Reason for your ban: I was banned for theft of a beacon.

Who banned you: Steasaur

Why should you be unbanned: While in the nether, I came across a large build that included 3 beacons. I had not explored the nether much and thought that it was an auto-spawned structure that was free to take from. It was not until later after I had left that area that I realized it belonged to another player. I messaged him/her and apologized and told them that next time they are on to message me and I will, of course, give it back. My intentions were not to steal for my own profit or to hurt any other players. I am truly sorry.

Why do you want to come back: Hometown is the only towny server I have found where the people are kind and the server is simple. It is pretty much like playing in a regular Minecraft world with friends. People are never mean and I always had good experiences on the server. The last thing I'd want to do is ruin somebody else's time on the server. It is just a really fun server and it is the only server I ever really go on now. However, if I am undeserving to come back, I deeply understand and wish the absolute best to all the nice players and staff I had the pleasure of meeting.

Why should you be unbanned: I stole a beacon from someone who did not have it claimed. I didn't think it would matter for the reason that again, it was unclaimed. I will gladly give it back and will refrain from doing so in the future. This a misunderstanding and this can easily be forgotten. I forgot to mention I did not get a warning. 

Why do you want to come back: I just started this server and was enjoying with some friends. It is a nice server to play on and I actually enjoyed playing on it. Ive spent minimal time on it but my friends have spent more. The server really creates a good Minecraft experience. It would be a shame if I was to stay banned. Also I apologies for the inconvenience and will do what do what it takes to get me back on the server.

I found a bug which made me stuck at spawn. And it's virtually impossible to leave.

1. Got on a tamed horse, used /home, but things got weird (horse is mad spinning around). Couldn't get off with shift.
2. Tried /spawn, and the spinning stopped. But now I'm stuck! 

I can't get off horse, game tells me I can't disembark at spawn. 
I can't use /home, or /warp, or /tpa, I end back at spawn again.

I would request an admin to either tp me, or to kill the horse <3

I had started developing my town "Backyard Cove' (Currently the only available warp to there is /warp bootybay)
We are a ship themed town (Not exactly pirate, cause we don't raid and steal lol) and in the future we may implement new building styles and divide districts for various purposes
Our aim is to develop a fully self-sustaining and multi-culture, active town with a good trading port
We had a beautiful bay and a turtle habitat, also cool members
We look forward for your arrival, would be better if you even join us!

Reason for your ban: No idea. Reason is listed as a blank theft, which isn't possible since the server has anti-griefing and personal build lots that are there specifically to circumvent the possibility of this. After reading through other post on the forums, however, it must have been for taking something off of a banned player or unclaimed area that was previously occupied, which apparently isn't allowed, and I was unaware of this.

Who banned you: derpedos

Why should you be unbanned: Rules on unclaimed areas need to be much more clearly posted, they weren't listed anywhere when I began playing in the game, and having to go to an outside source to find in depth detailed things is a little much when you are playing on a new server. Banable offenses need to be listed in the start zone, anything else should be a warning so that you know better for in the future. It should have been sent via in game message system as a warning. The ban was listed blankly/loosely and was overzealous, if anything. It should have been a warning, and did not warrant a random ban. Seems rather suspect that immediately after dropping $45 on VIP3 I would get a random ban with no warning, no communication, or anything else of the sort in the slightest bit.While this was gone about in the wrong way, I do know what not to do in the future now at least.

Why do you want to come back: I literally just spent $45 on VIP3 because I was enjoying playing and planned to continue doing so.

As some people have noticed, I've not been as active on the server recently.
This doesn't have anything to do with my love for the server or anything, real life has just been kicking my butt recently and when I come online it's been too stressful for me with all the people, chat moves so fast I can't keep up, and I have so many projects and things I'm trying to do but when I work on them they don't turn out right because I'm so tired. I'm hoping life will balance out a bit but until then I'll probably be on for less than an hour (actively anyways, I might afk) a day. 

As far as my shop goes, if things are out, I'm not gonna be able to readily stock things, especially the ebooks or picks as those take a long time to put together and my back-stock is out. Apologies if things aren't stocked like usual but yeah

Anywho, just wanted to let you guys know I'm not like, leaving or anything

Reason for your ban: Beacon theft

Why should you be unbanned: The beacon was sitting in a forest in an unclaimed area near a ruined tower.  My brief investigation turned up no claims in the immediate area, but I didn't search for very long because I was still travelling to find a suitable home base.  I had assumed the player was no longer active, or it had been placed as a joke.  I will happily return the beacon.  I did not see any rules against picking up things on unclaimed land, but obviously I was in the wrong and would like to come back online if possible.

Why do you want to come back: This is the first decent server I've played on in a long time, and the community thus far has proven friendly and welcoming.

Reason for your ban: Xray Texture Pack

Who banned you: Uber

Why should you be unbanned: Unfortunately I made the mistake of using an Xray texture pack to try and gain some money so I could save up to buy something that was way out of my price range. Needless to say that was a very stupid idea and I didn't get further than 10 minutes of use before I was banned. I really love Hometown and I've spent a good deal of time on the server. I messed up bad and I see that greed got the better of me. I would really appreciate another chance, I certainly won't do anything that stupid again.

Why do you want to come back: I genuinely really enjoy Hometown and the community there. It is a place of refuge when I come home from university or work and I have spent hours building my little farms and locations so that other people can enjoy them. I enjoy being a part of the community and I only committed this offence out of a stupid desire. So, I hope that I can appeal and somehow make up for my mistake because extra diamonds are no substitute for having a great server to play on. It's a shame it took getting banned for me to realize that, I hope I can try again.

Why should you be unbanned: I made an illogical assumption about what I could do on the server, and was rightfully punished for it. I understand why what I did was wrong, and I am willing to make the amends necessary to earn the respect and trust back of the staff and fellow server players.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy this server quite a bit. It has a very friendly and helpful community that I've enjoyed playing with since I started. I've realized the error of my ways, and will move forward by looking through the rules more clearly and asking questions if i'm ever unsure.
