Who banned you: "Trekkie" Didnt get her full name ingame

Why should you be unbanned: Because i only just joined yesterday made my base and got abit annoyed not finding any valuables, ofcourse there is no need for that and thats what minecraft is about (the grind), I did admit to my offence which was respected by Trekkie. And whilst im writing this id like to commend Trekkie for her Moderation skills as she was able to catch me and jail me in less than 5 minutes.

Why do you want to come back: Because i had a few good friends on there and i really did enjoy playing on the server and would like to keep enjoying playing on it. I fully understand if i do not get unbanned as it does clearly state in the rules #9 that X-Raying or any Hacking is a permanent ban.

Why should you be unbanned: I was not the one x-raying. I was playing with Corbindal and was unaware that they were x-raying, I assumed they were having good luck and allowed followed when they found diamonds. I lack the knowledge of how to acquire mods and do not plan on gaining that knowledge at all in the future. I was just trying to mine out my mine a bit more and expand it, and gain some ores from it. I am sorry about my friends use of x-ray, I wasn't aware it was being used and did not know they had mods before I was banned. I am sorry for not realizing and reporting it, I have no experience with mods or what it looks like when they are in use.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy the overall feeling of the server, it is very welcoming and enjoyable. I have a group of friends on this server and I am otherwise unaware that they are on any other servers. I would like to continue playing on this server in the future. The friends I have made on the server are some of the best friends I've had in a long while and I would very much like to continue playing with them

Why should you be unbanned:i was new to the server and i did-int know u couldn't break the beacons and when i did i just took it and didn't do anything with it my friend gave it back to one of the server admins.

Why do you want to come back:i really like the server and its the first server i have ever been on

Why is theft bad?
Because it is not mine and the person probably worked hard to get it

Are you allowed to break things that aren't yours?
no only if that person lets you

Hi everyone, I'm Kendrick. My IGN is Kendizzity, and I'm new to the server! Hope to have tons of fun with yall!! I've been playing Minecraft since 1.6. I found this server by googling "Minecraft servers."

Why should you be unbanned: My younger sister and I share this account. She explained to me she 'accidentally' noticed one of the objects in the frame was not properly placed (in a shop), and so she took it and sold it to get money. I talked to her not to do these types of things, as she will not be able to play again and it's just really unfair to the other players. Simply because an object is not placed correctly, doesn't give you the right to take it, neither does selling it. I spoke to her and she will no longer be using this server, it will only be me. 

Why do you want to come back: Although I joined this server not so long ago, I really enjoy it and respect the community that has grown in hometown. I feel other servers are too laid back when it comes to griefing. I enjoy playing with my friends in this new home we have been building and really hope I can come back. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience I caused and would be more than happy to pay back what my account "owes" in the server.

Why should you be unbanned: I griefed when I first came on the server because I was curious, after playing it I haven't done anything more

Why do you want to come back: I built a sick base and would like to come back and continue

So I was just about to hop on the sever but got this error and every other time I get the other one. Am I banned?
