Well you didn't seem in much of a hurry to comply with the terms last time... which is why you ended up banned.
So it's not unreasonable for me to assume you might not be willing to go to the trouble of doing what you need to do to right your wrong this time around either, so I'm asking beforehand to make sure you're onboard with the plan before unbanning you.
Also, that was a disappointingly short response for someone who didn't even remember what they had done and needed to be reminded and now that I've laid it all out for you, that's all you have to say?
