[font=.SF UI Text][font=.SFUIText]The purpose of a moderator is to enforce the rules of the server. I mistakenly stole/griefed so that’s why I went through the ban appeal. After answering the numerous questions truthfully, I was denied my unbanning by “DeaDCorE” because “I griefed”. This unfair judgement is ironic, shown with other players getting unbanned even though they griefed before. Furthermore, “DeaDCorE” had the audacity to call me a “smartass”, showing his incompetence as a moderator. A moderator is suppose to treat everyone fairly but in this case, insulted me because I answered the questions in a “smart ass way” though I did not mean it in that way. I recommend DeaDCorE learning manners and learn how to treat other players more respectfully before opening his mouth in which his trashful language comes out of. This thread might be removed because the inability of some moderators to handle criticism and a debate. [/font][/font]

Why should you be unbanned:  I got banned for x-raying. And I cant lie, the x-raying did happen. But here is the full honest to God story. My mom asked me to help her clean the house, she said "I want this place to not even have a speck of dirt anywhere" and so I asked my little sister Da'lailah to find me diamonds. And at the time I had no idea that she knew how to download a texture pack, let alone implement it into the game. But she downloaded a x-raying texture pack without telling me. About an hour later I was done cleaning and so I want to my room to see what Da'lailah was doing. She told me that she "strip mined" and that she got 73 diamonds, and knowing how long I've been strip mining I knew it was impossible to get 83 diamonds in 1 hour. So I checked the texture pack list and there was a new x-raying pack at the bottom of the list. I told her to tell me the truth and she said "I used an x-ray pack and changed it back to your texture pack before you came back". There is the honest to god story on why I got banned.

Why do you want to come back: Its the first good smp server I've been on for a while, and the community is amazing.

Why should you be unbanned: I still have the objects that I griefed from and can promptly return them to the area I stole them from, if I become un-banned

Why do you want to come back: I absolutely love this server, my friends and I play it nearly all the time and its hard to find a laid back survival server like SMP, so finding this one was amazing news to my friends and I. We've built quite the base as well, even though I've lost it before.....but still I love this server to death and wish to comeback.

Why should you be unbanned: I was wrong on stealing and I just was following the actions of a person that I saw doing it also. I shouldn't have succumbed to peer pressure and earned the things the right way.

Why do you want to come back: I was wrongfuly acused for greifing and i never did I dont know why i was scused of such things T~T i am very upset! i love this server very much and i love playing on it! i always play fair! i even farm on ufarm and put lots of food for /warp freefood so others can have some! i am very giving, i dont know why or what for the life of me happend!

Why should you be unbanned: sorry my little brother went to my room when i went away and he started to mess up the crops. I am very sorry for my brother's behavior and would give him a scrolling of a life time so i ask please consider unbanning my account. if i was to be grateful enough to be unbanned i swear i would lock my door and wont let my little brother in my room. 

Why do you want to come back: I'm playing with my friends in the server and i don't want them to leave the server because of my brother. Im sorry again for my brother's behavior. i really want to play with my friends because they moved pretty far from me and this server is one of the only way to connect with them. plus i also really liked the server since the server offer much games and peace.

Why should you be unbanned: I really just play on this server for fun and I mean no harm to those around me. I don't have any recollection of this act, but I do sincerely apologize for my behavior and promise to not do this in the future as this is disrespectful to those involved.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy building and messing around with other people on the server. It's a fun server that I have a good time on, one I've spent many hours on this summer. I'd really love to get back on and be able to continue voting and talking to friends. I won't grief, steal or any act of this sort again for the duration of my time on the server.

Why should you be unbanned: the reason is i love the server and i was stupid for doing for what i did, and i promise i will never grief again

First, I have noticed that around the server there are many abandoned pets left by people who have left, been banned, or just forgot about the pet. I suggest that there could be a place where dogs that have been left in public areas (places like shops and farms) could be taken to by staff members that could temporarily take the pet and move them and have messages be sent to the owners.
Also, there are also many spots where people have claimed and have left without doing anything which takes up the space from other users. A solution could be if the person has claimed a section and doesn't have any stuff on it the claim could be taken away after certain amount of time along with giving a message of course.

Hi everyone my name is Naut and I decided to grace yourself with my presence on your wonderful server.....is somethin I would've said a year ago when I first joined. Happy anniversary boi. I just wanna thank you all for putting up with my shit for so long and I love you all, I guess its time to attempt to get a little heartfelt and not sound like a broken record so heres a speech: 

Times a valuable thing. You never really know whats gonna happen in a year, a lot can easily change and thats scary
Here I am a year later still playing with you guys despite the fact I'm probably not the best fit to the community
Even though I may be a jackass, and can get on some of y'all's nerves, I'm really happy that you still accept me
So here I am still typing up a storm in the discord with all the friends I've made, trying to not get emotional. 
Everyone I've met, whether it be on the server or IRL, I really do appreciate each and every one of you. 

Now whether i'm around a lot or not, doesn't mean I'll ever stop caring. Hometown is a second family to me.
Understanding what I do now, I'm really glad I got unbanned and decided to stick around.
