Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I never chat spammed? I am really confused because TheDutyPaid literally changed her reason for ban? I was never "insulting disrespectful scornfully disdainful towards staff"???? That doesn't make sense. Honestly, if you could pull up the chat logs where I disrespected you, I am so sure I could point out what I actually meant and that I, in no way, meant any disrespect towards neither TheDutyPaid or any other staff. Not to mention, I didn't even talk to any other staff? Immediately when I joined the game, I'll admit I was a little rowdy. A few people warned me against using caps and stuff like that and so I stopped. I didn’t really know that was against the rules, but again, it’s partially my fault here because I didn’t read the rules close enough.  After that I just talked in private chat to my friend? I didn't think chat spam counted there seeing as it was literally someone who was talking with me. TheDutyPaid initially warned (?) me about griefing and I was typing out a response to my friend, asking her what I should do because this was my first time on the server and I didn't really know how to interact with people. My friend said run, as a joke, and the Admin tp'd me to spawn. I had already been typing out the word 'bitch' to call my friend. Earlier I had failed to see that there was a sign about calling other players derogatory terms or curse words, and for that, I apologize. In my prior ban appeals, I have expressed remorse and I have apologized for any wrongdoing I might have done, and I was still permanently banned? I have read through some of the appeals on this forum and people who have done seemingly worse than me have been let back onto the server after a simple apology. I have thoroughly explained my situation and my behalf; however, TheDutyPaid refuses to acknowledge anything inside of my appeals and instead closed both of my threads and replied to my reason for ban... which she changed. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to play Minecraft with my friends. I was only online for about 15 minutes, but I still enjoyed the atmosphere that the game provided and I didn't mean to break it.

I should be unbanned because I apologized for cursing toward another player and here I'll apologize for accidentally griefing (in case thats what I did). Having learned my lesson, I'll keep an eye out for other players' stuff and I'll be sure to keep my curse words aimed at friends in the dms of my phone.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): It was so long ago, I didn't mean to grief I was stuck on a big building in the sky and didn't think and broke blocks to build a bridge to get over water. When I used to play YEARS ago it was never a big deal breaking unclaimed blocks so I didn't know

Why do you want to come back: Because its a fun server and I have history on it

Why do you want to come back: hi i am jack_bhaiya3891 i got banned because of UgamingOP and anujrider and also me i did this i am friend of youtuber (Gamerfleet) in his video my gf was olly now in the smp UgamingOP gets a cat named OLLY so i sayed give me this cat i will give you money i am the vice chief of dreamland town and i sayed if you not giving me then you will be banned frim this time just i joke so the owner came he tell them btw owner was anujrider he come and say him you will not ban i say ok because i dont have the power of banning people so i decided to leave this town and live in wilderness when i am going he sayed take the olly but don't leave this town anujrider also say this then i say no and i leave UgamingOP came and irritated me so i tell this to ThatOneWolfe he came and then UgamingOP and anujrider become toxic he sayed this guy jack_bhaiya3891 is blackmailing me to gave him his cat olly so thatonewolfe banned me for this

For some reason it won’t let me connect to the server, I can connect with other ones and I know it’s not my wifi

Why do you want to come back: I would like to start with apologizing for any sketchy behavior that might have been suggested with the way I have been playing on the server. Maybe it is something I said (or did) that might have looked suspicious enough to rule me out as an x-rayer, but I'd like to point out that it must have been a misconception. My game has been extra laggy as of late (connection wise) which has made it unbearable to play today. I even connected through my brother's bedrock account, but no luck. I am sorry to have made a bad impression. I died in a mineshaft to some cave spiders, so to try and get my stuff back quickly, I traced the coordinates and dug a hole straight down to find a quicker way to get to my items. If that suggested x-raying suspicions, I am terribly sorry. Other than that, I might have been glithing/jerking through the cave mine because of my terrible connection and because I was constantly getting disconnected. If it is required, I could share the resourcepacks I have for my minecraft. I hope this appeal is accepted. Thank you to all staff and members.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Apparently I was banned due to taking an unclaimed beacon? Note that this beacon not only had no claim, but it was deep inside a cave with nobody around it (that I fell inside with my elytra!) not too far from my home. So naturally I thought that if said beacon was not only unclaimed, but sitting inside a random cave, that it clearly wasn't important enough to come back and retrieve for later use.

Why do you want to come back: I would like to be let back in so I can continue to play on Cavspanther and I's humble little island alone. The survival world size is small enough as is and we are simply reaping what few resources we have around us without having to go to the resource world or just pay for everything. As a survival is suppose to be. If the beacon was that important the person who left it would have voted on the server for the day and easily gotten a golden shovel and claimed it. My friend and I JUST joined this server and we have been voting and haven't caused any trouble thus far, so this ban feels extremely unfair.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): So I would like to firstly apologize for any apparent disrespect, I tried to express multiple times that the perceived disrespect was not intended. I can think of one instance that displayed disrespect that I was made aware of, when I typed out "Claim" individually to Melanie. However, as previously mentioned, it was not my intention to be disrespectful, I felt that she was not understanding me and my attempts to understand the distinction between a "build claim" and a "golden shovel claim". I was using the phrase "build" to describe a "build claim" and "claim" to describe a "golden shovel claim" whereas she was using "claim" to describe "build claim". Attempting to communicate with someone who is using the same words/phrasing as you while meaning something entirely different is very frustrating and challenging and I attempted many times to clear up the misconception (which I feel we did), however I have since been banned. To address the claims of "refusal to abide by the rules", although I did not move away my golden shovel claim, I did not refuse or move it back once Nether_Ruler moved my claim to abide by the rules. After my claim was moved by them, I picked up my stray beacons, consolidated my claim to the mountain and moved to a new area. A few hours later I did have a lengthy and unfinished conversation with Melanie about the distinction between areas that are granted the 100 block radius and areas that do not meet the requirement because I was asked to push my claim away from two areas that did not have a 5x5x5 living area with a locked container inside as per section 6: Property Etiquette, rule E1: "A 100-block radius claim will be centered around a 5x5x5 (or larger) living area with a locked chest or furnace inside to determine who owns the building and when the claim was formed" which describes the requirements for a claim to be "considered legitimate". I do understand that my golden shovel claim was very close to the aforementioned areas, however there is no other distance requirement listed anywhere (that I can find) for areas that do not meet the 5x5x5 living area with a locked chest.

Why do you want to come back: I have been playing on this server since 2014/15 because I do enjoy the set up of this server; no super colorful chat, no overbearing HUD, vote rewards, and VIP perks. I also feel as though I was unjustly banned as explained above.
