Reason for your ban: xraying
Who banned you: LyingStar
Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I admit my mistake, I have deleted the xray. And wont repeat it.. I have a good base that took me a long time to make, I truly regret cheating with xray. I used xray to find the warden's place in the overworld and in the nether to find ancient debris. I am truly sorry for lying to the staff at first. I know what I did was not right. [edit: I mined several veins of diamonds (6) and ancient debris (7)]
Why do you want to come back: I made some friends in the server, I want to play with them, they are really nice. I am so embarressed about.. Please I wont repeat it give me last chance..
I have gone through some appeals, and I cannot really make a big paragraph like others do. Please understand. But I will try my best!

It's the Holiday Season!
That means it's time for Secret Santa!
PLEASE READ:
I have gotten complaints that Secret Santas are held too often, and for that reason, many choose not to participate. In order to up this participation, and so people's voices feel that they are heard, I'm going to try and restrict Secret Santa to twice a year. Once for the anniversary event in June/July, and then once again during the Holidays. This is effective immediately.
For those of you who have never done a Secret Santa before, fret not! The concept is simple, just reply to this thread with your in-game name (please, no nicks), and after about a week and a half, on December 15th, I'll lock this thread, draw names, and /mail you in game with the name of the person you're responsible for gifting to. Head on over to /warp SecretSanta (warp will be opened on the 15th) and find the chest with your person's name on it.
Gifts will be due by 11:59 P.M (EST) on Saturday, December 24th. Gifts will be opened on Sunday the 25th whenever I unlock the chests.
Please put effort into your gifts! Think about something you would be happy to receive and try to put the same effort into your gift. Good gift ≠ expensive! I know not everyone has tons of money to spend, but there are plenty of other ways to make thoughtful and clever gifts without having to drain your balance ![[Image: smile.png]](https://hometownmc.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png) . The seasons have changed once again and it is time for the Cobble Cobble Build Competition! So get your cobblestone and head down to /warp OneChunk and start building your best cobble build. As usual the prizes are awesome so don't miss out. You can team up with a friend or go solo but you only have until the 27th to finish your build so start today!

Please let an Admin know if you would like to have your Cobble-Cobble build moved as the area will be cleared on the 14th of December to make room for the Winter one chunk on the 15th.

So, basically I updated my minecraft PE to the newest version 1.19.40 and when I try to connect to the server I get error messages that say that the server supports only 1.19.0 to 1.19.30

Pumpkin Carving Contest!

Spooky season is upon us once again, and it's time for another Pumpkin Carving Contest!
If you'd like to participate, head on over to /warp pumpkincontest and pick out your pumpkin! Right-click the sign of the plot you want to use in order to get build perms inside it. If you want your pumpkin to be judged specifically at night time, please leave a sign in your plot saying so. You have until October 30th to carve or decorate your pumpkin, and then staff will judge and pick a few of our favorites in a variety of categories, including but not limited to:
- Spookiest
- Most Creative
- Most Disturbing
- Cutest
- Staff Favorite
etc!
Previous year's pumpkins have been saved and placed all around the edges of the contest, so go around and check them out if you want some ideas or inspiration!

Be ready for Hometown's first Spooky Party!
What is a spooky party? well its a trial of intelligence, courage and most importantly survival!
Join our event server: smp.hometownmc.com:25566
and complete the following tasks
1. Kill a wither and obtain a nether star
2. Kill a dragon and obtain the egg (We have made it such that everyone can get an egg)
3. Obtain a Shulker shell
4. Obtain a Sponge!
5. Obtain an Echo Shard
The Top 3 to get these and present to a staff member wins!
But what's the catch?
it's simple:
1. there are no homes
2. There are no claims
3. PVP is on
4. Theft is encouraged (yes you can steal a dragon egg or more from others)
5. Death Traps are encouraged
6. BEING EVIL IS ENCOURAGED
So play smart and you may just win
The game starts on September 30th and Ends on Halloween! have Fun
