This is the third time you have been banned for beacon theft.

On top of that I have found some grief of valuable blocks from dis-used shops which you neglected to mention to me either when I jailed you or in your appeal.

In your first appeal you say: 'ps: if i do it again give me perm ban bc i know i wont do it anymore.' not only did you get another chance, you got another two. 

I don't have any reason to believe that you won't just keep doing it every time we unban you.
