Hi, so uh my brother recommended me to this server, and I believe he goes by the name of cil. so far I'm still re-learning the game. I havent played since 1.6? 1.7? I don't remember, anyways I just want to learn the game again, the server seems like a nice friendly community so uh since this is an introduction about myself, well, my favorite books are the Harry potter series, Ive read them several times, My favorite movie is by far Harry potter and the deathly hallows, my favorite tv show is definitely Doctor Who, Matt smith is my favorite actor in it by far, my favorite music is probably Andy Grammar, but I do like songs like "Dark Blue" oh, I also like pugs and lions, and I think that's the most of it so yeah. cant wait to meet everyone on the server

So I got a question for the higher ups. My friend Oshakia no longer plays this server. I have talked to him about this and he did confirm this and I asked if it was okay with him if I took ownership of his all builds. My plan is really just to make sure they stay nice. I don't plan on editing them. he did have on island he was expanding and I may finish that up for him. Now my question is more about any doors. id lick to be able to open and close them. I have proof if requested. I will send to discord through pm since it has his irl name and he didn't want people knowing that info. Thank you for your time

Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I understand what I did was wrong. Most of my griefs were mistakers. Now, you would say "He's lying! But, most of the time, I broke the blocks because I wanted to test if the land is claimed. I just thought it would be fun. I didn't think the blocks would break. When I saw them broke, I was scared that I will be banned. So I ran away. I shouldn't do that. I should have talked with the owner of the warp/build. You showed me in the other ban appeal I made, all the rules and grief I made. Well, I don't know if you will trust me here, but I kind of forgot all of them. I should take, because of this reason, the tutorial + quiz again. But, if you saw, not all that I grief was stolen. Some of the blocks were returned. Like, in the bunker, I mined some iron and asked the owner if I can mine thee. He said "Nooo!". Then I stopped mining. I am really sorry for what I did. I hope people will forgive me... 

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because no server has the same, friendly spirit. I don't know if you will forgive me, or they will forgive me, but I am really sorry and I wanna come back. Please, I even bought the VIP package to support the server. I just wanna come back and never grief again!

Reason for your ban: Not replacing tree saplings in the lumber farm

Who banned you: Star

Why should you be unbanned: I always try replace the saplings on the lumber farm. missing one spot or 2 is a very easy mistake to make while in there. I personally feel this isn't a big enough offence to warrant a ban. i will make sure i put any saplings i have from my town and put them in the chests. I feel its unfair to ban someone because of this. I've accidentally broken a sea lantern in that area by accident before and i forgot to replace it and i got a warning. i make sure now that i replace them if i break them, but i was banned for forgetting to plant a sapling with no warning.
 
Why do you want to come back: I genuinely enjoy being on this server with my friends and building a town but this isnt the first time one of my friends due to this, i dont know exactly when i was banned but ive been busy for a while and wanted to come back and i came back to this and i was pretty upset. Hometown is a good server and the people on it or nice but this is unfair

Why should you be unbanned:
 I think that I should be unbanned- well, i'll start from the beginning. Around 2-3 years ago, I joined this server for the very first time, it seemed like a cool community, (and it still is to this day) so that was the reason I had joined. Simple. When I joined, I was confused at first, but I was eventually invited to a town. I remember that it was an outdoor/woodsy area, and there were logs. I realized that one of the logs were uneven, so I fixed it, and then I got banned. Now, at the time, I didn't understand why, I was so mad and upset that my stupid self decided to never come back to that unfair and cruel server again, well, now i'm back. I do realize why I was banned now, and I completely respect that decision. Now, I think I should be unbanned because, well, that whole thing was 3 years ago, and I think I won't be as stupid as I was before. I've definitely learned from my mistakes and hope I can prove to staff, players, and newcomers of this server that I can change from the person that I was 2-3 years ago. (Yes, I was banned for 2-3 years straight.) Please note that the "story" part of this might not be fully accurate, as I can't remember every single thing, and I might have stumbled across some stuff. I hope that's okay with you guys.

Why do you want to come back:
I really do, genuinely want to come back to this server because of the community, and from what I can remember, it seems like an awesome place to spend hours of my free time on. Also, I spend like, 3 years for this moment to happen which doesn't really matter but oh well, right?

Reason for your ban: Voting while being spoken to by a staff member. Rule 1 breaking

Why should you be unbanned: I broke 90% of my rule 1 breaking when i first joined because i was getting used to the rules and server. All of the staff are now pulling the evidence back up on me even though they are at least 2 months old. I apologize for breaking these rules and i would like the staff who banned me to know that you made me depressed again; even though i just got over my last phase of depression. Now please let me back on. I would really appreciate it, thx

Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I really wanna change, I don't wanna do what I did again. I forgot the rule that you can't grief a build if it's not claimed. I am really sorry. I should take the quiz and read the tutorial again! I took some time and thought of what I have done. I understand what I did was wrong. I will never grief again!

Why do you want to come back: I took some time to see other servers. No server is good as this one. I like this friendly community. I really wanna come back. I am really, really sorry. I really love this community!    I even bought VIP package to support this server.

I feel that heads should cost nothing in the creative world.
I mean, we have 2 seperate inventories between the worlds so its not like we could bring back free heads to the main world with us. It's a small inconvenience to me that in a world with creative mode, where nearly every single block/item is at your disposal in infinite quantities, heads still cost money.

When i was banned, it said that i should appeal at hometownmc.come/forums. but, there is no ban appeal. what should i do?
