Why should you be unbanned: I recently came on the server after not being on it for a few days to find that I had been banned for 'Grief' which shocked me as I had never raided any homes or bases while playing on the server. I normally play on my own as I have been building my house and one of the reasons I enjoyed the server was that it has a no grief policy so I know I wouldn't have trouble with being raided. Therefore I would like to be unbanned and if I have taken from anyones property I will be given a warning and I would like to apologise.

Why do you want to come back: I would like to come back as I enjoy playing on the server and I was half way through building my base.

Why should you be unbanned:
I was positively not wall hacking; there is no point in doing so. The way I mine is systematic and frequently random as a result of ADHD. Unfortunately, I get bored of mining in one direction and go off on  in random directions at times. Through my experience as a Minecraft veteran, I understand that diamonds frequent around less than the y-axis of 15. The way I mine is a "ladder" approach. Think about it as a ladder placed onto the ground. I make a couple of 2x3 shafts that go in the forward direction. Next, I mine maybe 10-15 blocks either to the left or the right of the main shaft. Sometimes, to break up the monotony, I will mine in the left or the right of this second shaft. This increases the likelihood of finding ores in the chunks. It allows me to find ores efficiently without completely mining every single block I see. The "ladder" approach covers lots of ground and essentially creates an underground labyrinth.  If by I chance I find ore it is only logical to continue digging in the same direction under the tendency that I may find more in the same direction.

   I know through Eratheon, that one point of concern regarding my mining was that the time between mining diamonds was very short. I understand that this may lead to the aforementioned suspicion of me X-Raying. One situation that may cater to this would include the fact that I didn't have a Fortune II pickaxe at the time. Eratheon did have one and was helping me get started on the server. In order to obtain the most amount of diamonds possible, Eratheon would have to mine them (he didn't want me to die in lava with his highly enchanted pickaxe). So, I would mine and create shafts and whenever I found diamonds I would tell him to come and TP to me and mine them. He was busy building some other projects so I would stay in the area, mark the diamonds with torches and then lead him later to mine them.

   In addition, he got me a Fortune 3 highly enchanted pickaxe to use while mining. It also had Efficiency 4, Mending and Unbreaking 3. This accelerated my mining process quickly. I was able to mine great distances within minutes and with my sporadic mining, I guess I was lucky in hitting a couple of diamond patches near the bedrock. I was also not down mining for less than an hour to get these diamonds. I've been continuously mining for about 3 hours and the results pay off. If I was X-raying, then I would have gotten more diamonds in less time. People who X-ray only get that because they're impatient and they don't enjoy the exploration and chance of mining and exploring the underground. They just want diamonds and other valuables and they want it now. I've even voted a couple of times for the server to begin ranking up.

Why do you want to come back:
   I am currently banned under the pretense of walling/x-ray hacks. Me and my friends Vangauver and Eratheon have chosen this server to play on after being recommended to join the server by Eratheon. I've just joined the server today and my first impression of it was very good. The three of us used to play together back in Minecraft Beta on SMP servers. Since our original home server shut down years ago, we haven't been able to find a server to call home. I gave my original account to Vangauver since I thought I wouldn't get back into the game. However, seeing that my brother Vangauver and Eratheon were having a good time on HomeTown convinced me to purchase my own account so that we can play together. Getting back to the topic at hand, I wouldn't want to jeopardize the opportunity to be part of this community and to play with my best friends again.

 I am sincerely sorry for whatever I have done and at the very least I would hope we could reach some middle ground to allow me to play with my friends, even if it be I never mine again. I just want to play with my friends, build amazing projects and be a part this community.

In addition to me being banned, Vangauver, my brother was also "banned" from the server. I believe this is due to me being IP banned, since we share the same IP address, he won't be able to join the server. Can you please at the least consider not IP banning and using another of ban since my brother Vangauver is not accused of doing anything wrong.

For the first time ever, Golden City is going to be hosting a game called LPA: last player alive.

The game will be in Seasons, for ex Season 1 is FFA and season 2 will be teams

The game will be on Dec.15 at about 4pm EST
The goal is to survive the longest you won't have your items except for food.

This is a new project I have been working on for the last couple f days for right now it is only 1 building. But it will be expanding steadily .

On the main peninsula there will be prebuilt structures, and the second peninsula is buildable land with only 20% being prebuilt.
One of the first buildings will be the Green Templar Plaza . Fixed with between 8 and 10 rooms . in all retailing for around $200 to $250

we have about 3 more buildings planned for the first wave of buildings. and second wave if successful will be about another 8 buildings and buildable land will become available for around 100$ for now, but it is expected to maybe rise or fall.

Hey everyone, I recently found a witch hut in a swamp and i have been clearing out the land around it to make it so that if there ever is a farm there, that the spawn rates will be higher. 

        My thoughts are that there is much to be done for this project, and I'm not gonna be able to do it all by myself so I thought I would ask for help. Whether its giving advice, clearing out land, lighting up caves, or doing redstone work, anything would be helpful.

Some of the things that i have to know for this project are

-What is the mob spawn radius from a player.

-Would people in the hometown community want to do a game of Abba to light up the surrounding chunks.
                       (to be debated at a future time as well)

-Is there anyone who knows how to do the redstone for the witch farm.

-How would the items be sorted

-Should the farm be limited to certain classes or be free to everyone or have to be paid for.

-Is there anything I am missing that would help out with this project.

Why should you be unbanned: I'm sorry for my grief, and there was quite a bit of it TBH. I basically renovated south spawn. But I did have good intention, I was trying to make it all look a lot better for new people that came on so that they would be impressed of the hometown server and i did it because it was abandoned, and had been for months. I tried my best to only do slight improvements to peoples houses that I didn't know how long they had been gone for but I did do major renovations to houses that I knew the people weren't coming back, for example people that had small claims and had been gone for more then a month when you looked at the claim. I know I broke the rules, and I know I'm probably not going to be allowed back onto the server, and why would I, I broke the main rule, but if you do go to spawn it is very noticeably better looking and thats all I was trying to achieve, my only goal was to just make it all look better because thats who I am, I’m a builder that just wants to make things look pretty and improve my fellow server members builds. If I was the mods I wouldn't let me back on to the server, I broke the fundamental rule. I will stay though that I finished my renovations a month ago and haven't grieved since and wasn't going to do anymore then what I did. I can guaranty that if I am let back on that I will never do grief again. And I am sorry again for any troubles I have done to everyone.

Why do you want to come back: I have only one reason that I would like to come back, that is that when I found this server I was in the darkest times of my life, I had tried to kill myself multiple times but never succeeded, I spent most days in the hospital because they didn't trust me that I wasn't going to try again, hell if I was let out at that time I would have tried again. While in the hospital my parents gifted me the game minecraft because I had always wanted to play it since the day I found hermitcraft (a group of people on youtube that play on a server called hermitcraft). I then spent the next 3 weeks looking for a server like hermitcraft and thats when I found this server. A server where I can build what I want where I want, I could ask people for advise and they would give me some, a server that had a whole economy built into it. Through the next few months till now this server has helped me out of the worse times of my life and I think I could now say that I am happy, this is all thanks to this server, and for that I owe you all my life and a thank you that can’t be described with mere words (especially quek98 and Keapatera, they were my friends when I had no one). If I can never come back that is fine, it hurts me but it is fine and I completely understand, I just want to thank you all. Can I please ask that who ever reads this that you thank quek98 and Keapatera, for they have no idea that together they saved my life and gave me some of my happiest times, I will never forget them or this server.
