He changed it the first day of January to 115 instead.

Hello guys, I recently broke both bones in my left arm and was in the hospital for 2 days and 1 night for surgery. With these unforeseen circumstances I was unable to record the top voters. If you believe you were at 115 votes oi\r even above 110, comment here and I will take your word on it.

Right now I believe Hiyoko, NukedIceCream, ThatChicken1, Wozzaz, Rayvenz were on 115+ votes as of January with hiyoko winning the top voter.
