Why should you be unbanned: Let me make this as honest as possible, due to the fact that the founder reached out to help me. The day I got my minecraft account, I found Hometown. I fell in love, with the community, the staff. I thought everything was just prim and proper. But also, I was very immature. Over the course of the year, multiple staff had told me to tone it down, that I was getting out of hand. Well, after being banned, and then Unbanned the first time, for Greif. I had gotten real cocky. Thinking that they must love me. So I acted out, I spoke down to many people. I was an absolutely horrid person, much less a player. Being Completely aware of the rules, I was banned again. And then Unbanned. I acted good for a little bit, and then began to act out again. Except worse. When I broke up with my ex, I decided to foul mouth him in /mail, I dirty talked with people. I down talked other players. Disrespected staff. and in turn, I was banned for inappropriate Comments towards a -now friend- other player. But I digress, I loved this server. When I was told on my final appeal, that I was denied, and told I would not be returning. I was Devastated. Because even through all of that, I loved being a part of a community. There was a period, of about 3 months where I didn't come on Minecraft at all. I was ashamed, I truly hated myself as a person for being so childish. I have since learned from that mistake. I don't speak that way even with my closest friends anymore. For those of you that know me, and still play, I am not allowed to have friends, HomeTown was my friend. I want my friend back.

Over the last few days I have had skeletons that can spawn on glass and half slabs at my base. The other thing about these skeletons is that their speed is superfast and pretty lethal.

Finally I managed to record a video of one going crazy at speed every time it detected me.

Reason for your ban: (Overwhelming) Grief/Thievery (I guess) 

- Dug grass along the main pathway. 
- Built a dirt wall covering the main pathway.
- Harvested crops from someone's farm.
- Stole mushrooms from someone's farm.
- Shattered glass from an abandoned building.
- Smashed flower pots.
- Broke about 63 wool carpet. Used that carpet to build up and jump off. Did the same thing with sand four times. 
- Chopped wood to build a boat and rowed across the sea. I found an island with a portal and proceeded to teleport. I found myself in the underworld, breaking nether rack.
 - Destroyed about 346 blocks in total. 

Who banned you: Saiyaka 

Why you should be unbanned: Yes, I've done many bad things, because I am a sad maggot  that deserves death. I'm quite new to this server and didn't know/read the rules because of my 3rd grade reading level. I was ignorant of my actions, due to the lack of warning. I thought that it was okay to build and destroy in the area that I was in. Since I could place blocks and destroy without any warning messages appearing.  As they say "Ignorance is bliss." I was careless, ignoring the rules from the start. I deeply regret doing so. If you unban me, I'll be sure to read and follow the rules. 

Why do you want to come back: To destroy the blocks I placed and restore the blocks I destroyed. Ungrief, you could say. I also want to start fresh on this server.

And as corny as this appeal may sound, I tried. Also, I apologize for those I griefed and stole from.

Hello everyone!

My name is erunn123 and you may have seen my on the server of the past couple of days. I been a long time minecraft player from the early days of beta. over the last couple of years ago I have really fell off the game since playing alone wasn't that enticing. I randomly decided to try playing on a server again after joining multiple times only to be uninterested in the lack of good ole survival. But you guys are different! I have never enjoyed minecraft in years like I have in the last week. The perfect amount of mods gives great balance to survival. 

I look forward to playing with you all more. If you all need any help on things on the server or would like to come visit my castle island home base just shoot me a message!

also, can i play in the old Hometown world? I was curious.

So, most of you people probably know that 1.11.2 has come out, what with the terracotta, concrete and new palette, et cetera, and I was wondering if the server would update anytime soon. I don't see how this could negatively affect the server, the only new addition to Minecraft is blocks that don't spawn naturally. There is one possible problem that I see, which is people ravaging the deserts (and beaches), but that's what the resource world is for.
