my fault for letting him use my account but i love this server and i really want to come back on and keep building my house.
Why do you want to come back: I want to come back so i can apologize to the person my cousin stole from and make it right. Also because I recently moved my house I would like to continue to build it and make it a nice house. Also I was saving up to buy more blocks to build with and make my house unique also i wanted to make a shop.
