should you be unbanned: Before I begin I want to say I deeply apologize for the actions I have committed. They were very wrong and stupid and I shouldn't have done that. I've been playing on this server for a month or so and with all seriousness I did not know rules. I'm being honest here. I'm very sorry for breaking the rules and I swear I will never break them again. For sure I will reread the rules and understand what I have to do to not break them again. I really have no good excuse on what I have done. I really don't. I really hope you consider unbanning me. There is always a consequence for every bad thing that happens and I understand that I deserved to be restrained for what I have done.
Why do you want to come back: This is my most beloved Minecraft server I ever played on. This server means a lot to me. This is where it all started. This is where I met my best friend and I play with him almost everyday. I have most of my builds on here and I always have a blast every time I play! Building is one of my all time favorite things to do here and I love showing my best friend my creations. I can never see him in person yet so playing with her is the next best thing. He means a lot to me.

Anyways, this is one of the most spectacular servers I have ever been on and I really hope you guys consider unbanning me. Thank you for reading my appeal and I hope you have a great day!

Oki, where to start... you missing the Who banned you thing from the appeal format, but I personally don't mind, that happens, but I have few issues with your appeal.

You say you've been here for a month or so, but you joined more than half a year ago:

And you knew well that you cannot join from other accounts as this is not your frist ban evasion, here are screenshots of our conversations on discord:

After I denied your appeal, you evaded your ban, I banned you again, and you messaged my why I banned you again and I clearly explained it:


And few days later, you evaded again, and got banned for the exact same thing your original account got banned for. After that, you contacted me, asking me why I banned you again, and confirmed that you are in fact evading again and I again explained that you are not welcomed back on different accounts unless you succesfuly appeal.


So if you want a chance to be allowed back to the server, you'll have to convince me with a really good appeal, as "I did not know the rules" excuse after you were banned for this exact rule and were explained this rule two times from me, is not gonna give you another chance. Also, not knowing the rules is not an excuse as all the rules are available for you in game and on the forums.

No I can't accept this. I asked you for really good appeal and you submited something that is even shorter (and not better) than the initial post. I told you before, that I won't accept any appeals sooner than one year from the initial one, but I was happy to give you another chance if you just norally appealed but you decided to evade ban again.

And now you want me to believe you that you are, quoting, honest player after you evaded ban for like third time knowing well it's against the rules.

But I'll give you a chance and even will help you a bit here. I want a REALLY GOOD appeal that will adress your previous bans and this most recent one. Here are some questions that I would like you to answer IN DETAIL (the more you write the better). Since this appeal (if you actually put effort into it) will adress all your accounts, you won't need to submit other appeals for your other accounts, but only if this appeal is REALLY GOOD (or you'll have to submit 4 separate appeals for the 4 accounts I banned).

Questions to address but feel free to add more:

Questions from your first appeal:
1) why were you reselling?

2) why you didn't read rules at shops?

3) why despite being jailed and warned for reselling you continued with breaking these rules?

4) I told you not to resell from that one specific shop, why you went back and was reselling again from that shop?

5) how do you think shop owners feel when you so selfishly resell from their shops?

6) do you think players are happy that you buy out all the cheap shops and they can't get resources for their projects?

Questions about your first ban evasion:

7) Why is ban evading agaist the rules?

8) Why you decided to evade your ban?

9) I remember you griefing on this account, why you did not respect other player's builds?


Questions about your third ban evasion/second reselling ban

10) Why you decided to evade your ban again?

11) Why you were reselling again?

12) After I jailed you for reselling from Choco's shop to Lucas's shop and told you that it's against the rules and told you not to do that again, you still went back to Lucas's shop to resell again. Why on earth you thought it's a good idea to break the rules again and again after you got jailed and banned on one account for it, and jailed on the new account for it?

Questions about your last evasion:

15) Why should we want you back on the server? Why should we want to unban you? How can we know you learned from your mistakes and that you'll be honest with us and follow the rules?

And remember, put time and effort into it, do not evade no more and NO AI (it's easy to spot what was written by you and what is from AI and using AI would in this case mean that I would stick to what I told you back in November, that I won't accept any appeals submitted less than 1 year from your initial appeal)

At least 2 sentences per question, but would like to see bit more. There are 15 questions, if you gonna answer them one by one or write a longer text addressing multiple questions at once is up to you, but try to aim for 2-5 sentences per question.

Ans1= I resell because it help me to get rich and i was very selfish and I am very sorry for my selfish action and i will never do that

Ans2= I was not reading the rules because I think that after my ban I can say that I Don't know the rules and lie to you
