Another Christmas, another chance to spread my joy. Or so says the script. Today i will be giving you people the greatest gift that i can give, which is another copy of a HomeTown christmas bloody miracle. Basically its just a circlejerk of all of my stories ive made across the year melted into this one giant clusterfuck which doesn't have anything to do with christmas or Hometown in general. With that in mind, enjoy. I'll be leaving last years copy as a draft here, aswell.

Honestly, I don't know why I was banned, especially for theft because I'm not quite sure what I stole. I was unaware that I was stealing something but if I could be told as to what I did steal then I would gladly appreciate and return it. I sincerely apologize for whatever I stole and I promise I won't let this happen again. 

why I want to come back:

Reasons as to why I would like to come back is because 
1) I made a lot of progress in my town that I was making and I'd hate to never be able to work on it.
2) I made a good amount of new friends there and I would like to play on that server with them again. 
3) I was planning on having some other friends of mine join me and help with my town eventually. 
4) I genuinely like the server for what it is.

Thank you for reading this and I would appreciate it if I could be unbanned and able to play on the server again

The res world.
A land free to be torn up by the demands of our projects, buildings, and economy. A land we encourage players to go to when they need to destroy a desert for sand, destroy a hill for the dirt, desecrate a mesa for clay. A world that is in place to ease the uprooting of our mainworlds and offer fresh, unexplored land where we destroy what we desire to build up elsewhere.

I had one bidding question..
Why is it then, in the res world - that we are being restricted by not having wilderness teleportation available? Doesn't this make people not want to go there? I would say so.

Suggestion in mind...
It is my view that all players would be better off with the addition of /wild and /rtp into the res world. This addition would increase the incentive to travel and collect from there, especially for ranks VIP1 and below who don't have flying abilities. Myself (and hopefully some others) feel it pesky to have to walk many minutes from spawn, and set sail just to find a suitable place to mine, or collect whatever materials are needed. I feel the current blocking of the command is unecessary because it slows the process of a player getting themselves to favorable areas of land, and also can indirectly send players to mine in the "not-so-best-of" spots in our Main Worlds. This can be changed easily as we already have /rtp and /wild in "world" and "NewWorld".

A similar way to improve this is opening the Res Nether, and allowing the likeness of a nether portal highway, to be community-created.

Reason for your ban: I was with someone using x-ray

Why should you be unbanned:   THe reason I should be unbanned is because I didn't know x-ray mining was something I could get banned from. In the chat, someone asked to team anybody was allowed to say yes, a sign in my underground house says that I wanted a friend, so I decided to team with them. they then asked if I wanted to go mining i said yes because in my mind that was a way to befriend somebody, a nice trip to a cave. what He basically told me he could find ore using x-ray. if I had known that I could get banned from it I would have told him so. I realize I did something wrong, and that somewhere there were probably a set of rules and it's probably my fault I didn't read them

Why do you want to come back: The community in hometown is nice and when I ask a question I usually get answered by the people in the server, all of my other multiplayer games are just unfun and pvp is usually allowed that's why i built my house underground because I was used to being greeted and murdered. I love playing on hometown, and if i get unbanned i'll read the rules

Admittedly, I've only been on the server for a week since I came back, but I am already noticing that this question is one of the more common questions asked by new players.

I had a gander around the tutorial and found that claims and protection are mentioned in the pre-quiz section. There is also one question which requires you to know the name of the warp that tells you more about claims and etc.

There is nothing in the quiz that explicitly tells you "you can't teleport back to your claim, use /sethome" and I think there should be.

Whenever something like this happens, more often than not the player has warped somewhere or simply got lost. Without /back, they have no way to get back to their home. If staff are on, it's just a matter of teleporting to the coordinates and done. If not, someone with /fly has to float over to where their claim is, teleport them there, and then tell them to do /sethome before it happens again.

While this admittedly doesn't happen all of the time, I still think that the problem is easier to fix than to live with, so can someone please add a new question to the tutorial? Something along the lines of:

"How do you get back to your claim?"

A: Stand in it and use /sethome, then /home to return there
B: Some dummy answer
C: Some dummy answer

Of course, the exact wording will be up to the staff team and whoever implements this new question (if deemed necessary).

Why should you be unbanned: Sorry, I thought breaking land that was unclaimed was allowed. I didn't realized I was griefing and I enjoy this server and want to be unbanned because I like playing along with my friends. I will put back the stuff I took if i'm luckily unbanned.

Why do you want to come back: I like playing with my friends in the server and I want to continue to play with them. I really like this server and I'm sorry for griefing.

Why should you be unbanned: What ever I stole, I dont mind at all to give it back. I honestly don't know what happend but I'd be glad to reset everything and start again and I promise that I will not do anything of that sort again.
I completely understand the consequence of what I have done and I don't intend to greif again. I understand now that what I did was destroying somebody elses unclaimed property and that this is not allowed on the server. I have learned that I was responsible for my actions and that what I did was not right at all and I apologise to whomever I stole/greifed from.

Why do you want to come back: I really enjoy playing on this server and I would really hate to lose it after something that I did. I have really good memories back when I used to be part of a town and I don't want to lose them. I never meant to do anything and I would be extremely grateful if I was unbanned.

Why I want to come back: I love playing this server honestly my favorite Minecraft server and I bought VIP 1 for nick naming I still have my shop and other stuff to do and I love my town i'm in.
Extra If I did do something wrong and I forgot about it I promise not to do it again.
