Reason for your ban: Grief, trolling, ignoring staff

Who banned you: melaniebeedot

Why should I be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I have realized what I did was wrong what I did was for sure an annoyance to others that got the best of my anger because I griefed 6 blocks of sandstone and didn't see it as they bad of a deal although whether it is considered to griefing I should respect players as it in the rules and just not to be a bad person in general. Regarding the ignoring staff claim against me I should've just left as soon as mel told me to stop as soon as broke around 6 sandstone and should've just ignored everything after that because I was intentionally trying to be bad onto others because I felt like I did no wrong in my brain although whether what I think was wrong it is ultimately the owner of the town or the townspeople to tell me to stop replacing and place blocks on their builds or etc. 

Why do I want to come back: (Not to seem entitled but) I want to come back because I spent 2.85d on the server and have made multiple relationships with people like BasementBat, Daneolog, and TheyCallMeEmo and it would truly be ashame to realize that what I did was in vain and could've been prevented by me not letting my anger get the best of me. My first reaction to getting banned was just sadness because what is the point of spending so much time on something if it wasn't important? I also want to come back to fill out hollowing the mountain I have started and just contributing to the overall good of the server's community because it's rare to find a survival server this big that has some many great things like respecting grief rules even without area being claimed and just being respectful and although cursing is allowed it's not used to insult people like I did to GoldenGuy in reality I should've just gone away.

So for everyone wanting to explore 1.14 as singleplayer I found a not too shabby seed that has a lots of villages in different biomes seed is -8740031401901738945

So I was thinking why not make a suggestion for rules, These rules aren't there in the rules book but the staff warn us for it or not at all a rules book.

RULES:

12. Selling/Auctioning renamed Items.


example: A user was Banned from the server for 15 mins because it was a warning but the staff told that it wont be 15 mins if they did it again.

13. Bold Paragraphing in chat because its kinda like a spam. There should be a like a spam kick.


14. The rules which the staff say should be there in rules book because that kinda makes it unfair because you think you are punished for no reason but turns out you are punished for a reason.

So 1.14 is upon us, and i think that it will be a good chance to do a spot of maintanace on the server. I've played on the server on and off for sometime now (I dont play much due to work commitments) and i enjoy it very much, but when i first joined i felt almost missled.

• Firstly, i enjoy playing towny servers. On almost all of the server lists that the server is on, it is tagged as a towny server. When i joined and found out that it wasnt, i was disipointed, but i stayed and played for a bit -  and continue to do so. Now, i don't know how the community would feel about it, but would it hurt to install the towny plugin during the 1.14 update?
  

• The name "Home Town" and its slogan "Come on, make yourself at home" give off a worm vibe, along with the wood texture on the server list banner, it lead me to belive that the spawn would be a town, with stone and wood buildings for the shops, that kind of thing which other servers use, but it isnt, its a great big moden-ish building, with a cold vibe, and dosen't fit the apparent advertised theam of the server.

Reason for your ban: Disrespect / Rule 1 Violation

Who banned you: Uber, Guy, Dead

Why should you be unbanned: I made the mistake of bringing toxicity and general nastiness to the server, which is definitely not appreciated or accepted here. I don't think my words and actions should represent me as a person and there is definitely no seriousness behind what I say. For me it is simply satire and generally a reaction to something someone has said, or another players actions. I'm more than happy to come to terms with anyone effected by the words I use and I will definitely filter my language to the dot. I understand also that my cultural differences and upbringing do not fit those of the people around me and things I may see as acceptable are hurtful or disrespectful to others. I would like to use this appeal to say sorry to any members of the community who have been effected by my words and if unbanned I will definitely tone down my language and definitely not direct it towards a single person or group of people.

Why do you want to come back: I've played on the server for a fair amount of time now and have made personal connections with many of the players. I feel as if I can play a positive part in this community and rectify my actions. I am positive that I can rectify of all problems I've caused and improve on myself as a person along the way. I know that if I am accepted back into this great community I can help create a more positive atmosphere.

Why should you be unbanned: Honestly, I made a regretful mistake that I thought I could get away with. It was unclaimed and I couldn't resist. I take full responsibility and I have learned from my mistakes. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to comeback so I can finish my builds and have fun with my friends. I really enjoy the server and its community so I would love to keep playing.
