Why do you want to come back: I would like to start with apologizing for any sketchy behavior that might have been suggested with the way I have been playing on the server. Maybe it is something I said (or did) that might have looked suspicious enough to rule me out as an x-rayer, but I'd like to point out that it must have been a misconception. My game has been extra laggy as of late (connection wise) which has made it unbearable to play today. I even connected through my brother's bedrock account, but no luck. I am sorry to have made a bad impression. I died in a mineshaft to some cave spiders, so to try and get my stuff back quickly, I traced the coordinates and dug a hole straight down to find a quicker way to get to my items. If that suggested x-raying suspicions, I am terribly sorry. Other than that, I might have been glithing/jerking through the cave mine because of my terrible connection and because I was constantly getting disconnected. If it is required, I could share the resourcepacks I have for my minecraft. I hope this appeal is accepted. Thank you to all staff and members.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Apparently I was banned due to taking an unclaimed beacon? Note that this beacon not only had no claim, but it was deep inside a cave with nobody around it (that I fell inside with my elytra!) not too far from my home. So naturally I thought that if said beacon was not only unclaimed, but sitting inside a random cave, that it clearly wasn't important enough to come back and retrieve for later use.

Why do you want to come back: I would like to be let back in so I can continue to play on Cavspanther and I's humble little island alone. The survival world size is small enough as is and we are simply reaping what few resources we have around us without having to go to the resource world or just pay for everything. As a survival is suppose to be. If the beacon was that important the person who left it would have voted on the server for the day and easily gotten a golden shovel and claimed it. My friend and I JUST joined this server and we have been voting and haven't caused any trouble thus far, so this ban feels extremely unfair.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): So I would like to firstly apologize for any apparent disrespect, I tried to express multiple times that the perceived disrespect was not intended. I can think of one instance that displayed disrespect that I was made aware of, when I typed out "Claim" individually to Melanie. However, as previously mentioned, it was not my intention to be disrespectful, I felt that she was not understanding me and my attempts to understand the distinction between a "build claim" and a "golden shovel claim". I was using the phrase "build" to describe a "build claim" and "claim" to describe a "golden shovel claim" whereas she was using "claim" to describe "build claim". Attempting to communicate with someone who is using the same words/phrasing as you while meaning something entirely different is very frustrating and challenging and I attempted many times to clear up the misconception (which I feel we did), however I have since been banned. To address the claims of "refusal to abide by the rules", although I did not move away my golden shovel claim, I did not refuse or move it back once Nether_Ruler moved my claim to abide by the rules. After my claim was moved by them, I picked up my stray beacons, consolidated my claim to the mountain and moved to a new area. A few hours later I did have a lengthy and unfinished conversation with Melanie about the distinction between areas that are granted the 100 block radius and areas that do not meet the requirement because I was asked to push my claim away from two areas that did not have a 5x5x5 living area with a locked container inside as per section 6: Property Etiquette, rule E1: "A 100-block radius claim will be centered around a 5x5x5 (or larger) living area with a locked chest or furnace inside to determine who owns the building and when the claim was formed" which describes the requirements for a claim to be "considered legitimate". I do understand that my golden shovel claim was very close to the aforementioned areas, however there is no other distance requirement listed anywhere (that I can find) for areas that do not meet the 5x5x5 living area with a locked chest.

Why do you want to come back: I have been playing on this server since 2014/15 because I do enjoy the set up of this server; no super colorful chat, no overbearing HUD, vote rewards, and VIP perks. I also feel as though I was unjustly banned as explained above.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I was tunneling straight (only straight) in the nether when I was banned, so I'm not quite sure why you guys thought I was x-raying then. I only mined blocks that I came straight across for the most part, unless they were already on the surface. Not sure if my pathing was wonky or something? 

Why do you want to come back: I mean honestly because I was in the middle of building something. I don't have much to say more than that. My intentions weren't to disrupt anyone(greifing, ruining the economy), just a builder.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): I left my device on and my little brother must have griefed i am very sorry on his behalf.

Why do you want to come back: Because i just joined this server today and think i maybe deserve a second chance at playing.

Pupanunu Village was a primitive town in a jungle until they discovered Redstone and quickly industrialized. The downtown is primitive and mostly made of mud bricks and jungle wood, but a short train ride uptown gives a nice view of a modern neighborhood sectioned with paths and lit by purple froglights on Purpur pillars. Taking the next minecart rail, you end up at the village's nether portal and a large base for a build that another builder was apparently working on before they were banned, and that is preserved by the village as a cultural heritage site that tourists are encouraged to visit. They hold sacred axolotls, sniffers, and mangroves (Not like you want to put in the work of chopping those down anyway) and therefore do not harm any of those. 

Use /warp pupanunu to visit and explore, and if you're interested in joining the tribe give tribute of any item and we will grant you land in our village in exchange.

I am someone who loves the environment and would definitely want it to remain healthy and intact, but on a multiplayer server it is sometimes necessary to excavate and/or tear down a lot of land for large builds. However, this creates a problem for players who may want rare and specific biomes such as mangrove, mushroom island, or bamboo forest. This does not mean terraoforming, but just selecting two ends of a claim and doing /setbiome. 

This would have the benefit of changing what mobs spawn, so you can make it bamboo forest for natural pandas or you can make it mushroom island so it will forever be safe from monster spawns at night and have mooshroom cows. Or maybe even cherry Grove for the animations. To clarify to players, this action will not magically terraform all your grass to mycelium or mud or make bamboo appear instantly.

This would also create players more incentive to create new islands and use up the endless resources of the server to terraform. When I was searching for a mushroom island (Not because I liked mushrooms but because it was free of hostile mob spawns) I would have been willing to make artificial islands in the middle of a huge ocean to do so, provided the biome would be the one that I wanted. Even if biome changes are limited to remote islands made by players or land claims, it is a huge help and opens up more building space for everyone.
