Okay, so my idea is to let people be able to send schematics to staff members who can world edit the structures in so players don't have to build it 100% exactly by hand. The catch is that the player must have all the materials necessary to build it taken from them, and must pay a fee of around 20k-30k. Also worldedited a giant hole probably would not be allowed, so space is something players would most likely to have to make.

I've built a 7x7 piston door, a 5x5 piston door, and they have both failed. I now have to do a 3x3 piston door, because i don't have the energy to build it anymore

Why should you be unbanned: I am sincerely sorry, and I will not do it again. My mentality was that I am a builder and was trying to fastrack my way to building. It will not happen ever again, that I promise you. I understand that my motives are not an excuse, and given the severity of my actions, I will not do it again. I would be completely fine if all my items, currency, and rank were stripped from me should I be brought back. I would also be open to buying a tier if it meant I could show how dedicated I am to wanting to be a part of this community. Honestly and genuinely, I love this game, and good communities are so hard to come by for me given the type of servers I am interested in. 
If you ever need me to build something for the server, or even do anything for the server in my free time, I would love to help as well to show my support. I guess if I had to put it shortly, the reason I would say I should be unbanned is becuase I have learned my lesson, understand the consequences of my ways, and vow never to do something like this again for as long as I play.

Why do you want to come back:
a)It seemed like a great server, and a community that is friendly which I would love to be a part of. 
b)I like the order established on this server
c)I want to show what I can do for the server and actively become a part of the community
d)Eventually I would love to donate, (this is not a bribe, I do NOT want to give off this vibe) in order to help build some incredible stuff with the fly perk
e)People on there seemed super nice and cool
f)The server seemed both stable and sustainable with many active players

Hey All!

I'm somewhat new to the server, but have been working on a boat racing stadium that I think could be fun.  The circuit is done, has a layout in an 80x50 rectangle.  Stadium itself isn't completely done but I'll continue to work on it.  

Let me know if you have any interest in getting a race together - the boats make for good racing because you can sort of drift with them, so it actually does take some skill and leads to some exciting racing, unlike racing horses.

At the moment I actually play through Geforce Now since my laptop doesn't have enough space for minecraft currently, so that's why I can't put a screenshot in.  However, if you're interested lmk and I can give the coords (can't make a warp since I'm not a high enough rank yet).

Why should you be unbanned: I should be unabanned because I know i made a mistake. I shouldn't have been that way towards another player, especially a guardian/staff member. As for my words in the chat, I now know it was wrong according to other people. The way I speak to my friends irl is not acceptable on the server.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because I enjoy HomeTown. I have made good friendships and done a lot of work, and i'd like to keep doing that.

I think i should be unbanned because i didn't think 1 anvil would kill her but in the end it did, i didn't see her in chat or speaking saying or asking for anvils to not be dropped. I didn't see if she did.

I want to come back because i've done a lot of work on the server and i'd like to do more. I've got friends on the server i'd like to talk to whilst on the server and genuinely enjoy the server.

So I've been doing some digging with research about artmap as Fupery left the plugin, but I kept seeing people with artmap in 1.13 and if I'm correct this would be compatible with 1.13! (Not by same creator) https://gitlab.com/BlockStack/ArtMap Please comment your thoughts on readding this!

I think that when you use /seen It should show the time a certain player has been afk so you can check if they have passed an afk farm's time limit.

It's official. The laptop has died. Its death was so pathetic and pitiful to watch that I'm simply in shock.

There was a lot of hope riding on this laptop. It was my only way to be able to play on the server over easter. Yes, I'll be able to use minechat at home but that's what I've been doing this whole year so far. The thing that hurts the most is that the laptop did it to itself.

During one of those unavoidable windows updates where microsoft decided to replace the "shut down" button with an "update and shut down" button to force you to do it, the laptop crashed. In doing so, it corrupted some vital file on the disc. In fact, I'll go so far as to say that the disc may have suffered physical damage from movement during this update (yes, a laptop that is "portable" but takes 3 hit points damage when you move it).

After windows recovery failed to recover the drive, I tried a factory reset. After windows recovery failed to reset the laptop, I stepped it up a notch.

I removed the drive from the laptop and put it inside my computer.

I put some windows 10 installation media on a USB stick and tried to boot using the drive. It went to windows repair. I pulled out the big guns and formatted the disc. The destruction was so complete that some could feel a disturbance in the force, as if 450 gigabytes cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

I repeated the boot. Windows 10 installation media told me "sorry, I can't do anything with this shit" and fucked off.

It was then that I discovered that my USB stick has somehow been corrupted as well, resulting in it being unreadable to every computer i've plugged it into and I can't format it to make it usable again.

I think it's safe to say that the issue with this disk is that it is old, well-used, and crap. The next step for me will likely be buying a new hard disk and trying again. Which means...

I won't be able to play on the server (other than minechat) until June. I may not even be able to then. I may not be back until September.

To say the least, I'm pretty pissed off. With my university for blocking minecraft... MINECRAFT... on their internet "because..... reasons" (CS:GO isn't blocked though is it huh?) and with my laptop hard drive for collapsing so pathetically. There weren't any flames. Not even smoke. Just "oopsie woopsie! Something has gone wrong!" and then having a monumental breakdown that would rival most deathcore bands where it went through all of the stages of grief simultaneously, hit the peak of an existential crisis, and overdosed on ket before collapsing in on itself faster than my self esteem.

At this point I'd like to thank the academy microsoft support for supporting me throughout none of this ordeal and I wish you all a very happy easter with lots of chocolate and minimal guilt for eating it <3 <3 love you all
