So i just had this idea. 

I was thinking we can have a warp where people can go and hire builders. Yes i know you can just ask in chat but they may be someone better suited for your task that may not be one at the moment.

The idea of this is where builders can apply to have their information, range of skills, time when they builder is usally on, redstone capabilities. and their charge rate/amount put up. This allows people to see who is best suited for their job. It also can say weather or not materials/tools must be provided. 

As an example is where if i want someone who is more specialized in terraforming, i have the ability to see multiple builder that can do my task and see which one I would like to hire hire. 

I'd love to hear all of your ideas and thoughts on this.

Why should you be unbanned: Ok so I was in the mineshaft under my house and I ran into some mob grinder. I broke into and rayvenz got mad because we well in a voice chat on discord. I continued to break in and out because other players were using this warp and I never realized it was under my base. I decided to make a ladder going from it up to my base. Rayvenz got mad and did a roll back and deleted it. I left and went to help Rydenn and Senpai_matthew. A few minutes later Rayvenz banned me. I also was messing with rayvenz for a while previous to that. I never really intended on griefing anything. In total I broke 3 blocks in the grinder and I placed them all back everytime I did it. I wouldn't actually ever grief anything because I know I would get banned. I am sorry for disrespecting you rayvenz and I won't mess with you and waste your time anymore.
Why do you want to come back:  Because I really enjoy the server and I just want to work on my villager farm.

for the newer, I wonder if you can provide the URLs/information/recipes/about of the mods, players can have the information easier.
Although I typed "/mods" in server and I try to google the mod with those keyword.
I cannot found any useful information.

Okay, so I found out today by way of a discussion in chat that if someone is AFK in front of a loot chest at a free public grinder, that means they are entitled to whatever falls into it while they're there, and anyone else who takes items out of the chest while the AFK person is there will get in trouble.

Well and good; this is important information to have, and I'm glad I didn't inadvertantly break this rule before I found out.

How come it's not written down in the server rules?  And are there any other important do's and don'ts that aren't mentioned in there?

Why should you be unbanned: I didn't realize griefing wasn't aloud.

Why do you want to come back: I will not grief at all. I love this server and I would like to be able play on it again.

Who banned you: I dont remember, it was long ago.

Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because i learned from my mistakes. Using xray isnt worth using if ill get banned for using it, i learned to just take the time to mine for ores myself without using xray. Im better than that. The one time i decided to use Xray was the one time i got banned. I know i should just follow the rules and just have fun on the server. I have friends i talked to who still play on the server and i cant play with them because of my mistakes. I promise never to use xray again on this server, it was a stupid mistake of mine and i promise i will never use it again. I should be more mature and never break the rules again.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back to play with my friends again. They have a nice town they have been working on for a long time and i would like to enjoy playing with them once again.

I tried to get online today, noticed it updated to 1.12 so I went to change it.
After I changed it when I pressed play this sign keeps poping up saying "A java exception has occurred" and wont let me get on, anyone know what this means?

Why should you be unbanned: I honestly don't know why I was banned. I went to log on the server and it says that I was banned for grief by rayvenz. The only bases I've touched since the last time I was banned were a few farms and I replanted them all. Can someone please explain what happened? Was I banned for something I did when I was banned last time? Now that I think about it I did some mining around a beacon that wasn't mine but didn't think that was a bad thing was I banned for that? I didn't take the beacon or anything like that.



Why do you want to come back: Because I enjoy the server and I didn't do anything. I wasn't even online when I got banned i'm just really confused.
