Why should you be unbanned: I am truly sorry for what I did, I should never have crossed the line that I did when it comes to these types of jokes because it may offend people. If i become unbanned, I will make sure I do not make these types of jokes or any jokes that have the possibility of offending anyone again. 

Why do you want to come back: I have some old friends on the server from previous servers who I would really like to play with again. This server seems like a fun place to play on, with a community like this it reminds me of the server I first started playing Minecraft on which is where I met my current friends that are playing on this server.

*Terms and Conditions: By getting the marriage plugin, this means all players of the minecraft server HomeTown agree to be bound by its rules. Rule one, there will be a forum post shorting after this one, in which players shall nominate up to three (3) people to be placed into a marriage contract. Players may NOT nominate themselves or their alts. Once nominations are closed, a vote will take place in another thread. The two people with the most votes will enter a marriage contract as approved by Frost. No voluntary marriages will be permitted. Why should you be unbanned: I've only been playing Minecraft for about a week now. I told my friend who was xraying that I wanted to play normally because I didn't want to progress through without ruining the game play and also that I was afraid to get banned because I know in the rules it said not to do this. The evidence to this is the fact that I did not use xray myself. He did it anyways and honestly I did except some items from him however I would not have and will not had I known it was such a big deal and how it effects the market place in the game now that I look into it. If I want to do this I'll go to a creative server.

Why do you want to come back: I'd restart on a different server but It's been hard to find one that's as no-nonsense as this one. I don't want any of the craziness. (xraying) I'd also like to pickup where I left off but if that is not possible I get it.

     X raying is bad new for minecraft servers because not only does it undermine the economy, but it devalues the hard work of other players; By devaluing common resources and causing inflation at shops. Others players sweat their blood and soul to create shop that add a value to the servers as well as to other players. As opposed to a player like me that has undermined this effort. I would also imagine xraying not only devalues the market but places extra strain on the server and can lag other players potentially placing the server owner at a financial loss. I was wrong for having tested the waters on this server and this experience has shed light upon what i really value in minecraft that makes hometown so great as a server. It is because we respect the rules and the hard work of others that we can have a marketplace. Cheating is wrong and i am submitting this ban appeal to undo what i have done did . help me back into the community so i can contribute to the server and set an example for new players. 

Again i apologize. As the new guy on the block  i have only played on hometown with my friend for less than 10 hours and have not contributed much. But if you let me, i will make this server  more enjoyable by showing yall the respect you deserve from a new player in the first place.

I was busy doing many things but also was in a major car accident and I got badly injured and was sent to the hospital so now months later feeling better and now I’m working my butt off a 12 hr job to earn more money

Why should you be unbanned: Well, I don't remember stealing anything, but if I did, I am deeply sorry. I really like this community, and just would like to come back and play.

Why do you want to come back: I think I should come back, because I want to play on this server again. I don't remember what I did to get banned, but whatever it was, I am sorry.

Why should you be unbanned: This was simply my dumbness thing I tried to get away for in awhile, and there is not a lot can say for my actions, all I can say that I recognize the consequences, and hope to come back to this peaceful sever.
Why do you want to come back: I really liked the community, they are very helpful, the server is developed with warps for everything, and a very friendly player base, and i would love be a part of it again.


All I can ask for is a second chance.
