Hey guys i used to play hometown a while back and i seem to have lost my forums account.
I am vip 2 in game which i have had for a long time.
i have all my access to stuff in game just cannot loging to my forums account.

as always, i am hosting another secret santa event in honour of hometown's 6th anniversary. 

for those of you who haven't participated before, enter by submitting your FULL username below (do not put your submission in with your nickname). two weeks prior to the anniversary event, i will send you a mail in game with a players username. you will then gather a gift for that user, and place it in the chest that is labelled with their name.

please don't ask me when the anniversary event is, i do not know. i will update the post when i do.

Why should you be unbanned: I admit I did open the chest for Uber, but I did not steal anything. I also have a witness of me winning my elytra from slots, his username is Maximan0218.


Why do you want to come back: It is a nice server that me and all my friends love to play on and wish to play more on.

I was supposed to be unbanned by Illogical as of 12 pm yesterday and I'm still banned.

I was on the server while it was in it's 1.14.2 stage, and when it was returned to 1.13.2; my progress was mostly lost. 
I lost 64 diamonds from the slots as well as a wither skeleton skull and 32 exp bottles and some wood, but I mostly want the 64 diamonds and wither skeleton skull back. 

And I've lost my Experienced Member role since it also reverted back, and I can't vote at the moment. 


If this isn't doable, it's alright. I guess it wasn't everything lost in total of my entire time here.

So as many of you guys know, for the last couple of years we have had lightning disabled on Hometown.

The only time you would see it is if a staff member did a /smite

That is about to change. 

We are giving you 30 days from today to cover your villagers so they don't turn into witches, then on the 

2nd of July we will enable lightning for both the Newworld and the Oldworld.



As of the time of posting this lightning has already been enabled in the resource world.




This means that your channeling tridents will now work as expected in thunderstorms once enabled, and charged creepers and skeleton horses should spawn in a normal fashion. 

Hi, all! Last month I changed my Minecraft username from DB69314 to Vatvo. Before I changed, I had fully enchanted gear, a well developed base, and I believe I had Advanced rank. Everything is fine, except that my rank is now guest. I still have all of my items, tools, armor, money, sethomes, and I can even open my old chests, but I don't have the correct rank. Can anyone fix this?

So i know you can already just drop an item and pick it up then drop another item, but what if there was a more secure way to do that? I've been on a few other servers that have an item trading system, where you can trade items and money. I feel like that would just be a neat little addition to the server. The command would be something like /trade [name]
