Reason for your ban: I literally dont even know. I accused a mod of mod abuse by threatening me unfairly in the chat when I didnt even say anything (they read the logs ask uber and star) and i told uber to get on discord to talk about it. a bunch of mods hopped on and read the chat and at the end said lets just drop this whole thing. i said the reason im here is because mod DERP threatening me unfairly and i asked star will you admit that mod was in the wrong, NOT if this whole thing could be dropped, thats not why i was here. and shes like you know what your banned. wtf? she was clearly in the wrong. i wasnt in that discord whether or not to get banned. i was there to call out DERP abusing powers. but, star didnt want to admit it and banned me. like what the fuck?

Why should you be unbanned: they literally read the logs in front of my ears. they all couldnt come to a conclusion on why i was being harassed. i just want to play mc and have fun and not be threatened by abusive mods. i literally bought the 30$ vip package TODAY, and i get banned. what is this literal mod abuse? were you guys just waiting for me to buy vip so i can be banned the same day?

Why do you want to come back: caused i payed money and decided to go all in on my base and play mc with my friends. i didnt break one rule and the mods know it. the reason they put for my ban: "the ban hammer has spoken".  please I want frost himself to look at this. idk how to show he sees it. 

Hey guys, basic introduction here.

I joined this server cause i'm sick of the servers with no community.
I wanted to be apart of one. A server that I can join and I will recognize people and they will recognize me.

I have no idea if this will be seen by people, but i'm happy to be here.

Why should you be unbanned: I am so sorry I am so used to playing on factions in which I can grief. I completely forgot on which server I was on. I will replace any damage that was done. I am deeply sorry and hope I will be able to appeal my ban to do what is right by returning what I have taken.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back since in the small amount of time I had a such a great time. This server is so good since it isn't glitchy like all other survival servers and the community and staff are so helpful and friendly.

Why should you be unbanned: Well, for starters I'm not cheating anymore and I removed the X-ray mod a while ago. I haven't played Minecraft in general in a while. I can guarantee it will never happen again and I'm sorry for cheating. EDIT: I would also like to add that I was banned a while ago and I would love to return to the server, again I'm sorry for breaking the rules.

Why do you want to come back:I really want to play on a SMP server, and I get decent ping on this one.

I was banned because of greif, yes i greifed but i dont deserve to be banned because i was playing with a friend (not blaming them) and i was trying to be cool, im very very stupid ik. i play on this server alot and i really love it, i will never ever greif again i promise, ik u cant really trust promises because of all the internet ppl, but i really am sorry and now that i have been banned im really scared to ever greif again. please accept my apologie im super sorry i swear i'll never greif again.

Hello!  My username is mmcginnis and I am new to this server.  I had been a longtime player on Cweepahcraft before it randomly shut down recently.  The process of finding a new server was something of a daunting challenge for me.  I found PVP servers where players were out to get you from the start; servers that had so many players in it that you couldn't read the chat before it disappeared; servers that only wanted your money; even, a server that seemed like it was dedicated to Hitler.  This one seems closest to what I've been accustomed to in Cweepah so I think I'll stay.
     A little about myself: I am a veteran having served in the U.S. Army with 7th Special Forces Group(Airborne).  Before you ask, I was not myself a Green Beret; I was a mechanic.  Don't let that fool you.  Support staff did most of the same training and I was a primary driver for my team when I was deployed...kicking in doors, doing bad things to bad people.  After the Army, I moved in with my then-girlfriend/now-wife in Orlando(yes, we have season passes to Disney and Universal).  She has since graduated law school and has become an attorney(almost ironically, a V.A. attorney), and I have returned to school on the V.A.'s GI Bill.  I am pursuing two majors: A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  The ME major is the medium-term goal, whereas the EET major is a short-term get-me-a-job-bc-I'm-losing-my-mind-not-making-any-money goal.  I'm way farther along in my ME major than my EET major...so don't ask, just yet, for help with your redstone builds as I've just got the basics of Boolean algebra covered.  For the ME, I have all the maths(Calculus I through Differential Equations) and physics out of the way, and on my last server's forums, I had a section where I helped kids with their homework...so ask away.  My wife and I just welcomed our first to the world in April.  I know it sounds cliche, but she is my world...that is until she does this thing when I'm holding her while she's crying: she takes a deep breath, turns into my ear, and screeches at the top of her lungs.  Then, I tell her she's a terrorist and terrorists go to GITMO and place her in playpen. <--Rereading that, it may sound like I don't love her when I do that, but that is definitely not the case.
    A little on my MC style: I like to dig and build...BIG!  I dug out a 5 chunk by 5 chunk (that's 80 blocks by 80 blocks for anyone who's counting) hole straight down to bedrock just to gather all the resources.  I kept everything, rock, sand, gravel, lava, ect.  Then, I built a one-chunk skyscraper in the center-most chunk from the bedrock to the highest placeable block.  I set up a small target of slime blocks at the bottom and invited the server for a little bounce party.  Next, I built a giant torus(a torus is a geometrical shape: think of a donut) with a 16 chunk radius from the center of the hole to the outer edge of the torus AND a two chunk radius for the round part that circled the hole(the part of the donut you eat).  Did I mention that it was geometrically perfect?  I used a lot of graph paper and had to build a special rig to make perfect circles that big on paper (I should have also mentioned in my about me section that I picked up woodworking).  On my own single player creative mode, I have other builds including my rendition of Australia's Parliament House, undersea biodomes, and a "never-ending" roller coaster that I add on to whenever I get on...dang thing takes nearly an hour to ride(I don't remember the last time I actually did).
     I think I will wrap this up...it's 2:18am where I am and I'm getting tired and the forum is lagging from this novel that I've written for you.  I really should consider breaking this up into smaller posts.  I look forward to playing with and meeting y'all and adding to the map something fantastic...and BIG!

Why should you be unbanned: As I learned that using X-Ray, resulted me into sticky situations, and you're right, I should be rewarded with this Punishment, using X-Ray while mining shouldn't be allowed, I'm fully aware of this and I will stop hacking, Because otherwise I will land in the same situation as now. My reason for using X-Ray Is because I was fed up with constant death, I wanted to mine my gear back (Emeralds, Diamonds, Gold and Iron) So I downloaded a Hacked Client. And that us where I dissapointed the server. I made the wrong choice. I couldn't resist my loss that I constantly got.

Why do you want to come back: I want to be able to play peacfully again, Have fun with my friends, I want to go back beacuse I miss my friends in this server now already, Now I'm actually used to it, since I don't have a lot of friends and they are only international. But I want to go back because the server is amazing, I felt myself at home (Im not playing with the name of the server.) I felt complete in the server

Most Smp servers out there have a 24/7 dynmap plugin which shows a realtime updated version of the map this could be helpful when building in an area sa you can check which areas have been built around and it gives new players a new way to find areas to build in and not cause damage or harm with new builds overlapping old ones which i see very often in the chat Now?
