[b]Why should you be unbanned:[/b] The reason why I think I should be unbanned is that I believe I was unfairly banned, I was accused of digging X-Ray tunnels, even though I was just digging a strip mine, the entire mine was on the same Y-Axis, it looks to be one up or one down, the reason why any player would partially dig down is that so they can get closer to bedrock and can reach rare ores. I understand X-Ray is bad and there is no point in having it because it just gives you false hope, and can hurt the economy of the server. People strip mine all the time and they change the direction of their mine many times, and they find many ores along the way.
[b]Why do you want to come back:[/b] I wanna come back because I joined recently to play with friends and I had a great time until I found I was banned. But before that I had a nice time building and extending the town with friends.

Well so me and my friend P0nyboy (he had nothing to go with this by the way) were looking for apples because we needed apples to breed our horses. I couldn't find any so I did /warp apple and it took to a apple/iPhone store. I was thinking oh this is really cool so I started walking around I eventully found my minecraft lagging and I couldn't move. and so I started clicking the left and right part of my mouse and shaking it up and down and when it came back I broke the glass. I did /home to see if I had glass but I didn't. I'm sorry that I did not replace the glass. I am sorry to the person who built it too. I really like this server and it would be a shame if I got banned. I am also sorry to the admin for what I said and lying. And I will do whatever it takes to get unbanned.

Reason for your ban: Glitching to find diamonds

Why should you be unbanned: Firstly, I think I should be unbanned because I was unaware that glitching was considered to be X-Raying. Also, the only reason why I did it was that all my items got lost earlier and I spent hours getting them, I just used it to get my armor and weapons back and did not mine that many diamonds. I regularly have been playing on the server and made a huge mine before that took me 2 days to make and have been playing legitly. I have also been voting every day and have been considering donating. I would have been able to retrieve my original stuff that I got without glitching if I could set a second home. I also admitted to glitching to find diamonds.
Why do you want to come back:
I honestly like playing on the server because I am also a Canadian and it is a Canadian server and I have friends who play on it too and its fun to play with my friends on the Minecraft server. I like the staff and am really sorry for glitching to find diamonds and understand that its not fair to other players and will give back all the stuff and start off fresh if I have too.

A Little About The Player
I don't normally get too involved in forums but seeing as I've found myself absorbed into HomeTown's server, I might as well. I'm relatively new to Minecraft, and even newer to multiplayer. I've dabbled in single-player and my small Realm server with friends for the past month or so. I am a casual RPer that usually spends less time Role-playing than building the scene intended for role-play!
I'd like to think myself witty, but I'm actually a bit of a sarcastic arse. I'm told I'm easy to get along with, being of a rather mellow temperament and difficult to rile. Anyone who's obsessed with horses will find I'm in the same boat and we can get together and fangirl/boy over the subject. If you catch me paused by your own horses or structures that house them; Yes. I'm definitely checking your builds out.
I currently take up part of the interior of a mountain about 700 or so meters from HT base spawn. This is my permanent, albeit WIP, home base. I've never built inside of cliffs or really built houses either, so this is a learning curve I'm carving out for the time being.

Activity
I generally play at odd intervals during the day. I'm on the EST timezone and it's currently 5am as I type this. I tend to pop in and out randomly between 2pm and 12am, and then lurk around games all night into the wee hours of the morning.

Personal Goals
I'd like to eventually spread out into the world, perhaps joining a community town on the server and building a second, smaller scale home. I would also very much like to build a public horse center where enthusiasts and the like can enjoy these blocky versions of equines along with me. The search for the location of this stable to be is still ongoing, but will include a warp at some point in the future. I hope to be around to enjoy the server for a good long while and perhaps meet some new friends along the way.

Is anyone else having trouble logging on to the server? My internet's fine, and I can connect to other servers, but hometown just won't load - it just gives the red x by the bars and says "can't connect to server" - when I try connecting anyway I get an error message that says "io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out." I see from the enjin page that people are online, so it can't be a server issue - does anyone have any advice?
oh wait.. now enjin's saying the server's offline - is that what the issue is? it looks like there are people online from enjin but it also says the server's offline.
