I Am going to build a damage-taking theme park with contraptions to inflict the most agonizing pains. 

I will be using PvP arena for keeping inventory and keeping level's sake, so all of you can hurt yourself to your heart's content. 

I will separate the park into two parts, namely, "Don't kill me" and "Time to die".

The "Don't kill me" section will feature damaging devices that won't necessarily kill the player.
The "Time to die" section will feature contraptions that will most likely or be guaranteed to kill the player.

So far, I have come up with the following contraptions for "Time to die":

Head crushing booth, Lava booth, Drowning booth, Cactus booth, Fall booth, Firing squad (with skeletons), Spider pit, 256 block fall, Death by boredom (256 blocks of webs), suffocation roller coaster, Mob grinder simulator (you'll be farmed by mobs), drowning maze, Cactus parkour with lava floor.

Why should you be unbanned: Because I wasnt X-Raying. So far the points I understand are (told through discord) 
-Idug straight down
-I found diamond ore through digging straight down
-I Covered up where I found ore
-I Found another beacon mine
 Im not doubting Grimms skills in finding hackers, but this is honestly a mistake. I even had people there with me during some 
-I dug straight down so I can already establish the area where I can put the beacon (you cant use a beacon with solid blocks above it) 
-There were maybe two instances I can think of where I dug down and find diamond ore, pure luck, im sorry. 
- Anywhere I covered up ore was because I like to keep gaps out of my walkways (Could argue that I could just fly being VIP2 but that slows down mining) 
-I accidentally found another beacon mine, and I steered clear of it when I realized its not my area (I had assistance clearing out my third beacon mine area) 
Now I had both Moist and Rayz along with me my third trip mining, Ive never done beacon mining anywhere, let alone mining itself on the server, this is only day 2. I promise I wasnt using a client, and im really sorry for the misunderstanding which probably doesnt mean much, but I would be more than glad to show what my process through these mining trips were and how I did what I did. Dude I wont even mine anymore, give the beacon to someone else please.

Reason for your ban: Took someones beacon and iron

Why should you be unbanned: I think i should be unbanned because i was going to put all the items back as soon as i was done using them. All i wanted to do was beacon mine. I already had a beacon but i had no iron and was tempted. I also took the beacon but again, i was going to put it back. I know that staff says not to take anything that is not yours but I was stupid enough to do it. I am literally shaking and crying because of the ban. I promise that i will never EVER take anyones stuff. I would greatly appreciate if i would be given another chance. I know the person that i took from and i've talked to her about it. I told her i would return everything as soon as i get back.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because all my friends are on there and they will probably think badly of me. Also this server has created some great memories and actually saved my life. I was going through a depression state and then I found this server. It actually cheered me up a lot because i've been playing Minecraft since 2012 and i took a break from it for like 2 years and then found HomeTown. I decided to give it a go and it was amazing. Everyone was so friendly even to me, what they considered a noob because i was a guest. A couple days from now i was considering buying VIP2 to help out the server, but now i cant because im banned. It would just be amazing if you guys would give me a second chance. Thank you for your time. ~Olivia

  Racial Slurs.

   Star.

Why should you be unbanned: 
  I died due to a sudden computer power loss. I came back and several players were very kind and lent a helping hand donating stuff to compensate for the numerous items lost. I was in Navy JROTC from 2015-2017, graduating NJROTC Basic Leadership Training Camp (BLTC) this past summer.. as you know they have the "JROTC N*gga's be like" meme going around lately. I mentioned how i also lost 4 stacks of stone bricks and i was like does "anyone have some stone bricks to spare?"

  Someone (I forgot who) said "Sure". Then i said for a "JROTC n*gga in need." Almost immediately i had like 4 people like hey man thats not cool, which i understand. [Elite] jesus said oi kirk dont use that word. So i understand that i went too far and i go to say "alright i'm sorry. Won't happen again." Before i can even say sorry and fix my mistake, Star immediately bans me.  

  I should be unbanned because i believe i was kicked way too fast without warning. I understand i was in the wrong, and made a stupid mistake through an inappropiate joke, and for that, i am sorry. I believe that Star, is an experienced and rightfully respected member of this good server that was doing his (her?) job. Again. i am aware that i was in the wrong, i am sorry, and it will not happen again. I now realize that i go too far with my jokes and i do need to stop. I really did mean no harm and i do not hold any racist or prejudicial beliefs. I was typing an apology when i was banned. The fact that i am not racist or that i was typing an apology is not an excuse. I am just sorry for this immature and stupid mistake. I really feel like i let the people down who unbanned me the first time. 

Why do you want to come back: 
  I have been here since 2014 and i am very proud of my many works. Especially my work founding the HometownMC National Military Memorial Park -- Where FrostVINCENT's grandfather has a tombstone -- and has hundreds of memorials dedicated to everything from the 9/11 terrorist attacks, to the U.S.S. MAINE explosion in 1898. I built it all with my bare "hands".  I wish to continue to maintain these projects. Not only that but i wish to further their progress. I find that people on this server are kind and friendly. I am aware this is not my first ban appeal, and i apologize to Grimm_Wolfe who unbanned me a year or two ago. I know he's dissapointed in me. I understand i was a little brat back then but i hope he realizes that i am not anymore. I would type more but i don't wish to be a burden. PLEASE READ BELOW!!!!!

SIDE NOTE: I discovered i was not banned on the old server, and i was in spawn. To my knowledge, as a protected area, you cannot break any blocks. I left clicked on accident on a sea lantern and i noticed it took damage. I kept going out of curiosity and to my surprise it broke and only gave back 3 prismarine crystals. Not expecting that, i tp'd to a shop where i could buy a replacement sea lantern. i for some reason bought 30+ sea lanterns for $3.00. When i tried to return to spawn it automatically got rid of all my inventory so i couldnt place it. So i spawned at /warp vote -- and i had all my stuff -- and walked over to spawn to find the missing block. For some reasons, the signs i placed at spawn (explaining what happened) and the chest with the 3 crystals were gone and all blocks were intact, but if i warped to spawn, my inventory was gone and the sea lantern was once again missing. I just wanted to mention this honestly to prevent any misunderstanding. I am not a griefer. I tried to repair the minor and accidental damage but was unable.

Why should you be unbanned: They had built a house in the territory near my warp and fort, and I reconsidered the buildings I was making; I was planning on finishing and taking a screenshot before removing them. As they were new on the server I thought they might have built a house near my land accidentally. I shouldn't have built anything, but I did not intend for them to last over five minutes.

Why do you want to come back: Hometown has been the friendliest server I've been on, and I have certain things I need to repay, as well as carrying someone else's borrowed pick. I've spent months building on it and if I'm banned I want to at least leave my buildings to my friends.

Why should you be unbanned: I will disassociate with this group that made some seriously unacceptable things on HomeTown.  I will tell them to get rid of the builds and signs were not locked or private. I will tell them to take down many of the comments on autism, child slavery, suicide and much more.
