And from the last few days I saw that the blue was frustrated from the picaxe and from the starting of the day when he got the picaxe I wnt that and I really don't know the real worth of that picaxe on that day also I offered him 180k but on that day he refused but after then day before yesterday I asked him will buy that picaxe for 100k + my elytra I won from the participantion award of cobble cobble event and he said me that it is an tempting offer so I raise up the bid for 200k and said him vip 1+ 50k so he said nothing but I went to game he told me I agree to your terms and conditions so I buyed from him and then I asked boar that how much you can me for that picaxe and I didn't told him I have the picaxe I told him if I get then so he offered me 3 million so I think little bit and I asked him will it be reselling so he said no it only for shopes and I think for some time and called him in the server and hand over the picaxe and then all started to blaming me that I scammed him but I didn't because he only agrees on my terms and conditions and I said him take your time but in hurry he sold his valuable picaxe. I don't just wnt that picaxe for money I wnt that for justice because according to me I am the worthy person to get that award and I didn't push him to sell that picaxe he only /msg in game that he agreed to my offer.

why do you want to comeback. I wnt to comeback because first of all I am worngly banned because I didn't try to scam him and second reason that I love this server like enjoying here doing my real estate business and having pvp with my friends and I have to prove that I am not a scammer. I've quoted and color-coded your appeal above to make it easier to reference which points I'm addressing below, so match the colors:

You did not ask to borrow the pickaxe first. The first thing you did was talk some major trash to .Blue about how he did not deserve to be the winner and how your build was better than his:

You made it very clear that you wanted that prize, you demanded "justice", and were determined to do anything to get that pick, even manipulate your own friend by trying to guilt trip them into trading with you:






In fact, you hounded him from the moment you logged in, despite him repeatedly turning down your offers, saying he isn't wanting to sell, and pleading with you to stop:

You say you didn't know the real worth of the pickaxe that first day, yet, when .Blue wanted to ask around to find out what the pickaxe is worth, you try to manipulate him with a guilt trip about trust and friendship and your feelings.

He even calls you out for putting pressure on him and trying to use "manipulation 101" to get your way:






You even go so far as to message the player .Blue is asking, telling them what price they should say so you can convince .Blue that the pickaxe is only worth as much as you want to pay for it:

You're so convinced that you should have won, that when .Blue died in the void and lost the pickaxe that first day, you log in to again complain that the judging wasn't impartial, making .Blue feel even worse, and then you go out of your way to rub it in .Blue's face that he should've sold it to you because then he could've had $180k instead of losing it.

You said I should get the Discord DMs from .Blue, and I did. This conversation took place at 6:34 PM in .Blue's timezone, which was 16:34 in the server logs' timezone:





About 13 minutes later, you log in, and the sale is made:

Here's where your story falls apart. You claim you bought the pickaxe, and then you reached out to Boar afterwards to see how much he would pay for a pickaxe like that. I spoke with Boar and got those Discord DMs as well. They take place starting at 22:07 in Boar's timezone, which is 16:37 in the server logs' timezone.

You claimed you didn't reach out to Boar until after the sale was made, yet according to the time stamps, you started messaging Boar during the very beginning your conversation with .Blue where price was being discussed... a full 30 minutes before you logged on to the server and the sale was made.





Boar offers you 2 to 3 million at 16:39, and so then in your conversation with .Blue you offer 200k at 16:41, knowing full well that your offer is severely lower than the true value of the pick, which was just made very clear to you by Boar's offer. 


In the HomeTown Rules Thread here on the forums where our full rules are spelled out, section 9, subsection e. states this:

"Taking advantage of a player's lack of economic knowledge is forbidden."

And so, you are banned, for purposefully and knowingly scamming a player via a sale of a very expensive item at a very low price, where the seller did not have the economic knowledge that this was a very low price, and you took advantage of that, so you could turn around and re-sell the expensive item at a much higher price for a very large profit.

Okk mel I accept that I have scammed blue for a big profit due to insufficient evidence and I really want a unban because there is a lot of things I wnt to achieve in the server aside that picaxe and I will try in every event until and unless I won that event. So plz forgive me for lying and cheating on blue.
