Reason for your ban: I was banned for griefing and stealing a beacon

Why should you be unbanned: I did not realize that the blocks and beacon that I took belonged to someone because the area was not claimed. I made a Huge mistake and was really greedy, i just wanted to impress my friends with diamonds and a beacon so kept on going, without the thought of the consequenses that may appear. I could had just put bad the blocks and earnt them in other ways instead of stealing, im so sorry for being so greedy. I should be unbanned because I really enjoy playong with my friends on that server and I would like to impress them by finding my own gold, diamonds and making my own beacon - insted of stealing it from somebody.

Why do you want to come back: The server is really well set up and ,as I know from experience, you also have great security for people who grief and steal. I usually dont see my friends that often beacause we live so far apart and this is a kind of way to cope with the distance between us. I would love to come back and learn from my mistake.

Why should you be unbanned: I did not grief. My friend was there at the same place as i was and was griefing while i was there. I told him to stop, but he did not listen. I think this is a big misunderstanding. 


Why do you want to come back: I love this server and have made a few friends. I have also spent a bit of time on the server. Even if i don't get unbanned, i would like to be unbanned for 5 to 10 minutes just so i could unlock my chests for my other friend (not the griefer).

Why you should be unbanned: I understand what I did was wrong and it was completely reasonable to ban me, I did something very disrespectful of the rules, the mods, and the fellow players and it was selfish. I shouldn't have tried to get rich quick by cheating.However this is my first ban do i hope you will be little bit of lenient towards me even though I was in the wrong and doing something I shouldn't. I took a risk I shouldn't have taken and ended up getting what I deserve. I completely understand the reason I was banned, take full credibility for what I did, and completely understand If you don't want me back on the server.

Why I want to come back: First, the people are friendly and the mods do a great job at running the server. Also most of my friends play this server and it is one of the only servers any of them play, so this ban keeps me from bonding with my friends. Next, this is one of the servers that I know of that run 1.13.2 smoothly making the experience immersive and a lot more enjoyable. Notably, it is probably the best run server I have ever found and just a great server to be a part of. Lastly, I have a lot of stuff that I spent a lot of time grinding for (I didn't actually use the x-rays until about two days ago) and don't want to lose all of that stuff, even though i would  be fine with losing all of that if it means getting back on the sever.

Why should you be unbanned: I had no idea what it meant by "Replanting" I just typed in the server ip and tried to join. I'm hoping that you can help me with this problem and maybe tell me how to fix it.

Why do you want to come back: I spent a while on this server in the past and I had a really big build I was working on. I don't even know if it's still there. I just started to play minecraft again recently and I wanted to join this server with a friend.

There is a new plugin to impede X-Rayers that has been implemented recently. It is however, my opinon and conclusion that this plugin was not implemented correctly and at it's current state is impeding mining on the server.

Haste II Mining
When breaking stone this plugin generates fake ores when new blocks become uncovered. This requires both client and server to use extra resources to process what is happening, and can result in terrible performance client-side; FPS drops immediately and repetitively. Along with the game slowing from normal performance this plugin also slows the human player because the false-ores are a disturbance to our concentration and decision making.
From what I've mined through, it's nearly unplayable.

If you are blessed to have a good computer, then you'll likely be mining down a tunnel and think you've just uncovered some diamonds, only for them to disappear in an instant leaving you confused and honestly feeling upset and tricked - over and over again.

All of this makes me not want to mine, and I know there are other people who feel similar - that this ruins a vanilla aspect of gameplay. What happens over time if no one wants to mine, will beacons retain their worth, will people endeavour mining at a snail's pace, will vaults of minerals be opened to disperse among the players who require it?
...or will something change?

I urge both players and staff to think hard about the impacts this plugin is having and maybe investigate making configuration changes if at all possible, or in my eyes what is the best solution - letting people mine unobstructed; maintaining a Zero-tolerance xray policy...maybe increasing the punishments for Xraying...?

Hello, I was recently banned on the Hometown SMP server, my name is Dr_Fresh3, I was banned for the use of the ‘N’ word twice in succession by Uber.
I didn’t intend to use it in a malicious way but I understand as the ‘N’ word as a word by itself is a very offensive word.


The ban was unjustly as I was warned and I didn’t repeat the same offence afterwards yet I was still banned, my friend tried to explain this to an admin on the discord server but they just said to him to tell me to go the forums to appeal the ban and just blatantly ignored him.


All I want to do is play with my friends without someone banning me, I understand what I did was wrong, I was warned and I didn’t commit any further offences yet I was still banned.
