The charge "x-ray accomplice'' refers to the fact that you knew full well that a player was using x-ray and did not report it to staff. Instead, you chose to advise them to use it carefully instead. I think this attitude towards x-ray speaks volumes, and is also a reflection of your own choices, using x-ray carefully.
Per your request, I summoned 2 other admins to take a look at all your past mining on this server, on their own time with fresh, unbiased eyes. Both admins agreed that your mines were suspicious and likely x-ray was used. We all agree beyond a reasonable doubt that it was more than just luck on numerous occasions.
Aside from the x-ray accomplice and x-ray use, the way your appeal is written is highly suspect of AI usage, which is against ban appeal rule #7.
All things considered, your appeal is denied.
