Being claimed or not doesn't really matter. The big  thing here is that they have only been offline 30 days...

rule #5 of this thread is that a non-banned player must be offline 6 months to qualify.

Also, by the timestamps on their chests, they've been there since 6-28-20, and the oldest timestamp i can find on your chests is 7-17-20, so it seems they were there first...

But judging by this sign you left them, i'm guessing you already knew that.



You can't kick out someone who was there first. If anything, this player has the right to make you leave if they choose. Might want to /mail them and make sure it's ok that you've built 28 blocks from them without permission.
