Hi I'm GrayPlays06 you can just call me Gray... I guess i should share some information about myself so yeah.
I'm an almost fifteen year old trans guy, I'm actually starting testosterone on my birthday... I've been playing Minecraft since i was six or seven I started out on the Xbox 360 then to the Xbox one and now my PC. I basically have one hand I was born with Symbrachydactyly which is just a dinosaur name for short fused together fingers, I barely have any, and to see what my hand kind of looks like, scrunch up your right foot... wow this got weird fast. I am really excited to be here I've played a little with my friend and the friendly atmosphere is there from the beginning. So yeah... Bye

After hours upon hours upon HOURS of suffering through the infamous /warp PortalParkour I thought to myself, Hey... what would it feel like if I caused people an equal amount of soul-shattering pain?

So I did just that (with a bit of decorative help. I'm a monster, not an artist).

Introducing, /warp Hellkour (or /warp Hellcour for those of you who like to spell things fancy)

Few ground rules:
1.) Please, don't cheat. If I catch you cheating, you'll be banned from the warp until the contest is over (once it's over I don't really care). If you catch someone cheating, please do let me know. This includes potions (not including regen or fire res, those are fine), soul speed, beacon effects, fly, scaling the walls, etc. ANY ADDON THAT ALTERS THE WAY THAT YOU MOVE IS CONSIDERED CHEATING
2.) Keep your anger and frustrations in either /party or PMs. I'm happy to accept your rage, just keep the "AHHHHHH I HATE THIS" out of global. Thx
3.) Don't use your soul speed boots. I get that it's a game mechanic, but the parkour was meant to be completed without the use of any addons
4.) Just don't be a dick. I'm not going to overly specify this rule, but chances are if you have to ask yourself "Is this being a dick?" It probably is.
5.) My word is final. Please don't argue with me about rules concerning the parkour. If I ask you not to do something, chances are I have a reason for it. Thanks

Reason for your ban: greifing, but i was not aware that i greifed anybody, and i definately did not greif on purpose

Reason for your ban: X-Ray hacking

Why should you be unbanned: It's been 4-5 years (2016 I believe) since I used X-Ray hacks on the server and I've matured a lot since my ban. I understand that what I did could seriously affect the server. For example:

When I’m using X-Ray hacks it gives me an unfair advantage over other players that may spend hours mining for diamonds that I would be able to obtain in 15+ minutes. This leads to an inflation in the servers economy, with all these diamonds I could bankrupt multiple player shops, these shops would no longer be able to tend to other players on the server.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back to Hometown because this server is the most fun server I have played on in all my time on Minecraft (since 2013).

Reason for your ban: X-ray

Who banned you: Uber
Why should you be unbanned: being a grown adult, I should no better than to break rules, no matter how trivial they may seem. It truly does tarnish the environment of the game, I have been a member of this server for about two years with no issues until this point. I think in my opinion the reason I did what I did was to make money easily without putting effort into a true resource shop. Again, wrong regardless of the reason, but something I look for from a disciplinary standpoint in my real life, is acknowledgment of the mistake, and recognition that it was not the ethical or morally right thing to do. I apologize for putting you in the position to punish a grown adult (though you may like it   ) and hope if I am fortunate to have the banned turned over, to regain the trust of the community. 

Why do you want to come back: Like I mentioned above, I have been a member of this server for about two years and have grown to enjoy the people. I use to never converse in chat and now just genuinely enjoy the community. I think the admin staff is great at being firm but fair, the content creators come up with some wonderful builds, and the engineers of the server blow my mind with the redstone work. I feel pretty shameful that I put myself in a position to kick myself from this community. Again no excuse for blatantly breaking a pretty easily spelled out rule. In summary I suppose, I'm figuratively invested in this community (trivial I know) but would really love to continue to be apart of it, and be a moral figure when I can regain that trust.

Why should you be unbanned:  I fully admit that what I did was wrong. You guys gave me a space to be creative and explore I stepped over the line and I shouldn't have. What I did was for my personal gain but I didn't need it I should have done something else within the rules. For that I am truly sorry, If you do decide to give me a chance I will do whatever I can so you can trust me and we can have fun.

Why do you want to come back: HomeTown is one of the first servers I joined with my friend Prochaskies, we just wanted a place where we could build together and find community. We certainly found that here and i took advantage of that tight knit community. Prochaskies had nothing to do with it he didn't even know about what i was doing. While i think that having me in the server could provide more creativity I fully understand what i did was wrong and I know that Prochaskies will have a great time even without me, as we were approached by many different and kind people who wanted to say hi to the new players.

As many know me and knockduster have been working on a stronghold for the past couple weeks. I am proud to announce that on Thursday the 21st we will be hosting an all day game of hide and seek at this very stronghold. There will be many rounds with many great prizes some of the prizes will be: cash, shulker boxes (both full and empty), and the top two prizes will be vouchers one for a free interior decorating job from me and from knock a voucher for up to 500 worth of art. the Strongholds warp is Bhirum. Before I write my appeal, I just want to get one thing off of my chest. Even if my appeal is accepted or not, I would like to use this as a means to apologize to those I have upset last April. With that out of the way...

Server you were banned on: SMP.

Minecraft name: Frosticus (now Congelare).

Reason for your ban: Massive grief.

Who banned you: Trekkie.

Why should you be unbanned: In the beginning of 2020, I was growing tired of some members of the server. I, being a member for over a year at that time, was getting annoyed with the new members. Instead of just accepting the server will grow, I let my frustrations build up until April of last year. Late at night, my boredom and stress with quarantine made me snap, in a way. In order to release my rage against certain members of the server, I decided to grief a town I had trust in.

For me to do this was unacceptable. Me, being both VIP 3 and being a long-playing member, purposely ignored the rules I was well versed in. While I had several opportunities to confront the moderators about these members, I decided to take actions into my own hands. What made matters worst for me is that I initially found my ban funny. Without thinking, I joked around how I griefed an annoying player's town, knowing that it would not help my case in the future. At that time, I did not think hard about it, but with being banned for almost a year, I now realize the true errors of my ways. A grief can always be rolled back, since nothing is truly lost. What I mostly lost from my actions were my friends. All the people that I have hanged out with for an entire year suddenly disappeared, because I casted them all aside. I didn't care, but I care now, since these players were amazing people that I had so much fun with.

My ban was 100% justified. I am totally at fault, and I initially deserved a permeant sentence since I purposely made matters worst. And while I did not put much effort into previous appeals, I want to use this one to say one thing; I am very sorry. I am sorry for the person's town I griefed, but I am mostly sorry for the heartache I caused for my friends. A year is quite a long time, but what makes that year long is knowing that you screwed people over. So why should I be unbanned? I am now a better person, and I have found ways to deal with growing frustrations. I am naturally a passive person, so I have taken 2020 till now to learn how to be assertive, but not a destructive asshole. Again, I am very remorseful for my actions, and if I return, I promise to correct all that I have ruined (figuratively and literally).

Why do you want to come back: I spent over a year on the server, and almost a year off of it. These people were my friends, and I enjoyed every second I spent with them. Not all of them may still be playing, but I still would like to see those still here again. In regards for the person I greifed, I would like to personally apologize to him and help him any way I can. Once again, I am very sorry, and I hope you can consider my appeal.

Why should you be unbanned: Well I'm not really sure what i did wrong the only think i can think off is taking something from someone base that said free stuff i think its /warp free

Why do you want to come back: Well think everyone is very nice and i really want to come back and it was an honest mistake if i did grief i would like to make it right if that person is hurt or upset in anyway 

I've been banned for ages and I still have no intentions of appealing. But I never did get pictures of the town. 

I don't know if anyone will actually do this, but could you take screenshots and send them?
