Why should you be unbanned:  Well I play on this server everyday with my husband and he kicks ass and ive never really played minecraft so my reasons for using xray i wanted to mine really bad and i always get killed with the lava.  cheating isnt allowed because people spend a lot of time finding and building stuff and it unfair if i dont get my stuff honesty. it effects the economy because people spend their own money to buy the stuff they want and i shouldnt be able to have the easy way out. xray negatively affects other players because it allows me to see everything and thru wall and enemies and they work hard without it. 


Why do you want to come back: I really like the server im a daily user and i will never use xray again i just suck really bad but i will learn from that lol but its a really cool server and community it allows me escape for a few hours. I play with my husband so it our thing. I also got him banned and i feel really bad.

Reason for your ban: Griefing Nether Wart Farm

Why should you be unbanned: I have no idea why I did that, but what I did do is replanted all of them. but maybe because of my internet troubles that day they were like ''ghost'' plants. But this is not an excuse to grieve someones farm. I apologize to UberDeathBunny for doing this. 

Why do you want to come back: I love how relaxed the server is, I really like the economy and the helpfulness of all the players if you dont know something. And I think i really fit in, because i like helping people.

Reason for your ban: X-Ray

Why should you be unbanned: Okay, to start, I will %100 admit I did use the x-ray resource pack. I knew from the start that it was a bad idea, but the mistake on my part was that I did it anyway. This was a really terrible choice of mine and I wish I didn't do it, and now I learned my lesson. I never tried this texture pack and I used it for a few minutes because I was curious. Again, I'm not making excuses, I'm fully admitting my mistake. I used it to get diamonds, and I should have worked for them myself because cheating is no way to play a game where everyone should be playing on an equal level of fairness. I seem to be the kind of person who is sadly impatient and rushed which is a bad thing to be but I am that way sometimes on accident. Fairness is a big part of every server, I believe, and if fairness isn't achieved I think that you can't quite call a server a community. It is okay if a staff member does not forgive me, as I am in complete guilt, even though that changes nothing, but I can understand why someone would not forgive a cheater.
What I should have done was fairly gotten the ores like any other player would have, and worked for them. I will gladly give up the diamonds that I received, which was 17, or 18 or something. Or all of my diamonds, that's fine too. Pretty much anything to get me unbanned because this server is really dear to me, and losing it forever like I thought I would when I was banned would make my heart sink. And I hope you don't think I'm lying or making up anything, because honestly, this is probably in my top favorite servers, even if I can't be super active everyday. Cheating isn't anyway to get anything, because it wouldn't be fair to the people who work hours to get plenty of diamonds while I just did it in a matter of minutes. I don't really know what was going through my mind when I was using the texture pack, but I know I was in the middle of doing some caving when I had the quite idiotic idea of turning it on, so I did and got the diamonds, when I went to my house, then was teleported to jail, where someone (I cant recall the username) asked why I had been using x-ray, and I was typing a reply when I was then banned. All I felt after that was regret.
I completely understand, too, that x-ray is a bit more difficult to get myself unbanned with, and either way, I'm willing to try. I didn't just write this for no reason, I really care about this kind of stuff. Getting banned forever, especially on this server, would seriously make me feel down for a while. My friends in real life play on this server with me all the time and the idea of being suddenly dis-included in everything on the server wouldn't make me feel so great either. I really hope you consider this, and if you don't, that's alright, but I want you to know I put my effort into it, whether I get unbanned or not.
Why do you want to come back: Hometown SMP is such a great community and I feel so welcomed and at home on the server, even if I'm not a bought rank, and I think that's really important. I've built relationships here, made friends, and built things that I would hate to give up. Like stated before, me and my friends all play on here together and honestly it's probably the best server we go on to communicate and have fun. It's just such a nice server to sort of relax but also work on things at the same time, any I could play on here for hours, which I don't usually find on many servers I play, as I get bored of many after time, but on Hometown, I feel like there's always something new to do and this server is really close to my heart. If I were back, I would continue to help contribute to the server all that I can and even invite new players if I could. Like I said, this servers mean sooo much to me and anything to get me back on would be so great. I don't regret writing a lot for this appeal because I'll do what it takes to return to the server. Thank you so much.

Reason for your ban: lying to staff/breaking rule #2

Who banned you: Grimm_Wolfe

Why should you be unbanned: First of all, I had no clue I was breaking a rule as no one warned me that I was going to be banned if I didn't stop. Second of all, I have a town that I deeply care about with residents that I have tried to help as much as I can.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because I don't want to abandon my town and it's members. I'm very connected to this server and a lot of people on it. I don't want some stupid thing I did to ruin my chances on here. This server is also by far the best SMP server I've ever been on.

I've been playing Minecraft for a few years now, but this will be my first experience on a server, so I imagine it'll be a slight adjustment for me.  I am fairly random about the types of builds I do, and although I'm getting better, I still am a novice with redstone.  If you have any questions, comments or tips feel free to PM me.  Thank you!!

Hey peoples

Looking for a place to stay with a friendly community? Come to Moonlight Creek with [/warp moonlightcreek] It is a great place to stay elapsing 3 biomes. Already more than 20 people are staying and more are welcome.

Rules:

1. Build anywhere for free, doesn't matter where you build except for in the river (request of resident)

2. Please do not grief, we have a griefer catching total of 10

3. Any reasonable requests will be done ASAP by yours truly or the mayors (depending on which part of the town you are in)

4. The town is so big, we have sections that each have mayors (governmental ranks are shown in the town hall, which is where you warp to)

I can't get back online to the sever and I'm getting mad. It has been 2 to 3 days I have waited for sever to update. I have payed for VIP 1 and I wish to get on and play. Why has the sever not been updated yet?  

I have a question. Ive been thinking about renting the chests in my shop at Ryhub out. The idea is that they will pay weekly/biweekly/monthly for the use of a Dchest, but the chest will still be under my perms and within my claimed land. Now my question is, should they stop playing or for whatever reason stop paying the rent, seeing as i cannot break the shop sign (i tried with the help of DinoGirl). Would I be able to ask staff to remove the sign so that I can rent the chest out again.

I plan to have them sign an agreement on this by putting a sign up with their name and date under a TOS set of signs somewhere around the shop. But I wanted to know the Servers policy on this, seeing as its nothing like a bank, but rather more like renting out an apartment. But instead a shop space.

Why should you be unbanned: I was bored and saw this website and decided to appeal for an unban. Don't really care if I get unbanned tho thb. I guess I've learned my lesson and I won't be bad anymore...

Why do you want to come back: So I can see whats happened to the server in the past few months.
