Why should you be unbanned: I may have accidentally forgotten or not noticed that I didn't replant some crops but I promise it won't happen again

Why do you want to come back: I haven't found a server as good as hometown

I understand it's important to replant in public farms to allow others access to the crops too
It's important to check that you have replanted everything to not have to put the owner through extra effort to replant it for you.

Reason for your ban: The reason I was banned was for griefing.

Why should you be unbanned: In my opinion, I thought I was doing the right thing by making the zombie spawner look better and by fixing the skeleton spawner, but even if I had a good intention, it doesn't mean it's good. I'm honestly truly sorry about the crops and the hoppers, but I did really enjoyed the server so I wouldn't dare grief another person or just break the rules in general. I had a good intention for fixing the spawners and I can keep up those good intentions on the non law breaking side. I promise I'll be good if I'm allowed back, and to prove that I'll be good, you can keep a check on me so I don't do anything bad (which I won't). I just really hope you take this into consideration.

Why do you want to come back: As I stated before, I really love the server and it is personally one of my favorite servers, so I would like to come back to play and have more fun playing on the server. I just wanna keep playing on one of the best servers made.

Why should you be unbanned: I simply was not X-Raying, I've never an owned X-raying clients beforehand I had no reason to use one on this server, I simply was not X-Raying. I have a verbal conversation with my girlfriend boasting about the number of diamonds I had found afterward I mined it with fortune, I was ecstatic but only because I had earned it legitimately. I need proof against my aforementioned "X-Ray" accusations, not one admin came and showed me anything against me I was simply robbed and thrown away as if I was guilty without a trial. I am appealing because I know I'm not in the wrong, I know it looks guilty but if you would be so kind as to hop into a voice chat with me I would like to explain my side of what played out, in short, I mined down to bedrock found a bunch of lava around my house so i ended up avoiding it spazzing out in different directions, then went into a strip mine, placing a torch then mining around my torch in a T-sort of pattern. The evidence is in the mineshaft if I had truly X-Rayed I wouldn't know every detail of that mineshaft. I remember there being multiple dirt pockets, gravel pockets, anything. 

Why do you want to come back: I need this appeal to be successful but I'm uncertain of how to prove myself in the right. I can speak for hours on this issue, I love this server I spent the past 24 hours playing on it I went to sleep playing the game, I woke up went to class and came home to play the game. I built my home, a piece of me is still on the server I don't want to lose what I have made and the progress. I've made no harm to the community I only ask for you to listen to me. Even if i have to record my mining trips next time, I'll do it if it means I can stay on this server. It is the only true server I've come to enjoy.

Why Should I Be Unbanned: Regarding this post I am assuming the reason I got banned was my incident with GoldenGuy and his town, so if the reason I got banned was me trespassing somewhere else or saying something rude not regarding the incident I had with GoldenGuy please let me know. Regarding the trespassing claim against me when I got unbanned from the server I talked to GoldenGuy if I was allowed to go to his shops and he said yes but when I asked him if I could be unbanned from his town he said no. I would like to make it clear and state that I have never gone outside of the GoldenHorizon town-hub besides visiting the towns shops or teleporting to GoldenGuy with his consent to make a trade with him or talk with him. There is a building when you go to /warp GoldenHorizion that is the town hub of the town, when going there I never thought I was trespassing as all is in there is town rules and windows showing he outside of the town although I should have not assumed this and I should've asked GoldenGuy if it was okay for me to be inside the town-hub. Earlier today I looked at the list of banned players and noticed that my name was not there. So I teleported GoldenGuy to my location and asked him if I was still unbanned, his answer was still; yes. GoldenGuy then told me I was trespassing so I left him and his town alone. GoldenGuy also noted that I was using /d so people wouldn't recognize me. To respond to this I did /d before I got to the town and I even teleported him to my location so he knew the person who was a baby glowing turtle was me so I did not use it as a disguise. To respond to the Rule 1 (disrespect violations) after I left I was a bit salty and made one rude remark saying something along the lines of 'so you want me for your money but you won't let me in the town.' I ultimately own up fully to this mistake as toxicity and disrespect are in no way accepted on the HomeTown server. After I made this comment Illogical responded to my comment saying something along the lines of 'if you keep this up you'll be banned again.' So I didn't make any more rude comments and the situation between me and Golden eventually boiled down.

Why Do I Want To Come Back: I would like to come back because I really do love this community. And have made a lot of progress on the server with making my own cow farm along with WarMongerDuck, making my pumpkin + melon farm, and having a god tool and god armor shop which I opened earlier today. I don't want to seem entitled to get back on the server as if I deserve to get back on but I have spent way too much time for it to go to waste and me never returning to HomeTown again. I love this community <3.

hello! i'm iiEmeraldPaw on mc, and i've been searching for another towny server for about a year after my first and favorite one shut down. none of the other servers have matched hometown with the nice and interactive community that i got lucky with the first time, so that's why i'm here.

i go by emerald (also by shiloh), i'm female, and i'm in my early teens
i joined hometown two days ago, although i just discovered the forums

Why should you be unbanned: I made the mistake of bringing toxicity and general nastiness to the server, which is definitely not appreciated or accepted here. I don't think my words and actions should represent me as a person and there is definitely no seriousness behind what I say. For me it is simply satire and generally a reaction to something someone has said, or another players actions. I'm more than happy to come to terms with anyone effected by the words I use and I will definitely filter my language to the dot. I understand also that my cultural differences and upbringing do not fit those of the people around me and things I may see as acceptable are hurtful or disrespectful to others. I would like to use this appeal to say sorry to any members of the community who have been effected by my words and if unbanned I will definitely tone down my language and definitely not direct it towards a single person or group of people.

Why do you want to come back: I've played on the server for a fair amount of time now and have made personal connections with many of the players. I feel as if I can play a positive part in this community and rectify my actions. I am positive that I can rectify of all problems I've caused and improve on myself as a person along the way. I know that if I am accepted back into this great community I can help create a more positive atmosphere.
