Server i was banned on: smp.hometownmc.com
Minecraft name: cutiesaurus
Reason for my ban: I was banned for theft.
Who banned me: LilDevilian
Why i should be unbanned: I was banned for theft because i stole Iron from someone named ciliciouswolfe aprox. 140 hours ago. I was very new to the server (still am) and obviously did not bother to read the rules, which I apologize for and will do once i get back on, and stole without realizing it was bannable. I will give them back their iron.
Why do i want to come back: I like this server a lot and made very nice friends. I got used to it very quickly and got vip1 with my own money from work. It is fun and i'd really enjoy coming back to build my base.

Why should you be unbanned: Because, I learned something from a ban, I should never ever be rude to someone, It may be harsh, It may break their heart which is not good, I am very sorry for this, I truly apologize for my misbehaviour, I promise this wont happen again.
Why do you want to come back: I dedicated a lot of hours into this wonderful minecraft server and it would suck if it was all taken away by me insulting another player, I also will put that dedicated hours into my way of speaking aswell.

I posted this in wrong section, not really looking at headings, so here it is, /warp blaze was broke, there is a piece of glass missing, I replaced a hopper with what I had, whoever broke hopper I am assuming broke glass, if someone is online that can look into it, it would be appreciated, thank you. still other problems, I don't think crusher is working properly either, ![[Image: sad.png]](https://hometownmc.com/forums/images/icons/sad.png)

Why should you be unbanned: I went along with a friends(BigSloppyCack) plan of stealing the beacon and as the land was not claimed I assumed it had been abandoned. I apologize formally to whoever said beacon belonged to.
Why do you want to come back: I've invested time into this server and had previously been enjoying the atmosphere of the shops and the vmall.

Why should you be unbanned: I was very unaware that the beacon that was in the middle of the desert in the resource world was another players. I figured that is was randomly spawned by staff as a reward for venturing out. I mined it and put it in a chest as a gift to my friend. I did not even know I had stolen otherwise I would have left it. I was also unaware of the rules. They did not show up when I typed in the commands. So if there was something there then i missed it. If there was a sign that told me not mine beacons in any world then I may have missed that. It was completely unintentional. I had no intention of stealing or greifing another player and was even going to apologize. Unfortunately I was banned before I could say anything.
Why do you want to come back: I had just recently started playing Minecraft again and wanted to try this server to see how it is. So far it has been very good. There's lots of space for building and the two realms makes it easy to get resources. I like to keep the land the way it is as much as I can and I like that aspect of another realm. I Was just starting a little village with my friend who had just started. We had hardly build't anything. I was excited to build the treasury and finish the other areas of our build. I was only collecting resources when I found the beacon and took it as a reward for travelling so far. I didn't know it was anyone's and I am sorry. I am willing to give it back, its in a chest. I'm just starting out and want to continue to build and do more creative things and expand my creative aspect into our works.

Reason for your ban: Xraying

Why should you be unbanned: I feel that I should be unbanned because I believe that I have learned my lesson, while Xraying I felt no joy in it, no accomplishment after mining the ores that I did. I feel that i should be unbanned because I regret my decisions and I wish to do better, stop myself from ever using the cheats that I used ever again. While cheating the ease of just jumping on and playing any server has gotten very hard to do and I am willing to change for this server and more than willing to change right now.
Why do you want to come back: My reason for coming back to this server after cheating is because after observing with the little time that I did I noticed that this server is very different from all the others, with its friendly community always willing to answer questions, and with its active staff always online while cheating I never felt a second where I wasn't being watched. By cheating and getting banned I feel that I have wronged my friends that I played with while I was online, the ores I gave them I didn't put any effort into getting them. And before I knew it I felt that I had done everything there was to do But now with a clear mind without thinking of using hacks as a resource I have found much more to do on the server, I am sorry for what I have done.
I hope this reaches someone soon
