If anyone is wondering, I am whitelisting the server in order to preload all the new chunks. This helps on reducing lag when everyone is exploring the new chunks at once. I will remove the whitelist once it is finished.

Also does anyone know if llamas will be able to spawn in older areas? I live in an extreme hills biome so I'd clove if they're able to spawn there lol (It'd certainly make getting a herd easier too lol)

Frost is preloading the chunks first to help reduce lag

I believe just the overworld was expanded so far, I may be wrong though. As for whitelisting in general, usually mod+ are the only members whitelisted. (Rip enforcers)
