Why should you be unbanned: I would like to start my appeal by being honest.
I did this only for money and to get more materials for builds.
I am sincerely sorry for my actions. I promise you something like this will never happen again.
I realize my actions have been massively horrible
I did a bad mistake trying to make a fortune by x-raying.
I take full responsibility of what I did.
It is not fair to X-Ray because x-rayers can get ores very quickly, and I don't wanna be that guy anymore.
Let me give you a few reasons why I won't X-ray anymore.
It is very unfair for players, and can make less resource for players who are actually playing fairly.
I will get resources fairly.
I have taken many thoughts, and have decided that people who X-ray are scummy, and I did such actions and I am sorry.
Regardless, I regret everything, and since I got punishment for it, I won't do it again.

Why do you want to come back: Because I have fell in love with the server since day one, spending quality time with the server and I enjoy doing builds on it, and I would hate to lose them because of my stupid decision. The staff in this server
are doing their best out of any other servers I have played on.

Why should you be unbanned: I didn't grief anyones build. I took down my own house. I was invited to live in a town with some other players, and was one of the first to live there. I built a house and build a lot of things underground. The owners of the town got mad at me and told me I had to get rid of everything underground so other players could build under there as well. So, I figured that if I couldn't build what I wanted to build then a town wasn't where I should build so I took all of my stuff that I used to build my house (wood, smooth stone, crops and other various items) and went to a different location. And I got banned for taking down my own house and moving

Why do you want to come back: I really enjoy the server and the players it has on it. Everyone is helpful and the community is really a great place to be and I want to continue doing so. I understand how what I broke down could be seen as a grief but it was my own build that I took down so I don't know if that counts as a grief or not, I may be wrong.

Why should you be unbanned: Because i didnt grief anything firstly i accidentally destroyed some of the ground in the townlist place because my mouse was glitching out,but more importantly i Love this server its a great community and i put my heart and soul into this server spending at least 30 hours on it.


Why do you want to come back: Mostly what i said above,i love the server its a great community and i worked REALLY hard on this server and ill be deprived from some of my friends i havent seen since kinder garden

I know Its my third Appeal, but only because I want to show my eager to rejoin this Server & Community, I just dont want to loose my progress ...

Why should you be unbanned: Because I really want to play with all of you again, Its a nice Community and a really good server, I want to take part in it.

Why do you want to come back: Because I spent so many great hours on it and I only got 2 days left before heading to Basic Military Training and I really wanted to finish parts of my many Projects on the server before that, because my friends are on there, because I want to Improve the surface of the Area im living in, Because I wanna be a part of this Community, as well as the Discord server, I want to make new friends not enemys on this Server.

Do you guys think adding a silk touch spawner plugin, would be a good idea. I remember playing in a server where we could silk touch them and add a spawn egg into it and make farms, so staff could introduce squid eggs to us, add them to the spawners and we can get ink again. This can be done for leather too.

The auto restart was recently changed from 10 hours to 6 hours to help with lag, this did cause nothing but trouble due to the fact it was still broken and staff had to manually reboot the server.  Due to this it was near impossible to afk at public farms as the staff did not always reboot when the restart counted down.  It seemed every time I went to AFK after the restart didn't happen within the next few hours a staff member would come on and restart manually.  The problem was two fold, first just after I afk'd restart happened, therefore loosing an entire night of AFK or the worst was the restart happened a few hours later while I was AFK and after the restart someone would come along and take all my hard earned loot, again making my attempt at AFK useless.

I thought it was finally fixed earlier today only to now find the command/autore time does not work so I have no idea when the next restart is happening, again making it impossible to afk and when it did its first restart today it only gave a 1 minute warning.

I personally still believe that every 6 hours is too short and it should be at least 8 hours so overnight afk can be possible.

Why AFK, I own a shop and its getting hard to keep it stocked of certain items because I can't afk for them.  My AFK time is getting more limited due to Summer in Australia and am unable to leave my computer on during the day when I am not home so try and do overnight AfK as its a lot cooler.  I am unsure what or where the problem with the restart is and am just trying to get some more clarity on the issue.
