Why should you be unbanned: I want to be unbanned because this is a great server and I was stupid to X-ray. I loved this server and the people on it and I understand if I do not get unbanned, but please this is 1 of the best survival servers out there.
Why do you want to come back: This server is amazing! It has the best community and the best staff. I hope I can get unbanned and if a staff ever finds me doing something that is not allowed They can ban me from all things hometown. All else I can say is I am truly sorry for hacking and I beg to come back.

a command that allows us to longer see vote messages. Personally, the chat gets too spammy for me when people are voting and I barely can follow a conversation in chat. it would be nice to be able to disable it. Honestly I don't know if this suggestion is possible, but would love to hear opinions I guess

Hello! I've been away for a few weeks and will be away for a while longer. I really miss you guys and hope you're all doing well :>
I got into a downwards spiral and - after about a week or so of daily hangovers, no exercise, and limited food - I had a call to say that my work couldn't afford to keep me on, so I was made redundant right away.
If you picture a tan(x) graph where one side goes to positive infinity while the other goes to negative infinity, that's a pretty good representation of what my stress levels and mood were doing at the time.
At the time I would have loved to play some games on my PC and maybe come back onto hometown for a while but my computer stopped working at some point during the heatwave and I still haven't managed to get it to boot.
The good news is that I'm alright now (took some time away, and have gone home for a bit) but the bad news is that I will likely have to send my PC off to be repaired and will be gone for another week or more.
There was another thing I wanted to discuss too.
A few months ago I switched to using she/her pronouns and you guys have been really supportive about it, but during this time I've spent a lot of time introspecting and have come to the conclusion that it's just... not me.
It's not that I don't like she/her pronouns. It's more that other people get confused (especially by my masculine voice in discord) and it's the confusion which makes me feel awful. Of course, a lot of you will say "but that's not your problem, be who you wanna be" and for the majority of cases I would agree with this. (You should always respect someone else's identity!). In my case, however, I had to learn that being female does not make you feminine, and being feminine doesn't mean you have to be female. With that in mind you guys can refer to me with whatever pronouns make you comfortable because my gender identity is how I view myself, and maybe you guys view me differently, and I'm alright with that because - tbh - I'm not even sure how I view myself.
At the end of the day, does it really matter anyway?
Hope you guys are having a cool time. I'll be around on my laptop every now and then but I won't be working on any new projects (trust me, I have quite a few planned) until my PC is up and running. This post alone took me like 4 days to write/rewrite soooo yeah... not quite back up to the usual levels of productivity.

Why should you be unbanned: I truly did not notice that I was not replanting i always try to replant as much as I can and ill make sure if there is a next time to check I replant everything
Why do you want to come back: iv been using this server for years and come on all the time and iv never found another community like this one everyone in this server is so nice iv made so much progress and iv been spending the last few weeks making a shop and I was so excited to finish it but since I'm banned I cant continue building it

Why I should be unbanned; I Didnt know it was a rule to replant I promise to replant anytime I use the pub farm sorry again.
Why I want to come back; All my friends play on the smp and i just wanted food and I'll make sure to replant. This is one of my only servers I play on and I really enjoy it.

Game date: MOVED TO Sept 19th 2020
Hometown is gonna be doing a UHC game! If you don't know what UHC is, here's the rules
UHC=Ultra Hardcore
In this gamemode, you do not heal unless you have something that gives you instant health, or regeneration. (gold apples, etc). You will not heal from eating food.
You start with nothing in your inventory, you and the other players are scattered across a (small) survival map. PVP is disabled for the first 10m to give you time to gather resources. After 10 mins are up pvp is enabled and the world border starts to close. There will be 30 mins with pvp enabled - or until 4 players remain, whichever comes first. Then the remaining players will be teleported to a deathmatch area, were they must fight until one remains.
BTW- x-ray/other hacks will be treated the same here as they would be in the normal world. You will be permanently banned with no appeal. We will be watching the match 
Prizes:
1st - 50k and a thing
2nd- 25k and a thing
3rd- 10k and a thing
You must sign up here or at /warp UHC or you cannot play
Signups will close on the 18th.
I need names before the game starts in order to set it up.
Times: Sept 5th 2020
2 pm Pacific time
4 pm Central time
5 pm Eastern time
9 pm GMT
10 pm British Summer Time
7 am Aus Eastern Time
Can I team with my friend?
No, no teams, sorry, I might do a teamed game later but this round, if you're found teaming, you'll be kicked out
Will my inventory/experience in the normal world be affected?
No
Can I use killaura/bhop/xray
No you will be permanently banned with no appeal I'm warning you now, and you should already know this
Can I spectate after I die?
Not for the survival bit, I'll have a spectating area for deathmatch
Will it be 1.8 PvP?
No, everything is 1.16.1 (unless we update to 1.16.2 by then, in which case, it'll be that)
Will there be a nether/end connected to the world?
No, there will be mob drops with nether items, though, so be on the lookout for those
Can I kill people before PvP starts?
Yes, you can, if you figure out a way to legit kill someone before PvP opens, you may. Since this is a PvP game it's not under the 'no player killing' rules. This is a normal part of UHC
Will people drop their items?
Yes

Why should you be unbanned: idk why I got banned, I haven't logged on in a week. I started school and it's really tiring, so I haven't had time to play at all, and then when I got time, I see I got banned for no reason. maybe I got hacked? I'm unsure. I know I got banned before, and I didn't want to get banned again.

Why should you be unbanned: I majorly regret what I done. I’m very sorry for what I did. I know it was dumb and I will never ever do it again. I don’t know why I did it but I done it anyway. I also have a friend that is on this server that I join sometimes. I also know it’s unfair to other players because it take no X-ray to get say 64 diamonds with very powerful pickaxe and max fortune maybe an hour or more. With X-ray to get 64 diamonds with same powerful pickaxe and max fortune maybe 10-20 mins. The person using X-ray would be able to sell there goods without having to do much but world have to deal with something even worse, Ban. But the person who played fair would have to do more but they would feel better for playing fair and not get banned. Thus affecting the server economy.
Why do you want to come back: I like the community on the server. I like Minecraft and this server is the best server I know. The builds on the server and very cool and I like them. If I get unbanned I will study every single rule again and follow them like I’m supposed to.
