So dan and I are trying out own luck at building a death parkour!
So far we have a long tunnel with the spectating tunnel on the side... BUT WAIT the spectators GET TO PUSH BUTTONS!!! how fun, oh yeh the buttons will then cause even more traps to spring out on the already frustrated jailed ht'er
So one smaller tunnel runs along with spooky lighting flickering off and on to set the theme of a nuclear reactor breaking and the facility is malfunctioning. then next to that tunnel is a slightly large and nicer tunnel that has small tables along it with a button on it, As the jailed player tries to get through the horrible parkour and death spots, the spectators can actually trigger more traps via red stone connections!
One example is the simple water path, the jailed player can either hop across slabs or swim gently through the water, but then with a tap of a button! The floor drops away and the jailed player plummets to their death. HOW FUN!
If a jailed player survives the whole corridor (that has MANY more traps) and other 60 blocks long. They then get to the main reactor room. Sounds simple enough, just gotta tap that sign onto of the reactor, then I'm back to trolling and being unjailed?! Huh well.... first you need to find which stair case leads up to the mid way point of the reactor, then you need to doge the lava that gets despensed on you (courtesy of your loyal spectator!). Then, oh boy! you get to climb 20 block high ladders with a wall of fire arrows being dispensed at you (again, thanks to our wonderful spectator) and then if you reach the top.... oh well the sign is in the middle of a 5 block radius hole above the reactor.... how ever will you reach it?!
(if there are no spectators then the auxiliary traps will run, those are even worse)
There is also a small room the jailed person starts in that looks like a jail cell with signs telling them what to do!

As far as i am aware, this is the first candidate for grimm's challenge, and i hope you like it!!
Coordinates: -539, 33, 818 in creative world.
The prisoner/mass griefer/xrayer is placed at the start of a hallway where they read a bunch of signs explaining where they are. To the right, they can clearly see the spectators watching. Signs are placed throughout the build, and i often address the prisoner sarcastically. One sign even tells them 'you are already banned. Once you log off you won't be able to log back on ;)' which is a complete lie, but helps to put them under pressure to complete the parkour no-matter-what before logging off.
The signs explain that freedom awaits; just find the exit. The first few jumps are simple: normal jumps over a lava pool! Except that a barrier block is is in the way! ›;) Next, the prisoner must make an impossible 5 block jump! Failure will drop them in a pit with water at the bottom..... oh wait, more barrier blocks! *oopsie*
Climbing out involves some bitchy-ass ladders (inspired by level 5 of the old /warp parkour!) and to get back to the start the player must swim back through the lava pit, how nice.
The real way over the pit is jumping on barrier blocks, marked by cobblestone placed in the wall. BUT WAIT! Trolled again! Another barrier block wall drops them in the pit *oopsie!* Turns out you jump round the wall, dumdum.
Next is a couple jumps over fire. Failing results in - you guessed it - going back to the start! Theres even a water pool to put the fire out! (oh wait, we blocked that off with more barriers? What a shame...)
Finally, after doing the parkour yet again, the prisoner reaches a jump with a handy block above your head! Just for extra punishment, how nice am I :3
Next, a sign tells the prisoner to say hi to the spectators! Facing the viewing deck, the prisoner must jump onto a block which 'happens' to retract into the wall if the spectators deem them 'unworthy'.
But good news! The next block is a checkpoint! After passing trial-by-spectator, the prisoner is free to click the button for a checkpoint which... oh... yeah, it drops you back at the start facing a sign that says 'just kidding.'
Two more jumps on floating iron bars to go! But what's that? the exit is blocked by an iron trapdoor? And the lever to open it is inside the spectator area? Well, i guess you gotta sit and wait. (I recommend not muting them, so they can beg for freedom :) and of course, you can always close the trapdoor again and send them plunging to the lava pool...)
At the end, the prisoner is able to skydive out into freedom! Just make sure to land in the water... since your spawn point is set back in the prison....
For a better tour, below is a link to a guided tour from myself. I hope you like it ‹3

( Please excuse me if my ban appeal is not clear, I struggle to make sense sometimes when writing long bodies of words. I'll try my very best to make it clear for you all to read.)
Server you were banned on (SMP): HometownMc semi survival. ( smp.hometownmc.com )
Minecraft name: Kriz__
Reason for your ban: Advertising, disrespecting staff, ( "Viva la (enter the name of hair's server)")
Who banned you: I really don't know what to say at this point, it's been a year.
Why should you be unbanned: I'm really not sure why I deserved to be unbanned from HT, what I did was purely not on accident. I never understood why I did it though, I never hated Hometown and I don't recall hair directly telling me to doing it. What I believe what happend was that the staff on hair's server was playing pranks on Hometown ( This was when I was a mod there.) and I was the unlucky one to be the 'let's go be a douchebag on Hometown guy. As months go by I realized that the staff on (hair's server) was really corrupted/rude and I didn't feel any sympathy from them at all, that is when I 'blew' up their minigame world and got banned from the server, a few months from then I decided to get unbanned from (hair's S) because I missed playing survival in a small community and I was to afraid to come back here due to the friends I have left behind. After two months of playing on the server as a regular player I realized it's like real life, the staff are the cool kids who don't let anyone in their friend group unless players are ranked up to become a staff and normal players are the lesser's who have to stick with other normal players to survive in the community, I didn't like that. People were getting de-ranked for personal reasons of hair and there were many reasons that I can't explain in words.
Thus I had it with ( hair's server.) I didn't like it, average players on their were kind and nice to me while the staff were not open at all, I understand that the old staff will still have some un-easy feelings of me and I'll accept that, what I really want to do is to start new and push everything aside, back then I was a ruthless ignorant preteen but now a year has passed and I am regretting my decisions I made that affected Hometown.
I'm very sorry for what I did and I would do anything to get accepted back in the community. If i'm not accepted back into the community it's fine, this appeal will also be my apology for my acts, I would really love to have another chance though.
I also want to apologize that I logged onto my alternate account, I know ban bypassing is against the rules too but I really missed the community.
Why do you want to come back: The server's fun and simple, you meet new friends, play together, fool around and even if the staff may look rude they really are not, inside their kind and helpful, I have no where to go now and Hometown is my only chance for me. I'm not sure why I left at the first place but I really want to come back now. I don't know what else to say other than thank you for reading my appeal.

Roll for Shoes! (Microdungeon roleplay) |

This is a version of DnD which uses almost nothing. Don't believe me? here is the full set of rules:
(I have changed rules 5 and 7 slightly to make levelling up more natural)
- Say what you do and roll a number of d6s.
- If the sum of your roll is higher than the opposing roll (either another player or the DM), the thing you wanted to happen, happens.
- The number of the d6s you roll is determined by the level of skill you have.
- At start, you have only one skill: Do anything 1.
- If you roll two or more sixes on your roll (one six if you are using Do Anything 1), you can get new skill one level higher than the one you used for the action. The skill must be a subset of what happened to you in the action (Say, Athletics 2 if you were climbing a wall, or Teeth of Biting 2 if you were eating a cake).
- For every roll you fail, you get 1 XP.
- XP can be used to create new skills without rolling sixes. Cost = 2 XP multiplied by the level of the skill. You must name which skill it is based on and it can only be one level above that skill. (For example, spending 6XP to create Sword Swinging 3 is illegal if you don't have a level 2 sword skill)
There is no DM in this, so if someone makes a roll to see if they can do something, anyone else can act as Dm for that turn and make a counter-roll. If you are doing this, please use [DM] at the start of your post. Also, if you wish to say anything outside of the game (e.g. say something as yourself, and not your character) simply [put your message in square brackets]. Have fun guys!
Before playing, please refer to this page to see how the game is played. If you don't have any dice, use this online dice roller (its completely free and simple to use!)
When posting to this thread, look at the previous post first. Play alternates between DM and Player. Anyone can be the DM
Player's turn
1: If not already in the scene, describe your entrance
2: Describe what you do and state an action you wish to make.
3: Say which skill you are using to perform this action.
4: Roll the appropriate number of dice for that skill
DM's turn
1: Decide how difficult the action is and state how many dice you will roll (less dice for easier tasks, sensible number please)
2: Roll dice and say the number
3: Describe what happens next (does the player fail horribly, or succeed?) depending on whether the player rolled a higher or lower value.
4: If the player failed the roll, award them 1
Character Sheet
This is where i will store player names, abilities, and XP
Penguin: (Adventurer and general nuisance)
XP: 0
Do anything 1
