Hello! I thought I would introduce myself and get to know some of the people here on this server. 

My name's Adria but my usual gamer tag is Fynncaked. I'm 17 and I just recently joined this server. I'm a just a simple plant girl that can't stop painting and playing videos games. Oops.

Reason for your ban: Grief

Who banned you: Guy

Why should you be unbanned: The main reason I should be unbanned is because I didn't educate myself on the rules fully thinking that it was okay to take items that were unprotected (not in a claim). Not knowing this factor I went and broke a couple of heads and crops and a few other blocks. The reason I am appealing is because I now have looked in more detail on the rules a regulations and have understood what has happened and am not going to be repeating the same mistakes. I would like to state that my friend that I will remain unnamed but Guy would know who this person is had committed the same acts as I have and did not get banned. I do feel this is unfair as I offered to give the stuff I took back before getting banned as did my friend and she was able to 'get away with it'. If I am honest, that does show a lack of staff enforcing the rules properly. I am very experienced in staffing on big servers (message me if you do want evidence/want to know what server) and I realize this is in fact unfair.

Why do you want to come back: I would like to come back as I just want to play some survival with my friend as we seem to be getting on well with it. This does look like a lovely server and I would like to be a positive part of the community so I would like the chance to come back. Hopefully this is just a minor blip and we can move on from this.

Just gotten curious.... Is the server getting a renovation or a maintenance? Suddenly nobody is online (exception of derpnut) and we are unable to join the server. I hope it's a temporary thing?

Why should you be unbanned: Because I didn't break any rules they lied because what I said was a "offensive joke" which did not break the rules. Other people higher in rank get away with offensive language but I was singled out because I was guest and not associated with them. My friend knows another person that got away with it. Their nickname is Egg. They are adept and about to be expert.

Why do you want to come back: Because my friends are on there and I want to continue playing with them. I swear I will never cause trouble again. I mean it sincerely.

Reason for your ban: Xray

Who banned you: UberDeathBunny

Why should you be unbanned: I have no idea why i was banned again for Xraying, I hadn't used any xray texturepacks, and made sure that there was no xray packs in my rescource pack folder. I want to know why i was banned again for Xraying. I want to at least have someone tell me what i did wrong instead of banning me when I am offline. As i have already stated in my previous ban appeal, I would never use Xray, as it ruins the fun of the game. To be honest i feel like i as unrightfully accused of using Xray, and would like to know what proof was used to conclude to the fact used Xray. I want to know what the evidence was. And i do want to point out, last time was my younger sibling, i had learned from that mistake to not to allow them to play minecraft on my account, i took full responsibility for their actions, even though they where the on who got me banned, but it was my fault, i shouldn't of allowed them. But this time, I was the one playing and now i am banned for something i am against.
   
   
Why do you want to come back: I feel like i was wrongfully accused, and want to know why i was banned again. Also just like my previous ban appeal, i want to have fun, build, and play with friends. this would be hard to do being banned and all. 

Hey. I recently died when using /rand. I was teleported around 20 or so blocks in the air and fell to my death. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Is /rand really that randomized? Is something messed up within the system? I'm very confused.

Reason for your ban: Stole 4 Diamond Blocks from /warp diamonds

Who banned you: ThatGuy (Forgot most of the rest of the name)

Why should you be unbanned: In my defense, the structure appeared to be long abandoned, however I am not aware of the total runtime of the server. The rules most likely do state that a player cannot loot abandoned builds, but I was anxious to return to the game after about a year of other games. I am terribly sorry, and should I be allowed to return, I will study the rules more carefully.

Why do you want to come back: To be honest, I put a lot of work into that house. and it would be a shame to have it waste away. I hope to get back soon, and continue onwards. I solemnly swear to return any materials I have left to the rightful owner, and pay currency to make up for some of the lost value.
