Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Think I was banned for using x-ray by TheDutyPaid. With all respect, I'm trying to justify that I didn't use x-ray. Think I just gathered about 20 diamonds and I need just like a few more to make myself a full diamond set with about 6 iron pickaxes. And I just got my way down to -59 and started my branch mine before I was banned. I'm not sure if there's a way to justify I didn't use x-ray but I'm trying to claim that this might be an honest mistake. I understand if there is no justification for this or I can somehow prove my client is clean. Also, I do understand and support that the admins are actively banning players who are using x-rays as i surmise that this is unfair to other players especially those who are tyring to open shops.

Why do you want to come back: I haven't played for a long time, and I recently decided to pick it up in my free time. I just recently joined the server and spent maybe about 2-3 hours (excluding AFK time while farming). It seemed like a very nice and welcoming community and I'm sure my friends would enjoy joining me. Hope all is well. Thank you.

It's incredible how fast the time goes by, I started playing mid to late 2018, when I first discovered hometown (about a week later than Elsio and Mel). A lot has happened and changed but I still enjoy playing and seeing some old familiar players (Elsio, Mel, Dead, Uber, Cil, Mem, Bel, Gam and others - sorry if I forgot someone it was not on purpose). One of the first friends I made back then was Elsio, really glad he's still around and now we're working once again on a city! It's called elcatcity, has a warp and everyone is welcome to come check it out and if you're a member or a higher rank to purchase an apartment or a house. There were times when I, due to irl circumstances and other stuff, took breaks from playing, but I've been very active lately and enjoying it! Of course, there's also new players I enjoy talking to or playing with as well such as esp, raggy, pixel, quinn, icedoglucas, duty, jkok and others. I generally enjoy building stuff, but also like strip mining, helping new players start out, and talking about pretty much anything, so feel free to msg me, and see you around

hello all, i'm here to introduce myself

i was pretty active on hometown under the username iiEmeraldPaw around 2019-2020, and now i'm returning under a different account. i missed the server and the community, so here we are again lol

some random things about me—

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I was playing with EnigmaWZ (who I no longer talk to) and was warping around the place. He eventually ran into this amazing town looking build with an unclaimed beacon on the outside of it. He realized that the beacon was unclaimed and I /tpa over to him. We then slowly mined away at the beacon, and me knowing a lot about the server's rules, I completely forgot about it. I should of remembered the rules, the consequences, and the time it took TheDutyPaid to gather the resources and build it. I think EnigmaWZ took most of the beacon, and I took some blocks from the cliff and the beacon. After we were done with that we found a way into the town and wandered around and I saw some wheat, which I took but replanted most of it. After all of that We logged off, and after some time we realized we have been banned.

Why do you want to come back: I used to play this server a lot when I was younger and smarter about the rules, and I just would like to be able to play this server again since I have so many good memories of playing it. (Sorry this event happened a few months ago and I just finally decided to appeal for a ban).

Sometimes the server sends a chat message advertising about things on it. I'll suggest adding an adblock command to so you wouldn't see the ads. Just like the /ignore command but for the server console instead.

Who banned you: ThatOneWolfe

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): This was my first time playing on this server. I was playing with a friend and we didn't know that taking blocks that were in the middle of the forest was  considered griefing. I thought it only applied to if the place was claimed, or the person was there or if there was a chest with things inside. I feel really bad for the person I took and destroyed their structure! If you let me come back I promise I can give him back his blocks and even help him/her build their structure back.

Why do you want to come back: I really enjoyed this server. My friend and I searched for a long time for somewhere we could find a place to build some really cool things and interact with equally cool people. I promise this will NEVER happen again.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): It was my first time playing on this server that a friend suggested. I misunderstood the term of griefing as stealing items from another player, which I did not do, and instead took interesting blocks from areas throughout the world (that other players had made). I have understood it now and it will not happen again, love playing on this server and always try to help others and be part of the community. 

Why do you want to come back: it is the only server I play on, do not really enjoy mini-games in other servers and my friend and I spend hours on the server, have thoroughly enjoyed it and the system it has in place. As mentioned, it will not occur again and I have understood all the rules now. Looking forward to the response.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): one of my friends i met on hometown built a giant mountain at their base, i thought it would be funny if i put a water bucket on the top and the next day i was banned. I was just trying to do a little prank but got banned for it

Why do you want to come back: I haven't played in around 2-3 years. i want to go back on memory lane and see all the builds i did like my mega base
