Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I have been an active member in the community since I joined around a month ago, I would also like to point out I was not using x-ray, but a futuristic texture pack that would make blocks appear see throughish. I do take responsibility for potentially doing something illegal, but there are many texture packs that allow unfair advantages like for example, the mini map pack that allows you to see where caves are and mobs, but no one is being banned for that and is relatively the same thing. At the time I had just thought I was a genius and that I was going to be rich, and I did not have any second thoughts in doing so, but looking back I now see why it is a problem. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because I love the server because it is so chill, and I have made a lot of friends, and I have built my funboy mansion and I am working on a shop, and I had plans to open a factory. Please consider me <3 I do really want to come back and I have deleted the texture pack as of now. <3

Before i make an appeal, I would like to know what i did wrong that was considered grief.  Thx.

I was perma banned for mass grief I did not commit. It was a mistake or i may have been hacked I am still unaware of what I did that was considered grief. I love this server and i would never grief it. Me and my friend would play pranks on one and other but none of them were destructive and we would always clean up anything we did do. I am truly sorry for anything i might of done. Sorry and thank you for your time.

Why should you be unbanned: I never said anything bad to him i was just saying my opinion. Never called him a bad word just saying how it was. I was just saying how i see from my eyes and how i felt about that topic. I was saying hell i get bullied i eaven told him that but i dont cry about it i dont try to get other ppl in trouble just cause someone offended me or something. And in my mind i didnt rly notice i was doing anything bad i was just saying my opinion. And i said sorry to him while i rly ment it but he said "nooo i dont rly think you ment it" and i told him its about the point of view.
Why do you want to come back: I have just started a new build and got back after the update and i rly want to play MC and this is the best server i have found so far whit the anti-grief and the staff helping.

A while ago i wished parrots could go on sticks as perches. Someone in chat mentioned that end rods could work. Well today i finally tried it and it is awesome. if you want your bird on a end rod this is how it works. first you must place your end rod and a dirt block(it can be any but dirt is easier to destroy) beside it to jump up onto it. You then get the bird on your shoulder and hop onto the end rod. Next encase yourself in dirt so its 1 wide and 3 blocks above you to jump(it must have a roof so the bird cant fly up). Now you jump and wait for you bird to land on the end rod and make it sit. here is the tricky part. You want to exit the opposite way of the bird so you dont push it of the end rod. I was lucky the first time where my bird didn't fall but my second atemp i had to redo because i bird fell off. Once you get out successfully you can remove the dirt and adjust the bird if needed(such as the bird looks a little off the rod). And there you go. a bird on a perch. 

Now if someone has already made a post about this im sorry for repeating, but its still pretty cool.


*NOTE* it seems that the red parrots are the hardest to sit and the greens are easier. this may be dependent on the bird that is what just happened to me.

Not only was I banned without warning, no one else was active in game (other than staff) and not a single person came to me and asked me to tone it down or give a single complaint.  I (in my opinion) didnt break any of the rules stated in the game, and if I did, they should be more clear. My last few moments on the server I did not; Show any hostility/use vulgar language toward another player, make a sexist/racist comment, I dont even know what to put for this third one, I was talking to my friend and a cow 


Look, I work 24/7, I get on the server maybe every two days if possible to play with my friends so we can build crap and have a good time, why should that be ruined because of "toxic chat" that I wasnt even warned about once? Besides I made a few new friends who were also curious as of why I was banned (Ive seen the pictures of them asking) If nothing else just give a second chance cause I dont want to search for another server, Ive invested too much already here lol

Why should you be unbanned: In my PM to frost I made mistake that I just realized but hadn't caught earlier. I told him that my two picks were eff enchanted but one had 4 instead of 3 on the other. he gave me 5's on both. I thought he had given them to me as gifts for my struggle. then I was joking with dinogirl about if she ever lost her stuff again just tell him higher enchants ... as I was about to say quote "lmao jk no that will get u banned" I ironically got banned. im sorry for any misunderstanding but I did actually have one eff3 and one eff4 but he gave me fives. I again apologize for any confusion and if I didn't make it plain  enough that I was joking.

Why do you want to come back: HT is where I started mine craft multiplayer and where I would like to finish my mine craft career there in HT. I believe it was an honest mistake in mistranslation. Id love to come back to HT because its literally my home town of mc. I've been on ht for so long and made new friends and some new enemies but that just shows its home . Thank u , keep on livin.

Jelly's plan for a lottery is as followed:

1. The lottery will be 2 unique numbers chosen between 1 to 16. (16C2=120, a winning chance of 1/120 per ticket)
3. Each lottery ticket will cost 1 diamond, and you can buy as many tickets as you wish.
3. The lottery will be run every 50 tickets sold, ticket sale is then closed until the winning numbers are generated.
4. The winning numbers will be randomly generated with a random source like random.org. 
5. The prize pool is set at $2100 for each lottery
6. If no one claims the prize or there is no winner, the prize pool accumulates, and resets to $2100 after someone wins. 
7. The prize is split between each winner. 

Yes, I will make a machine that sells tickets, here's my plan for the machine:

1. Machine takes in 1 diamond and opens an area up to accept tickets. 
2. The player would need a named item with their Full In Game Name and the numbers they want. (Example: _JELLy__ 07 12)
3. The player will toss the item into a hopper to be kept by me. And yes, I will make absolutely certain that the machine takes only ONE item per purchase.
4. At each lottery, I will check all 50 tickets and get the winning player's ticket-items and put them onto secure item frames for all to see. The said players can then claim their prize. Those tickets that have no names or invalid numbers are voided.

After the server went down and came back, I joined. Unfortunately my inventory was gone for some reason. Can anyone explain to me what happened and if possible give me back my stuff?
